I was in town from Kentucky and one of the coolant hose assemblies broke. I spend a day looking for the part. I called Gerry’s auto sales, they got me a local tow truck company out and had my car fixed the next day. This was a huge burden off of me while on vacation. The price was great! They were very professional before, during and after the repair. The owner made sure to talk to me. Highly recommend them.

I am a auto repair technician for over 35 years . I was on vacation and the drain for the ac became clogged on the way down to Florida from Georgia . I know it was only condensation because it was cold clear water I was not losing coolant. This is a 5-10 minute procedure to blow some air up through the drain to clear the clog. I did not go there because they wanted to charge me their minimum 1 hour labor rate of $115.00.

Great service and warranty their work. I have been their customer for about 9 years now. Have never had any issues with work done.

I just met Mary Lou today when I took my 2003 Mini Cooper in for a check up. I had just bought it and want to take it on an extended visit up North. I know enough about these cars,to know that it was going to need shocks and some other items as well. After Johnny going over it, taking it for a test drive, he verified that as well as it need an oxygen sensor, spark. Plugs... These cars use very specific parts. As most imports. Having owned a BMW previously I know theyre expensive. I was Satisfied to see that he had quoted me a very fair price! I feel that I am blessed I found this nice couple to take care of my car. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Please beware of any poor review you might see, this is not a fair complaint,!!

I have been going to Gerry’s auto repair for many many years now, and I will not and refuse to go to any other auto repair shop, why? Because the head mechanic is TRULY a Master Technician! You will not find any other mechanic as good as him! I would literally bet my life on it. The man knows what he’s doing! Pricing can vary remember the mechanic needs to look at the car to determine what the issue is, and that can honestly take time. Trust me when I say there pricing is fare and honest, which you won’t find at any other shop SERIOUSLY. Gerry’s auto repair does there best to have your car out back into the road, but there not the type of repair shop that will work on your car in 5 minutes. They want to make sure your car is worked on properly, promptly, and precise which in today’s society it’s hard to find a business like that. If you want a repair shop that is super cheap you’ll never find it and even if you do your car will end up having twice as more problems, but if you want a repair shop you can finally trust, and have a peace of mind with mechanics that TRULY love what they do then I recommend Gerry’s auto repair.

I’m pregnant and have my 2 little ones in the car and my tire light came on and I was asking them if they could just put air in my tire so I can make it home and they said that they were too busy that they don’t do that worst customer service ever. Don’t go here if you have a problem because They will shrug you off.

I have taken both my Mercedes and my diesel pickup here for repairs and service and was very pleased both times. I had a very good mechanic shop that specializes in European cars before I moved to Florida, but in Gerrys I have found a shop that is both better and less expensive. I highly recommend Gerrys. This auto repair shop is amazing. Aside from good prices, they definitely treat you right. I went in for an oil change and to have the cowling under my car removed (long story). The oil change was less expensive than the chain stores (no names mentioned, but you can think of them in a Jiffy). They said the cowling was easy enough to remove that THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME! They also didnt try and sell me any services I didnt need. I highly recommend Gerrys.

The team there is awesome! I called them and they got me in same day. They figured out what was wrong in under 10 minutes and had it fixed in under 24 hours. My car was in he air before I could even get out the door. Everyone was friendly, the mechanic walked me through what was wrong on my car and showed me the parts and how it works on the computer as well. I couldnt have asked for better service. The best part is it was all done for really cheap! Until I moved to Florida it was always my Uncle who worked on my car and I knew I could trust him. The Gerrys Auto Repair Team felt like family. I went to Gerrys on Thursday for a car emergency. I have a red Hyundai Elantra Limited edition 2012 I called in and spoke to Mary who answered and was very friendly to me, she asked me for my car details and told me if I took my car in an hour she could get it checked and fixed the same day. The treatment was amazing it felt like if Id known her for years. She can speak perfect english and spanish as well. I stayed in the shop for a while until they told me what was wrong with my car. She told me the price everything would be and I left. When I came back my car was fixed and she charged me exactly what she said she would upfront. Something I appreciate because I like to know in advance how much I am paying for a service. All in all the experience was great my car is working perfectly and she found a lifetime client for as long as I live in Kissimme.

Driving a Porsche, Im very scrupulous about who I trust to work on my car. Normally, I go to the Porsche dealer, but I went with Gerrys, when I broke down in Kissimmee. Johnnie is a true master mechanic. The team is very customer-focused and responsive, and you can see that they take pride in their work. I will definitely continue to use Gerrys.

I came by this shop today, based on reviews it has had in the past. I met with Mary and she was great to talk to, specially involving an issue Ive been having with my car since early this year. When making sharp turns, i hear a very loud solid hit on my side of the car. Some of the mechanics ive consulted with, could not find the problem, even a shop i went to. But the ones at this shop, they checked every part of the front end, ultimately they were nudging side to side, around to see if anything was worn or loose around the steering. Sure enough, they saw that the engine was shifting from my side, to the right. All due to a damaged Transmission Mount. I will be meeting with them again this coming Thursday, their pricing is reasonable and diagnosing as well. Looking forward to having this problem solved.

