I was greeted by a representative that was not pushy at all. Wanted to check out and test drive a car I was interested in.Car was great! After necessary paperwork, test drove car. Found some minor flaws, and management was eager and willing to to take care of them.Decided to purchase car. Made an offer to decrease the purchase price of car with no complaint. Transaction was a breeze. Left car so they could resolve the issues at hand.They have been very good in communication. Will be picking car up soon and I dont expect any delays in doing so.Overall, the experience in purchasing a car from Mejia Motors was/is with no pressure, seamless and a pleasure, dealing with an honest and reliable used car dealership! You dont find too many like this around these days! They seem to care about their customers/clients.If I was to purchase another used car, or someone was looking to buy a used car, I would recommend Mejia Motors highly!

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, I called regarding a car and was told it was there and to come and get it and talk to Ivan, I drove two hours just to do this and as I get there they sell the car from underneath me right in front of me. Ivan was extremely unhelpful and I will not be wasting time at this dealership again.

Mejia motors is a great place to but a car. We purchased a townhouse in Kissimmee as a second home. We decided to buy a car to leave here when we go back to WA.Dealing with all the employees was a breeze. Honest, fair and reliable. Tony was great to work with. A few days after we purchased the vehicle we had some issues arise. I called Tony explained to him the issues (knowing they were not obligated to fix anything) he put me in touch with the service manager Arturo(?) He had me come in the next day. After looking at the problem he repaired it at no cost to me. GREAT people.Highly recommend them.

Wish I could give 1/2 star. First the salesman was just uneducated about cars. We were looking for either a truck or an SUV. The truck we want to see was sold that morning. But this place has the worst looking cars, worst mechanically running cars, old broken down cars and very unsafe. The salesman was rude, uncaring person. He just sells cars to people so he can get a paycheck. I dont think this Indian sales guy could hear either. The dealers prices are low, but these cars are death traps. If you buy one of these cars here, they will have to use them as you coffin. That is how bad these cars are. Criminal salesmen.

This place is great if youre looking to purchase a quality cheap car. I brought a 2007 Infinity M35 and it runs great. We bought a car a bit over 2 months ago and drove it like a week and we have had car issues since and its been in and out of the dealer with no results of fix since its literally still in shop picked up today and halfway home it over heated its back in the dealer we are paying for it still and insurance for a car we dont have in our possession.

The worst! Do yourself a favor save your money- buy from a private seller. If you need to build credit. Get a secured credit card. This place is no good. People seem friendly, but their interest is shown through their communication and service on my vehicle. Worst car buying experience Ive ever been through. I am still doing repairs on my vehicle and still have the warranty with them. Why? Because the last time I brought my car and they so called fixed the issue. I still had the same issues. I bought a beautiful 2006 Ford F150 and I havent had any issues with is since I bought it back in MARCH! I figured I would spend a dime here and there but they also offered me their courtesy warranty if I ever needed any sort of help with maintenance!!! Really happy with my truck and really happy with the deal they gave me with the numbers they worked out for me. I wouldnt have seen it play out any other way. I was to get by warranty, my transmission fixed. Two days later same problem

I came in walking and left the lot driving...I went to seven different dealerships before stopping at this one. Everybody else that I went to had some sort of hidden dealer fee or some sort of annoying manager that was not willing to work with the amount of money down that we could put. I didnt want a buy here pay here where every other dealer tried to abuse of my credit to give me a minimum interest of 28% and give me a monthly payment of 400+... I found Mejia Motors where I instantly felt home. The gentleman that sold me the vehicle, Tony was amazing. He was so kind and figured out a way to cater to my every need. I wish I could give more than five stars... The finance manager that gave me the numbers Juan, was very formal and direct, first person that hadnt BSd me all day. He showed me every last number and gave me the rundown for why I was paying for what I was paying for, even why the price of the car was where it was... Made me feel like i was making the perfect choice. That I did! Their Partnered financing program is so unique and its set up so that people that are looking to stay away from long term debt, have that opportunity! They sold us a lemon, and then tried to fix it.I wouldnt trust purchasing a car from this company and/or let them repair a vehicle. When we arrived we found a van on the lot that was just what we needed....little did we know, they had just received the vehicle and did not give it a thorough inspection and repair prior to putting it on the lot for sale. When we test drove the van it had an issue with the door ajar sensor. We were told it was repaired while we completed the paper work to purchase the van. Within less than 24 hours, the fan belt broke, the radiator leaked and the door ajar issue was not fixed. We towed the van to the company where we let them fix all of the issues. The next day when we returned to pick up the van, the door ajar issue was still not working...eventually, the mechanic was able to put a band aid on it and we drove off, thinking they had done the proper work the van needed. Less than a month later we now have over $800 (were getting a deal from a friend) in repairs, many of which we were told Mejia Motors completed. They are only looking to scam you with bad cars that should be sold for scrap and then they want you to come to them for repairs that clearly are beyond the abilities of their team. Had they done the right job in the first place and not even put the van on the sales lot, and be honest with incapability to fix it properly, we would have had a much better experience. They had an opportunity to let us return the van with a no harm, no foul but the denied us of that since they were going to fix it for us properly.

