Brentwood Wireless offered to switch our corporate phones to Sprint; however, we declined. They still proceeded to open new Sprint lines on our account WITHOUT our authorization. Since we need to continue to pay our bill in full to maintain the other Sprint lines, we had to fight to get the extra lines removed, and now have to fight to get a refund. We continue to get the run-around from Sprint corporate and Brentwood Wireless. Truly unethical.
Brentwood Wireless approached our company years ago about saving money and updating the equipment for our employees. They did that to perfection and check back with us regularly. Everything is ordered, specific to your needs, and we always get answers to our dilemmas promptly.
Was promised an account credit after I had to make 6 trips to this store (and the service center) to get a tablet connected to the internet. Never delivered. They talk a good game, but the follow through stinks. Id rather wait an hour at the Crestwood store than do business with this store again.
I agree with Erin, I was promised all kinds of stuff and credits, if I upgraded my work phones. It has now been over 3 month and they have done nothing. I have called them repeatedly, they keep saying that they are working on it and will get back with me and never do. Stay away from them. They are going to be turned into Sprint corporate. Sprint needs to know how they are handling their customers.
