Highly recommend this shop. I moved to the Kirkwood area 3 years ago. This shop happened to be around the corner from my house, and I’ve used them on two separate occasions. I have no complaints about their service, transparency, or the quality of work they performed on my car. They always have my vehicle out in a timely matter, very communicative during the process, and have never taken advantage of me when it comes to repairs/pricing. Very fair and very kind employees. They also came to tow my car in the middle of the day, which I really appreciated on such short notice. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Honesty, Integrity, and Exceptional Customer Service. This is the best way to describe Als. When I moved to the Kirkwood area two years ago Als was recommended to me, and I have been very impressed. Yesterday afternoon I had car issues where I was stranded at Big Bend and Kirkwood Rd. I called Jackie, and within a few minutes Joe had stopped what he was doing to come tow my car, and also managed to fix it by the end of business. They were also kind enough to give me a ride home. This is just one example of how they go above and beyond. If youre in search of an honest service shop I highly recommend Als.

I wont take my car just anywhere, I do everything that Im able to do myself i.e. egr valve cleaning, changing brakes, replacing radiator, upper radiator hose, front right axle, etc, etc...anything I cant do, I take to Als. Theyre forthright and talented, so I rely on their service
