I made an appointment after a text chat with Spectrum. I was able to book online for the same day and pick from several times. It probably took 5 minutes in and out and I left with the equipment I needed. It was super convenient. Very efficient. A+

Im going through a stressful time with the phone insurance spectrum uses. The staff here waited and worked with me for two hours trying to find a solution that worked best for me. I highly recommend this location. Mobile service, a little less so.
