Came here for a simple flat repair and the staff was beyond helpful/polite. I have been meaning to take the time to write this review for quite some time now. I came here once not very long ago to get new tires and I was pretty satisfied with the service and definitely happy with the pricing. I came back for an estimate for some breaks and thinking that maybe my AC might need to be charged. Unfortunately the men did not tell me that after they compressed the AC that if the freon was low enough, I may not have any cool air left. So basically I didn’t have time to get the repair done that day and I had to leave with no AC and with no way to get it fixed for a few days. I called and spoke with the service manager who is an absolutely wonderful human being, and he told me I could bring it in first thing in the morning and that they would get me squared away. They did everything to go above and beyond and ensure that I was satisfied and that I had cold AC. The people who work at the shop are truly good hearted and honest people. I would recommend the shop for all of your needs.

Emilio builds great rapport with his customers. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a tire rotation and balancing, and I tire sensor change. Service was quick and effecient. They did not try to bs me with service I did not need. They just did the job, offered some reccomendations, and that was it. Very comfortable experience. I will be returning.

WOW awesome service here! Emilio the store manager goes above and beyond here. I would give 5 stars but I went here to check my tires and we found out there was a nail but the store had no tires to help me replace it so when I was on my way to get tires somewhere else my tire went flat. Would have been nicer to have been able to fix it here at Goodyear.

Quick and speedy service. Requested to have tire pressures adjusted before I left town.

Visit for oil change .Asked them if they could check sensors, because I have a couple of lights on my dash on. They charge me $59.99 to check my sensors, wish I think they only check the tires sensors.. Way to much, I find. On top of that I leave the place with 1 more light on my dash on. A symbol of some tools 🔧. That is why I went there the first place, plus oil change.. Did I mention I dont like these lights on! Makes me feel insurcure. I go back to let them know,, personal tells me to make sure I tell them on my next visit. REALLY..

Was Sunday and was i need of a tire due to a blow out. Crew was super helpful and friendly. Got me set up w/ some nice tires in a quick professional manner. Kinda did the hard sell on the upcharges (such as front end Alignment) but all places do that. Will definitely be back for future tire needs.

Me and my best friend road tripped for our birthday with our 3 children ended up breaking down or so we thought on our 3 hour ride home! I wont regret making the stop to this store! CARLOS is a life saver him and his guy at the front desk went out of their way to help 2 moms who know nothing about vehicles it ended up being so simple! They made our day. We had a blown trailer tire on the turnpike. We stopped in they replaced the spare. We were in and out in 30 minutes! Ask for Carlos.

So i need one tire, and this location is always kinda void of customers. My stars were not aligned correctly that day, when I headed into this Goodyear location. To me difference between repeat business vs new business is guaranteed return on your investment. Repeat business shows a deep-rooted trust for the business. Anyways, remember i said one tire, well$176 lighter i am still baffled by the expensive price tag for a mediocre tire. The amazing thing is that I was never even shown or told about any other brand or price for that matter. So with my receipt in hand I have vowed to not return for a repeat experience. So as a guide I want to be as transparent as possible to inform you the general public that while we point you towards the right direction, we can also steer you away from experiencing a fate similar to mine..

I came to this Goodyear as I was having an issue with my tire pressure. The employees here did a great job of keeping me updated on what was happening with my car, and eventually brought out the rim of my tires to show me exactly what was causing the problem! It’s been about a week, and as far as I can tell everything is fixed up (and for no charge since they were Goodyear tires!).Also, in light of COVID-19, the staff did a great job of wearing masks around customers and sanitizing high touch surfaces. I was there for about 2 hours and every time someone left, they would wipe down their seat. I very much appreciated how seriously they’re taking it! I will definitely be returning for my tire needs in the future.

