I hope you have all the time in the world to wait for your vehicle…. I brought in my vehicle on a Wednesday with a check engine light. It took nearly 2 days to diagnose. Then I got my vehicle Friday morning just to have another check engine light that same evening. It has turned out to be a separate but I believe related issue, however I don’t know because not one person there will return my call Dan or Oscar the service manager. I mean isn’t this why customer go to the dealership to have certified mechanics to work on your specific vehicle. I have made countless calls and continue to do so just to get anyone other than the receptionist on the line. I’ve left messages and to no avail… I don’t think anyone is accountable for the service Dept. I’m shocked to hear that this place is as great as some have said. I will have to go out of my way now once I get my vehicle back because fast and efficient is not the standard at this dealership.

I wish I was able to give Napleton a better review but I can’t. The staff was courteous William and George try to help me but we where unable to agree into a payment I can afford, but that is ok this is a business and they need to make money. My problem is their way to try to get you into a deal. I arrived into the dealership because of an appointment I made over the phone, I was upfront with what I wanted and the payment I can afford, if not possible I would walk away. They insisted for me to provide additional information even though I told them if we are able to make a deal I have not problem in giving you my additional personal information. Well the sales was nice I did trusted him by giving him the additional Information request but I was very clear when I told him DO NOT run my credit until we agree on a purchase or lease deal. Well Napleton did the opposite and my credit was processed multiple times September 15, September 16, September 24 and September 26. This is a very bad practice and I’m no attorney but maybe even illegal. I will add a picture of the transaction I case Napleton wanted to denied this practice. I have exceptional credit so this might affect me for few months but to future customers with good or fair credit please be very careful.

When I bought our truck the staff was great and wanted to do everything to be helpful. Now that we are trying to use the free oil changes and tire rotation we cant get in without a multiple hour wait. No Loaner car, No Shuttles to our area, nothing so our options are to spend our own money to uber somewhere or we sit and wait for hours. I have reached out multiple times and no one has ever called or emailed me back. Now we have hit our year so those services that I have had to pay over $100 for at other places are useless. The only time anyone has bothered to call me back they hang up almost immediately. You might get a good deal on a vehicle but I wouldnt bother with the service department.

A couple of years ago (Sep or Oct 2018) I stopped by this dealer and asked a young salesperson to show me a Jeep Wrangler. She responded, thats a $48k car, I recommend seeing other models. I walked away and 2 hours later I got my car from Central Florida Chrysler.Today, I decided to give the dealer a second chance. I stopped by and spoke to Jaiden, he was super kind, gentle, respectful... I could keep saying good things about him.I mentioned I would like a new Grand Cherokee for my wife, and that I wanted to discuss numbers.A sales manager joins us and tells me that I need to choose a car, I explain that I dont need to see cars, that I know the model I want and my intention is to discuss numbers. He says it is not possible and I walked away again. I am probably getting the same car from a different dealer.Heads up management, employees with bad attitudes might damage your business.

I let him know to cancel the diagnostic test as the place I purchased the car is going to give me a rental & take my car where needed to get it fixed at this point. False marketing, poor follow up.They have their vehicle advertised at a price on their website, cargurus... there sales person gave me the price when I talked to her. They added a huge market adjustment. Their marketing is clickbate style, mislead and probably false advertising.

Took my Jeep Gladiator for its first oil change and the experience could not have been better. My service rep Larry was amazing he was way beyond friendly and helpful throughout the entire processes. Im glad I got the extra warranty worth it...

A couple weeks ago I ordered a minor but popular late model part for a Jeep Wrangler. I was told it was best to pay through for them over the phone or through text. They sent me a text, I paid. I got the parts the next day, one was already in stock.Two weeks later, not yet installed, I went to return them cause they are not needed. Since it was done through text, the cashier isn’t allowed to do a refund. Only person, the ONLY person is on vacation. Bet he is so trusted he has the nuclear launch codes. Anyhow, “George” a bit rude at first when he told me it’s common sense he can’t do the return due to “Nuclear Launch Code Engineer” being on vacation, said he would honor the 30 day since I will be going on vacation. Napleton, do some cross training let others excel at wanting to be a nuclear launch code engineer.

Giving low score because of their Service Department. They lack clear communication and never respond to calls or ever give updates on anything . When they had my Jeep, I was constantly calling so they could give me a time frame or estimate on when my car would be fixed. All they said is that they would call me back, and never did. To make things more annoying finally after calling out the employee; Jay that was responsible for my car for never calling me back and demand an estimate they tell me an additional 2-3 days just to call me that same day at 7:45 pm and tell me the cars done can you come pick it up in the 15 min before we close. I go the next day and before I leave I inspect the car and see that there is a piece missing. Tell the manager and they say they will order if more me and apologize. The same story again, they will tell me they will call me to see when I can pick it up, never did. After a week, I call and they said come pick up in two days. Go to pick up the piece and when I arrive Im told no piece has been ordered. Takes another week to get it and all honesty this place has horrible service. They constantly wasted my time and I will not becoming back here.I recommend going somewhere else, to either Airport or Central Florida for service needs

I didnt purchase a vehicle from this location, but have been servicing it here.This rating is mostly for their service department for which l feel logistics need to be improved. Oil change took almost 6 hours for each of the last two times Ive been here.As for other departments, I have no comment other then there are frequently times I try to reach them at the provided number to no avail.

This has been a great experience. T.Larry went above and beyond to help get our Jeep back on the road. We are down to one car and I went out to take my wife to work and the car would not start, the battery was dead put a charger on it and got it started. Today we are in the middle of a family emergency and we need to run to the hospital and some other errands so I stopped to get the battery replace that normally would be a 4 hour testing Larry got it taken care of in 1 hour and I could take care of the family.Thank you

The service was super fast and efficient. Marlene was able to assist me with my Charger, and had me back on the road in no time. She conducts herself well and is definitely a staple, for Napleton.

Service department needs improvement. It needs to be more personalized and professional keeping in touch with the customer. We waited 3+ hours for an oil change, with a reservation and Jeep Wave benefits, and still didnt have any extra included detail work done like a wash or vac, as we were advised that would have been another hour wait.

Waited almost five hours for them to rotate and balance my tires. New something was wrong as soon as I got on freeway. They wouldn’t return my call. Went to a local auto repair and they fixed it. The tires were not balanced. They only charged me $87.00 which included them replacing my air filter. I was there an hour. Napleton charged $190. Never going back there. Ever.

They take forever for the car to change just the oil. Putting customers on hold for too long. The entire experience with this place was awful. Used to be a great place for servicing your vehicle, no longer, not reliable at all. Im very disappointed with oil change service I have gotten last time and still oil is leaking in my garage. In my previous oil change I had same problems. I went back today because of leaking problem and I was told by Robert waiting is 4 to 5 hours again. I would not prefer anyone to go there.

Excellent experience with Cameron, went in looking for a challenger g/t or r/t. Left with a wonderful 2019 Chevrolet Corvette with a great trade in value on my old car.

We have brought in our vehicle for services before and always have a horrendous experience. Our Jeep has been in for services for over 3 weeks. I have even escalated our case with Chrysler which never has a direct answer either. They keep giving me the runaround. Chrysler says the dealer doesn’t respond quick enough to engineering and the technician says engineering does respond fast enough. After this experience I will not bring my Jeep here again. The service advisor barely communicates with us and when I call to speak to someone no one is helpful. They always say they will call back but it never happens. Even one of the managers gave me their cellphone number to be able to communicate with me better, I called him left a message and never received a call back. I DONNOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICES!! Because of this I would not buy a vehicle from them either. Their customer service in general SUCKS!
