First visit with my 3 grandkids and their first professional haircut. I cannot express my satisfaction and wonderful experience they all experience. The 2 hairstylist that took care of the boys, 4,5 and 10 went beyond and above. The boys felt so comfortable and the ladies eased them into feeling relaxed. I wish I knew their names. This of course will be our place to go. Ladies thank you so much for treating my little boys and my young 10 year with such sweetness and amazing service. 👏 this is the place to go for kids that need that special treatment when they are scared. The haircuts where amazing!!!

I am really, really frustrated here inside the car!The barber that I never saw before did my hair but since he started I’d like to run out.Sorry the comparison but he looks like and smells like a homeless. The smell of cigarettes can’t leave my nose until now. I’m rushing home to take a showerEven though he is old he looks like more than beginner and doesn’t know how to deal with the trimmer, he couldn’t understand the notes (I use to come back every 15-21 days).He didn’t use the white paper on my neckAt the end he got a tissue worst than the ones that I clean my floor and once he was up to put the powder on my neck I stand and left to pay.If a guy like him keep working there on the next time I’ll never come back!Best regards!

We had bad experience in other places and with other people, but with Bree we can be sure we will leave the salon looking great.

Tod did a very poor job on my haircut.Towards the the end he asked me if I knew I had a birthmark on the back of my head instead of admitting that he cut it too short. it’s very obvious that he messed up and now I have a spot that is clearly shorter on the back of my head. If you go here do not let Tod cut your hair. He’s a older man with long hair that is 5 different shades and he’ll probably be very sweaty

My daughter got her haircut after not having one in 6 years due to bad experiences with me and her older sister in the past from other hair stylists. Well we were praying for a good one this time because she needed her ends cut badly. We walked into a friendly Manager named Bree who checked us in and Salma welcomed us and calmed our fears with her kind and warming attitude. She was a great listener; very attentive and very good. My daughter loves her haircut and she even showed her how to apply the hair serum to enhance her beautiful curls. Great Clips stands by its name at this location for sure. Clean environment, kid friendly mother approved! I would recommend Salma and Bree to anyone!

I took my son there to get his hair cut while we were visiting and his hair was cut perfect! We always struggle back home finding someone to cut his hair the way he likes it. We are hoping when he has it cut this weekend they can use the cut we got here as a guideline. We joke that we will have to fly back and get his hair cut here from now on!

For many years, people dont always stay in Great Clips. The passed 3 times that I have come to this location... the same people are here. They messed up my hair cut and my daughters cut is always lob sided. Same lady here is rude to me EVERYTIME I come in. They denied the bathroom to someone thats getting a hair cut and said Its not for the public. Like how is this place still open with how rude they are!

I had always go to Great clips because I hate to wait on crowded salons. I have a piece of hair that is longer than the other one and on my layers one side is more short than the other. Thank God I am not picky with my hair but I feel butchered. Never had a hair in 8 min.

Horrible, the girl cutting my daughters hair did not know what she was doing. I showed pictures of what i wanted and still she did what she wanted to do while complaining about her hair. She also cut way too much after showing what i wanted. Im sorry but if you cannot do enthnic hairstyles just say so, ill understand and walk out. Never going back there.

Being a mother to a five month old and having long thick hair isn’t easy. Ask Bree, she had the honor to style my long thick red dyed hair today for the first time. I can’t begin to say how great Bree is. She is a great stylist. I was thrilled when I looked in the mirror, and saw the results. My hair is exactly how I wanted it. Customer service was horrible! They wouldn’t honor the coupon sent by them and the lady was completely nasty about it. Had to go next door and pay 10 more dollars for my sons haircut rather than have someone so rude cut his hair. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location, and if you have to go there, definitely stay away from a lady named Bri. It takes a lot to make me upset and I have never wrote a bad review in my life but I am extremely upset and I don’t think that any customer should be treated the way we were.

Great clips is amazing! The girls are friendly and work great with kids! In response to the comment about the refusal of service for the child with autism, that’s not entirely what happened. The child was frantic and scared and the workers offered to have him come back when it was less chaotic to get his hair cut. The employee even offered to stay after hours to take care of the young client. It was a very sweet gesture and extremely sad that someone would twist and take offense to that.

I took my almost 2 yr old to get his first real haircut. The ladies who work here are so patient! He kicked and screamed. Ashley was able to get him to calm down. Not once did they act like he was a bother. He was able to get his haircut and Ashley did a great job on him!

Great place! The manager Amber has an awesome crew of stylists, MacKenzie being the best one. Clean, friendly, attentive, and great with kids.

I went in to get to get my 2 sons haircuts with coupons for this location and they denied said they wouldn’t accept my coupon until August like why in August and not now this is the second time they have not taken my coupon I won’t return I will drive to loop where they take my coupons and are actually nice never again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got my son’s hair cut and they were very patient with him and had lots of tricks to get it done well. I will be going back soon with the rest of my family.
