Started going here since my Barber off 20 years threw out his shoulder. Honestly impressed with the ladies giving haircuts here. I’ve had a few and my son has as well. Great haircuts every time.

I have been here for my haircut on 07/06/21. With the reputation supercuts has got I expected the service match to their reputation. It was an absolute bummer with the service the two ladies gave. I felt like they were demanding for tips which are not worth for the service they provide. They were bit arrogant and not ready to understand what we are trying to say. Its waste of time and money going here. Moreover not doing the haircut properly she left some part untouched on sides which I realised when I came back home. I am not going to be there again for sure.

I came here for a haircut and as always Supercut stands out. The staff understands the instructions and provides good customer service. Gives attention to minor details.

Called in the morning and set an appointment for 4:30(they close at 5). I get there and there are a few other people waiting. I thought that those who made appointments didnt have to wait. Finally sat down for a haircut at about 4:55. Didnt notice until later that the lady had kinda nicked a small patch of hair off behind my ear. Since its hair and it will grow back and since this hasnt happened before, I didnt really care.

Awful Terrible Horrible My bf asked for Medium fade and they gave him bald and hair patches like wth it sucked they were rushed I do not recommend unprofessional TERRIBLE we were so angry we just walked out they don’t deserve a penny TN hair salon is way better their profesional quick but take their time unlike this garbage place if I could put 0 stars I would Do not recommend unless u want a terrible haircut.

The place is pretty chill. Been going off and on here since 2006. The staff has always been nice.

Honestly worth what you paid I suppose, even when you booked, they seemed flippant about who got seated (even if it was your time) and there isnt much of choice as their is just like 4 styles which they ask you to pick a number. And careless about where the hair goes. So dont bring any nice shoes

This was my first visit to this Supercuts...I had a $2 off coupon. Jenny was my stylist ( I hope thats what theyre called nowadays) she did a great job. Definitely going back!

They were able to see me the day I called to schedule an appointment, however the haircut itself was pretty bad. I had them do a simple buzzcut, and I had to finish it at home due to them missing a few small spots. Likely wont go back.

To owner of this place: even though the place closes at 7, the associates try to avoid doing work and take new customers in at 6.30pm. it happens on Dec 1, 2019. I will never be back.

Azaria was amazing! Very fast and very professional. Honestly wasnt expecting too much but pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and at a great price.

Been coming to this location for a little over 2 years. Good cuts at good prices! Usually 2 stylists available, so often a wait for this popular spot. Come midweek to skip the weekend wait. Ive changed my style 3 times (bring a picture of what you want) over the years and they got each of them.

This is the worst salon I have ever been too. Not o it did they not cut my hair based off the picture I brought in but she added two pounds of product to fix it at the end. I was upset by the fact that she cut my hair all choppy to the point where I have 8 different lengths but she also cut off 6 inches instead of 3. While being upset and rushing out to leave she tried to yo sell me on product! No apologizing and I still had to pay for my haircut. I will be contacting the manager and complaining. This woman had no idea how to cut hair, left shampoo and conditioner in it and still upselling me!? Are you kidding me!? Awful people. Awful place. Dont go here. You get what you pay and that means garbage.

The haircut, blow dry and styling is everything I wanted and more. My stylist absolutely killed it. After I explained what I wanted she did EXACTLY that.

This Super Cuts location in Kirkland is very convenient for me. Azar is professional and has the skills. I normally go after work and get my hair cut. Also, I like the products they offer.

Viet was great and set me up with a stylish cut. Three stars because they recently raised their prices above what Id consider reasonable and I have to always ask for the free hot towel rather than it being offered.

Came in, they didnt look that busy (3 stylists, 2 people waiting for haircuts). Was told 45minutes (without a lot of confidence in the stylists voice with that estimate, either), which is fine except I let the stylist know that would be cutting it close for what I had time for today (I would have come back tomorrow or later in the evening). Asked if it was really 45minutes and quoted what time that would be. She agreed.Waited 75 minutes and had many people go in front of me (could have put their name in and left/come back, had appointments, etc.; I cant be sure). That was my limit for how much time I could take (+ hair cut, + travel time, + etc.).Dont pussyfoot around with an incorrect wait time. Tell me the truth and I would have come back later. Now Im not coming back at all (and bothered to write a review about it).

Rude and over priced. My mom took my daughter there to get her hair cut and the lady made her tip! She wouldnt let her leave until she filled out the tip portion. Haircut was horrible and not worth the price.

Haircut quality was good. However, the service could be faster!! Quite slow.

Inattentive staff, showed no interest in acknowledging me. I waited an hour before finally leaving after being given no indication of how long the waiting time would be. Being understaffed is understandable, rudeness is not.

WORST haircut of my life a few days ago and I am 45 yrs old. I stated very clearly that I just wanted the tips of my hair trimmed to get rid of the last of my highlights, I held up my hair to show how little I wanted trimmed, I said I was trying to grow it out. She grabbed my hair and just started whacking at it and instead of 1/2 inch or so she cut off 2 inches. I had my glasses off and could not tell until after the scissors started. So once the first cut was done all had to be short. But she only grabbed it in a few places and skipped others. Extremely uneven! HORRIBLE. I had to find someone else to fix it.

Worst haircut of my life. Told the stylist I wanted 2 inches off because I just wanted a trim. She cut off 8 inches and told me to deal with it. She hacked at my hair and the layers look awful and uneven. The service was terrible; the stylist left 6-7 times in the middle of my cut. I will never go back again.

Took my 4 year old for haircut and decided to get my hair cut as well (happened in June 2016), had to wait for 40 mins. On top of that my daughters hair was not cut properly and mine was a total disaster, she hacked at my hair (I asked for a layer cut) and she did not do the face framing that I requested, it has taken me almost a year for my hair get to better shape. I had good experience before this, that is the reason I went back. Im never going back again...

My husband went here tonight to get his haircut and was told the wait time would be 15 mins well..and hour later was finally called back and the lady called him back and then did a horrible hair cut and did not do what he had asked for...needless to say she did a horrible job on haircut and we will not be returning to this store.

Stopped in to get a hair cut no one was in the store waiting the stylist turned me away because she wasnt knowledgeable about the cut I wanted ( inverted bob on curly hair)
