Absolutely amazing!! Just moved up to the area and decided to try this place out- and I was blown away!I’m really picking with my eyebrows. She did the best job I’ve ever seen! She was immaculate with her work and my eyebrows are so clean! The second you walk in, it’s a warm and calm vibe. I am so happy and will definitely be back!!Best eyebrow waxing I have received!!!

So happy! My eyebrow (it takes work to make it 2! :) was a disaster thanks to the nail salon around the corner and Helen did a great job getting it back into shape. She is so sweet and friendly and took such great care of me, I very much look forward to going back!

Patrice is an actual superhuman. I went here on a whim after seeing Helena Wax Spa on my way home from work. I scheduled online with Patrice. She does an incredible job with my extended bikini wax. She also demonstrates outstanding professional behavior and empathy. They will never try and force products on you here either. I’m not going to go anywhere else because nobody could possibly compare to the excellent service.

Terrible service. Used a groupon and they took a voucher $45. Which was fine. After the appointment they asked me if I wanted to give them tips. I said yes and gave them my credit card. Later looked at my bill and they charged me $90!!! I tried calling Helen and Helen was rude about it and was yelling at me as if it was my fault that she charged me again for the service instead of the tips. She did not refund me my money back and keeps hanging up on me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!This is not how a owner should speak to a client!

Helen did a fantastic job while also keeping a great sense of humor. She waxed both my wife and I, and we are both satisfied with the results.

Last minute appointment accommodated, reasonably priced. High quality waxing, they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

Have visited this salon twice now. Very pleased with their products and superior customer service. Prices arent terrible either. I will always go here for my eyebrow and lip waxing.
