Great experience! When I walked in I was greeted by everyone in the shop (and when I left everyone thanked me and sent me off as well), the place is nice, clean, and professional in appearance- I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. I booked an appointment online with Jan (Jan Carlos Mendez on their booking site). He not only did an excellent haircut, but he was friendly, professional, and took his time making sure everything was perfect - which is not always common in barber shops. From the consultation through the payment, it was a smooth, comfortable, and overall nice experince! I will say- the price is a bit more than some other shops In the area but it is well worth every cent! You definitely get what you pay for! 10/10 would recommend.

Definitely first-class treatment while I was at this barber shop. Every single person that walked out of that barber shop had one of the cleanest haircuts that I have ever seen! So if one Barber is booked up you will have no problem in finding another barber there to give you the top quality haircut that you came into the shop looking for! Here in the picture is Mr. Ramirez, he has been at this location for a couple of years and a veteran in the barber game if you ask me. I received a hot towel shave with a facial treatment along with my haircut and beard and for the price let me tell you, you will not think twice about leaving a tip. I was down here in Florida on vacation staying in Northern Orlando the drive to Kissimmee was worth it and it will not be the last time that I do it I will be returning in the future!

I made a 10am appt my for my high risk father. Specifically asked for a time when they are slow so there are not too many people there. My dad shows up at 9:50a and waits until 10:20am. No one there. The place is closed and no one answering the phone.Incredibly disappointing!

Been looking for a good barbershop for a while. Found this place browsing online and decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in the vibe felt inviting everyone seems like family here. The environment was very professional what a barbershop should look like. Had an appointment with Johann told him what I was looking for but still didn’t have a clear picture of what it was. He asked me how I wanted the cut to look down to the last detail and what I didn’t understand he didn’t hesitate to explain. Once it was done I left happy and confident that I had found a place I could keep coming back to.

The shop has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the gentlemen there are beyond talented. My personal Barber is Johann and he’s magic with the clippers but I’d recommend anyone in that shop !

I walked in not knowing much about the shop other then it was a little bit of a drive. Despite this, I entered I feel immediately comfortable. Johann gave me my cut and I can say honestly it was the best cut I received in long time. I have sensitive skin so I break out extremely easy, but he asked me in advance before he did anything so I felt like I didn’t even need to mention it. I will certainly be back.

I did not rate them a 0 stars because the system dont allowed it .This place do not know how to be professional I dropped my two sons to get a haircut and I didnt know they did not work on Sundays but the door was open and the sign was on and the told my sons they could not give them a haircut and they where closed. And the only reason he was giving a haircut to that guy on the chair was because that client was paying him $200.00 to give him a haircut. Wow what happend to equality if they are going to do that they should keep their door closed.

Not so friendly experience.... Here are the factsFirst time at the shop. Arrived 6:20pm on a Friday and told it would be a long time before I could get a cut. There are 5-6 barbers in the shop and we are told they already have appointments for today. My wife asks to clarify time to be seen and is told 1hour or so but has 2 people waiting. Yandy claims only one of the 5 barbers do walk ins but he’s busy. That walk in barber offers an appointment for 8:30am the next day. Yandy then says to also put our name and number down in the book in case of any cancellations today. HERE COMES THE PROBLEM. My wife and I are in the car right in front of Yandy’s (with the windows down) and we see a man go into Yandy’s, and then comes out and gets chased by Yandy himself to say a cancellation occurred and he could be TAKEN IN 10 MINUTES! My wife yells “YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION?” and Yandy looks at her and goes back in the shop. I had to follow Yandy into the shop to ask what happened with my call for any cancellations. Then he stated He didn’t know we were out there (despite my wife yelling out to him and him looking back at her). We left and found a barber who was willing to fit both me and my son in same day for a lower price. I gave a 1 Star only because his wife was kind enough to call and apologize for what happened. We wound up getting excellent service and haircuts at MCO Unisex salon right down the same road.
