One phone call. After consultation was told my unit could be more efficient having the right size for the property. Made the appointment and showed up at my door on time. Job finished when promised and now after 20 min of the new unit running could feel the difference. They cleaned up all debris and surfaces like if they never were there. I cant say enough good about AC&R Pro LLC. I had an issue with my ac and had called a larger company in my area to come and troubleshoot why it was not working. After the 1st company came twice for the same problem in a 3 week period, I contacted Miguel at AC&R Pro to give me a second opinion. He was able to come the next day, diagnose where the freon leak was, and was able to get a replacement evaporator coil from the warehouse that was still under warranty. He came the very next day and installed it, and even topped off my freon. His prices were much more reasonable compared to the 1st company and his customer service was top notch. I would recommend AC&R Pro for all your HVAC needs. You wont be disappointed.

I highly recommend AC&R pro for AC repairs. I came home from work at 10pm Last night and my house was 85 degrees and my AC unit was leaking. I got his information from a friend and he was at my house the next day (today) at 10am. My AC is working better than it was before it broke and after stressing the cost all day, I was shocked when my repair cost was totally way below what I expected!!He is responsive, quick and fair prices and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

When my air conditioner broke recently, I decided to reach out to AC&R, on a late Sunday. I crossed my fingers that they would respond, because when you live in Florida and it’s expected to be 90, you know it feels like 100. The need to have air conditioning is crucial, especially since we are currently working from home. When my technician Miguel showed up, he went right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly . He even showed me the part that was broken, and replaced it .
