I recently bought a car out of State. When it arrived it had roof damage from probably a tree hitting the top of the car carrier . Needless to say I was not happy at all. I went to Caliber Collision in hopes of restoring my 2018 Nissan to new condition. Bruce was so helpful and provided me a quote in a short time while I waited . I was very impressed right from the beginning with Bruce and the rest of the Team. I decided to use Caliber Collision and boy am I happy I did. From the front desk team to Jose who was my Claim specialist what a PROFESSIONAL team!!! Jose kept me posted with great updates every few days . They finished EARLY and walked me through the repairs once done so I understood what was repaired and the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber to anyone needing work. I went here since I have StateFarm. Very convenient the insurance adjuster is on site. The lady was very nice and went out to the car to look, she explained the process to me in full and what to expect. The service advisor also came out and took a look and listened to my concerns since I had some slight modifications that I wanted transfered. What I really loved was the communication. I opted for text messages and they gave me updates for everything. From the damage assessment, parts ordered and even when its going to paint. They even let me know the deadline they had set. Communication is 5 stars so far.Im posting before pictures of my car and after pictures when I recieve it.THIS REVIEW WILL CHANGE when I recieve my car and looked at the final product.UPDATE: it was swift and easy for pickup. I liked it. My car did stink inside though of paint and other stuff. But I took it to get ozoned and it went away. The only reason 4 stars is because I still need my bumper cover. The good thing is that Caliber is still in contact with me so hopefully they can find out why the 3rd party person has not called me.

Over priced..they wanted to charge me $400 to paint a bumper...I was bringing the bumper in...No car..nothing to cover..$400 FOR A 1 HR..MAX 2 HOUR JOB...CRAZY..I FOUND A GREAT PLACE ..PRIME AND PAINTED FOR $200...they did an amazing job..on o.b.t...People just get GREETY....

I went for an estimate and they gentleman that took care of me did not try to sell me on the repairs. Instead he ask me If I could wait like 15 minutes. I replied yes, he went ahead and took the car to the back and buffed the scratches off free of cost. Will definitely recommend to anyone to go here. They could’ve told me it had to be painted but decided to go ahead and do it free of cost.

Best repair facility in the area.Even though my vehicle totaled by the insurance before I took it in, I wanted to say thank you to Ana. She took the time to make me feel comfortable since I haven’t experienced an accident in over 20 years. She guided me through their whole process in case I did bring my vehicle in. Super friendly and kind young girl.Is difficult now a days to find a body shop that makes you feel like you’re their friend/family member not just any customer.I will keep this location in mind for any relatives as well for myself.

Caliber collision is the absolute best place to have your vehicle repaired. They do a great job on all cars including high end cars by using o.e.m parts for the customer. Unprofessional in so many ways first thing first, if my car insurance is paying for a service so i expect to receive my car in better condition. however is being the second time to fix a simple mistake that your technician or mechanics are doing on your shop. The paint jobs is awful not even a week since i got my car back and the paint it start to crack again is not the first time that it happens.prior things, inspection come first no matter what ? an sometime customer might not be right but professionalism speak for himself or herself however your staff needs a better training on the attitude in the workplace.

I had to get my car fixed and brought it here. They told me it would be a week to get it fixed for a scratch. But whatever. There was NO communication through the entire week they had my car. I physically had to call them. Although it did get done. But they need to work on there communication skills

Dont go anywhere else. Best place in town. Sadly I have been here several times over the last several years but each time it went as smooth as it can go. You can get a rental car there waiting on you and drop it off the day you pick up your car. (which saves you tons of time and headache)I would say most people who dont like this place are just the kind of people who complain about everything and create issues by themselves as people love to blame others for their own character issues.

I had a 2012 that was rear ended and also front end damage after it got pushed into the vehicle ahead. All Pro did all the repairs flawlessly and car is in perfect condition. Cannot tell it was even in an accident but amazing work here and awesome customer service.

These guys were honest and genuine with how they handled my visit.I had a badly damaged rear window with body damage, and although they were capable of handling the damage, I basically just wanted a bandaid of a fix with minimal down time for my vehicle to be repaired. (Lots of travel)Anyway, they inspected the damage told me that they only do “by the book” repairs so that they can warranty their work. I respect this in a business and appreciated their honesty. They then pointed me in the direction of Safelite Autoglass right next door to them and said that perhaps they could help me out.Now I only have to wait an hour and a half to get my window fixed and at an affordable price.So not only did they treat me with respect, they gave business to another company at the benefit of me, the customer.These are the qualities that define a 5 star business in my opinion.So, although I can’t speak for their work, I’d imagine they handle their repairs like their customers. With respect and quality care.Thanks guys!

DO NOT I repeat Do Not deal with this business. I thought I could trust them as they were a preferred shop through my insurance company. Well I was wrong and my insurance company had to end up sending me to a different shop AFTER all the work had been done and was totally wrong and done in the cheapest way possible leading to faults with my headlights. I dealt with a man called BRUCE who was rude, and questioned my integrity and told me when I was frustrated about bringing my car back a third time that I had a bad attitude! Crazy! Customer service is horrible. They just want to make as much money out of the insurance companies as possible and they dont do their job properly. From front desk to mechanics everything was so bad. They missed several problems with my car and the job they did was terrible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks.

No walk-in appointments. Had to drive an hour back the next day to get an estimate for my rear bumper. Front staff was rude both times, while I waited during my appointment one girl was on the company phone with a personal call. A little unprofessional for a busy body shop. My estimate was way over priced (for an out-of-pocket repair) and the estimator told me at least six times the prices would most likely go up once they began work uncovering hidden damages. They were charging me for things that didnt need replacing and parts that could be repaired. Completed elsewhere for $1640 but was quoted here $2125 minimum. I just wanted my bumper fixed. Ill never go back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I HAVE A 2004 MECEDS- BENZI TOOK TO THIS SHOP PER THE INSURANCE COMPANY(ALSTATE) -CLEARLY THEY WORKED FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY! My car looks awful they actually broke the door handle off and rather than tell me hid it! The shop did no follow-up, i called them 6 times and everytime i called to find out when my car would be finished they would tell me they lost my paper work! In a nutshell, the shop destroyed my car, it took them 2 months to fix$700.00 worth of damage! I am currently seeking legal action for the damage to my car via advocates for cancer victims - the shop refuses to call them back to date!