I really don’t give this car lot 1 star my mom purchased a car and after leaving off the car lot to come home the transmission went out. They promised her to fix it and did not. Purchased a car Sept 25, promised to change the tires and claimed there was no mechanical issues with car so I purchased it. Less then a week later fluids leaked all over the car brought it back to them since they claim they will help cover cost charged me 107$ to change water pump which I did picked up the vehicle the next day all of a sudden it wasn’t turning on and kind of jumpy so I test the battery and of course it was no good paid 150$ for it then went to a different mechanic cuz I was recommended to try doing a tune up but when I get to the mechanic he advises me the engine was no good so now I replaced the engine over 1000$ later now the power hose was old and no good 300$ on that now the car driving and stalling only to find out the transmission is no good at all COMPLETE LEMON and now after over 4000$ spent between the car price and repairs I have to junk it unless I want to spend another 2000 in repairs and junk only offering 200$ and now out of a vehicle and money. I told them when I purchased that vehicle it was for my daughter who just got her license and this will be her first car and she was put into danger so many times will never trust this place and buyer beware when I went back to state all that happen the owner laughed and stated oh well there nothing you can do since he has the paper stating the car is an AS IS purchase

On 4/3/19 My wife and I and our 2 year old daughter came down to Mejia Motors dealer to purchase a vehicle that was represented as Good condition with no major mechanical issues. Upon arrival a sales representative Jose presented us the vehicle, We test drove the car and asked them multiple of times if there is any major mechanic issues with the motor or transmission etc. Jose continued to assure us that there is nothing wrong with the car, He then brought over his Mechanic who also stated the car is good to go. We were hesitant but Jose made us feel assured and we purchased the car in good faith. On 4/12/19 the transmission completely failed and left my family and I stranded in the middle of the road. Only 9 days later the transmission completely failed. We paid to have the vehicle towed back to Mejia Motors, where we spoke to the Owner Juan and explained the situation of selling us a vehicle with MAJOR PRE-EXISTING conditions to the transmission. Juan had absolutely ZERO empathy towards the situation and did not take ownership of making this right for us as a consumer. The vehicle was sold to us under false pretense and this was an unethical sale. At no point in time did Juan or their so called mechanic disclose the transmission being shot. Instead Juan advised me he can charge me an additional $1231.25 to replace the transmission and thats all he can do because the car was sold As is and apparently no one forced me to purchase the vehicle. Terrible customer service!!! They have no sympathy over their customers and will do anything just to get rid of the car from their lot. On 4/23/19 I paid the $1231.25 to have the car repaired because I had no choice, I needed to have the vehicle fixed to get to work and back and take my daughter to daycare. It took them 14 days to repair the vehicle and I was left without a vehicle for the time being having to pay for a rental at my own cost. On 5/21/19 the vehicle started leaking oil from the transmission and the car would not start, again had to take it back to terrible Mejia Motors. They kept the car again and advised me they can only fix the transmission any additional damages would be at my cost, They kept the car again until 5/28/19. AGAIN Juan did not care about the situation I was put through buying from their dealer, left me without a working vehicle for the 2nd time for another 7 days. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT DEALER!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR SELF BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Ford dealer mechanic says it has bad motor and transmission, basically Mejia Motors put a bandage on it to sell it to me as is. They will not help you in any way, except to have there mechanics put another bandage on your vehicle. Do not waste your time or money like I did, now me and my family have been stuck for months without a car to drive and more mechanic bills. 0 stars if I could.

Buyer beware!!! These people are scammers!They only care about getting a car out the door no matter the conditions it is in as long as they get your money. Let me tell you a story…Back in March, I purchased a vehicle from them and had to bring it back the next day cause it was having electrical issues. I went as far as putting a stop payment on the check I wrote them. An action I retracted once they agreed to fix the issue which they did. Less than a month after that, the car started heating up and having all sorts of issues. I had to spend over $800 in parts for it including a new radiator, new discs, engine mount among other things plus $500 on labor. It just recently stopped reading the gas gage which means more repairs, more parts. Basically they sold us a lemon and thar’s what they do. I’ve been considering taking up legal action against this establishment for their irresponsible and unethical practices. I would highly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. Trust me, you’re better off buying a certified used car at CARMAX than these small scamming used car dealerships. I totally get the expression “used car salesmen” now. Have peace of mind and purchase somewhere else.

Very bad dealer two days after taking out a 2014 chevrolet it damaged me and I had to take it to be fixed, they fixed it and after 2 days the car began to leak coolant, I have less than 1 week of having taken it and now the engine is on failing.From day 1 that my car was damaged, I asked the dealers owner very kindly if he could return the money or make me a car change, and he did not want and does not want to pay more for the car