I was in the area visiting from out of town when something went wrong with my car and the check engine light came on! I drive a Volvo and have only had shops that work on Volvos work on my car! I found Gerrys online and took it to them. They were SO helpful and got me in right away! They were able to determine the root cause of the problem in no time and thankfully it was a quick fix! I would have paid whatever it cost...and thankfully it was less than $100. Johnny and Marylou were very friendly and took the time to explain the problem to me. I am loyal customer of Gerrys, they have worked on my suspension and exhaust as well as service A maintenance on my Mercedes Benz CLA 45 AMG. I baby my car and am very selective on who touches it. They are very genuine, caring, accommodating and they know their stuff. When I initially called around for suspension work, this was the only shop that voiced concern on my lane keep assist functions and was one of the reason I chose to work with them. I called 3 times and was told there would be no cost to get see why the check engine light was on in my mini Cooper. I drove 45 minutes, waited in there office for 15 minutes until someone finally showed up to help me and then was told that it would cost $85 just to hook up the car. When I asked why I was told otherwise the response was well, you probably talked to my sister and she just started here and she doesnt really know whats going on. It was a waste of my time coming out here. Poor business practice to offer something and not follow through.

I give 1 star because you can’t give zero. Every time they “fix your car” there’s another issue within weeks. To add to that, they always try to throw in unnecessary repairs. For example, I need my water pump replaced. They decided to add that my ac unit was completely shot. We asked if they checked all the fuses first. They didn’t. Guess what, it was the fuse!! Thankfully we’re not the idiots they assumed we’d be. Someone might have been fooled...That’s just one thing. I feel bad for the husband (the owner and mechanic). I can tell he loves what he does but his nagging, unprofessional, argumentative wife is the issue with this place. I was telling her my concerns and she is immediately defensive and disrespectful.I’m not one to take that lightly, so I step outside to get away and this lady follows me out to continue to argue!All it took was a little askin around Kissimmee to find out she’s the real issue. Johnny and Marylou are wonderful people, I had a problem with my check engine light on my Mini Cooper and the dealer wanted 150 for diagnostics plus the work needed, I searched BBB and found Gerrys auto repair and to my surprise, the diagnostic fee was only 85 and when he gave me a quote to fix my issue, he waived the diagnostic fee as a curtesy to his clients, now thats service . Went to get checked out an issue for my power steering and 15 to 20 mins later I go to look outside to check on them and he has my car hooked up for an alignment. So I complain with the lady inside and she tells him Im not there for an alignment and I leave with a ruined alignment (which I had already got done a few months ago) they dont wana take responsibility for the rip off and wana raise their alignment price to nearly 100 bucks which I wouldnt trust them with my car even if it was for free. Went else where and the problems they claimed my car to have werent even true. Luckily I went somewhere else more trust worthy because I couldve wasted more money on something that didnt need fixing

Took truck in for a transmission issue that caused our car to rumble every single time when accelerating. The mechanic said he couldnt find anything wrong except that we should probably change the breaks. Granted, we do need to change our breaks soon but that wasnt what we took our truck in for. They charged us $80 for this diagnostic and suggested we do a transmission oil change with them for over $300! We called Toyota and the dealership does this work for $180! This place is a total rip off!

I brought my 2008 BMW 328I to a local BMW dealer for repairs and was mistreated maybe because the vehicle was not purchased from them!!!I Recently had a computer issue that other repair shops could not diagnose and had no knowledge how to fix it.The car was brought to Gerrys and they were able to fix the vehicle in a timely manner and they also made me aware that the honored extended warranty as well and took care of all the paper work.I will be returning to Gerry for all my BMW needs.

Went to find out what was wrong with my civic because ever other mechanic around town were simply not being honest. Saw that this place had good reviews so i took a shot at it . Mechanics were straight up and told me what the real problems were which i respect a lot. Did not get my car fixed after i learned that the cost to fix all the issues wouldnt be worth it, but their honesty still helped me out a lot. Mary Lou recommended me to a friend at honda who helped me get into a great car. Was getting turned down at most places but was able to get a new car with a good deal. The one that did wanted $600.00 to diagnose ⁉️⁉️⁉️ so befote I took it to the steelership I went to Gerrys in less than 2 hours problem was diagnosed and resolved. Im a retired auto mechanic and Im ecstatic over the honesty and professional attention. I cant thank them enough, Ill be referring all my clients too them. They are like a needle in a hay stack. Very hard to find true reliable and honest people in the auto business. Thanks and God bless them.

I loved their service. The lady helped me out just fine and very quick. Asked about how much the price would be to tow my car and they gave me a great price and they charged me just like they said. They fixed my car really quick and it wasnt to much money. Im defenetly keeping their number just in case something else happends to my car. Totally recomend them :)