Crooks: came in with one tire leaking and the service rep RAY AND HIS MANAGER EMILIO told me i needed multiple services including having all four tires replaced. I took my vehicle to EJV tires not too far away, and they found a nail in my tire (the one they told me at Goodyear—couldnt be fixed because the tread was the reason it was leaking) patched it for ONLY $10. Goodyear was dishonest and never mentioned to me that there was a nail in my tire because they were only using me for a sale. Disgusting, dishonest human beings. Take your business to small business owners such as EVJ where you will get honest humans who care about people.

Went there for a brake pads replacement on my BMW 2 series, since I already bought pads so I was asking how much just for the replacement labor, dude told me they don’t accept “outside parts”. Cool so I ask how much would it be if I just buy the four pads there and have them installed.After 10 minutes of checking on his computer he informed me the grand total would be 2400 dollars and some change.Lol you must forgot take your medicine in the morning. What a joke.

Very professional and courteous service. Service representative Carlos was knowledgeable and I felt genuinely cared about my concerns. Even though it was near closing time, he and service technician Gabriel, happily installed a set of 4 new tires on my vehicle. I am impressed with the level of service I received. I highly recommend Goodyear Tire on Buenaventura Blvd. I was so impressed I spoke to store manager Emilio today. After our conversation I feel confident to recommend this Goodyear tire facility. Apparently good professional service transcends throughout.

Don’t go here!! Complete rip off. Was quoted over $2,000. Was told I needed new brake pads and rotors—all lies, I didn’t need either!! Was told I needed an alignment—was also a lie. Was told I needed all new tires (just bought 6 months prior.). And was told I needed new tire rods—which I did need. All I needed for my car was new tire rods and 1 new tire and my car runs perfect. A $2,054.16 quote from Goodyear cost me $300 at an honest shop.

I had a tire blow out on my way home from work one the day prior to this review and Carlos has been a LIFE SAVER. I left my car over night, came back the next day and he helped with finding out the tire size I needed for my vehicle. Unfortunately this location was out of my tire size but he told me to just leave my car there and locked and when I got the tire he would help take care of it. Behold, not an hour later I’m back, and in 20 minutes I’m back on the road and a much happier person. Good service a bit slow at times as they spend time trying to find out what else they can do. Brand new car 15k miles and I asked only for an oil change because I was to lazy to do it my self. I specifically told the attendant not to remove the tires. Yet the service guy calls me and of course my car has all tires off

I went to this location to purchase tires, and other services. It was not busy, there was a store representative taking care of one customer in front of me, two other reps talking near by, and not one of the employees was kind enough to greet me come in, nor acknowledge that I was standing there. I waited for a few minutes and still no service. I just walked out and left. I guess they didnt care for the business. How sad.

Weve been taking our old cars here for 4 years now, and the guys are very helpful. They always try to find the best discounts they can to help us with repair costs. In addition, theyre willing not only to take me home but come and pick me up if the car is going to take several hours. Ive never had a repair shop do pick-ups, too!

On vacation from Canada pulled in with Ontario plates on my car. I was at there mercy really. Car was making a noise...pulled in....wasnt making a noise anymore...thought I would get it checked anyway because I was on vacation...anyway...looked at my car and didnt charge me because they couldnt find anything. Point is I am from out of town they could of made something up and I would of paid it but they didnt! Guy was super nice!

Absolutely perfect.Out of towners, with a dead AC compressor, and blown out tire. Initial phone call was clearly answered, and service were explained well. When I got there I was greeted by name, and with a handshake! They informed us of additional needs without pressure. Follow up questions were handled without gripes. Pricing was handled with class. The best service experience I have had in years.

I just went in there because the front driver tire was losing air, that was it. After almost 2 hours I was told that the tire had a nail on the side of the tire and it could not be repaired. Tech (salesman # 024) wanted me to change all 4 tires claiming that the tires were worn-out and that the tread was at or below 2/32nds. The estimated cost? A whapping$1,071.74. I drove out of there, took the car somewhere else, and walaaaa! All of the information turned out to be false! I was able to confirm that NONE of the tires are 2/32 and there was no nail at all… not on the side, not in the middle, none whatsoever. For less than $200 I was able to replace BOTH front tires, balanced, taxes, etc. This store and the staff is making fraudulent diagnostics to make costumers to buy parts they don’t need.

