I just recently moved out of the area and had to have several items packed and shipped. Manager Emma was amazingly helpful in sorting, packing, and laying out my options for getting my belongings to my new home. Ask for her next time you need shipping done, shes the best!

Im having a horrible experience with this UPS store. I signed up for a mail account because I was told by the staff that this would be a reliable way get mail forwarded. However, since signing up I have not been able to get any of my mail. The owner refuses to modify or refund for the pre paid charges for a service Im not receiving. How can they possibly conduct business this way? Its terrible to tell a customer that they cant get a refund for a service they are not receiving and they are not reliable in answering their phones. Based on my experience so far, I do not recommend signing up for one of their mailboxes.

Hours of operation need to be updated online.

Proficient staff. Some staff can feel unfriendly but they do their job well. Good parking available in the strip mall.

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. Very careless attitude of staff. We lost very important package containing important documents and the attitude of staff in this place and overall whole UPS customer service and business model is pathetic.

They dont have much room for storing packages during the holiday, so the solution is to charge customers $5 per day after 10 days.

$11 for a small box and they wont ship optics.

Asked if they could notarize my I-9 for employment and they said that their agent was not able to notarize??? wtff