Always professional, they always do a good job and aren’t too busy for walk ups. I only get my tires done from this location and tuneups. If you don’t like them I recommend FireStone on Colonial Drive by Fashion Square Mall

I was there trying to change my tires and the gentleman at the front desk told me that four new tires are gonna cost me 1100 something dollars, however there’s a cheaper option which using another brand of tires but they have to phone order that.For over 1k, It was over my budget so I left and went to Walmart, guess what I got four new tires made of GoodYear and the total cost was 504 dollar.What a rip off place.

I walked in at 930 am to get tires rotation on my truck. Service Manager tells it will be 20 minutes, so I proceed to check in and do the paper work. At 1025 my truck is still in the same parking space. I asked the assit store manager whats the hold up because nobody has told me anything and it been 45 mins. They finally take my truck at 1027 and its return at 1044. One Hour 15 minutes for tires rotation and the WRONG way. All this time and only One Car was been service. I purchase the tires with them so I guess I will have to get use to this.

If they are going to look at your vehicle to make sure it is safe.It going to take about an hour.They do a good job

Nice waiting area w/ free wi-fi, electronics charging area, TV, free coffee and water. Service was explained in detail including costs. Work completed sooner than estimated wait. Would recommend.

Called and asked about price to install a specific sensor. Said it would take a minimum of two hours up to three hours at $108 an hour. Instead I watched a 3 minute video of how to install the sensor on youtube.....and did it myself under 10 minutes with no mechanical experience! Lol What were they going to do to my car for 3 hours?! I would love to know! Liars and thieves. Dont go.

Great customer service

The service was fast, but they are so deceiving. They claim that a whole bunch of repairs are needed, but its not true. They told me I had to do repairs totaling over $1200, and that was on top of the cost of changing 4 tires, oil, and doing wheel alignment. They told me that all brakes needed to be changed, and they asked about 600 to do that, before tax. Replacement of a rubber cover in the middle of the shaft (no idea how its called) - they wanted another 300. I refused everything except for changing tires, oil, and alignment. Tire price ended up being OK. I then went to my usual mechanic, and found out that the front brakes do not need changing, and that the shaft issue is not a real issue. I also know for a fact that my back tires could have lasted another year. I accepted to change them just because I had a coupon to buy four.

2 hours for a oil change???!!! When I had a appointment at a certain time.!!! Ill make sure I go to another Shop thats not a Goodyear. Front desk service was rude and trying to up sale me something I repeated I did not want. He kept insisting its good for the car. I explained I just came for the oil change. Agent got upset and walked away. Place was not busy for a 2 hour wait. My car was parked inside almost for 1 hour before anyone started working on it. Not the best expierence. I would have thought if I had a appointment. I would be in and out. Not wait 2 hours.

Dont buy tires Here the manager is really bad person, I bought 2 tires and after two months one of them exploited i went to this store to change it, and the never give me warranty, tires are really bad quality, and manager said do whatever you want, but I can not change your tires.if you dont want headache like me dont buy here.

Very upfront and expensive. Watch out for their parts warranty. If a part say like your motor mount breaks, they replace it but continue with the old warranty, they will not give you a new warranty for the new parts. Didnt think that was fair.

Overpriced, got my tire fixed at 1/10th of the price. I asked about price match on advertised deals and was told no one else sells their tire.

You go for an oil change and they star shoving down your throat all these problems the car has that must be taking care of intermediately. Otherwise, they are ok

Do not go here for anything. They intentionally put the wrong oil in my car after I had to go into the garage to stop them from doing work they were told not to do. They then claimed they got my permission to do so. Avoid at all costs.
