I came in to check out the box selections that this location had as I’m planning a move In the next few months. Lindsey was very knowledgeable about where to start and what products I would need for my huge coffee cup collection. I didn’t need storage but now I know where to go!

I have rented here a few times now over the years for my boat, furniture and other items. I’ve always felt this is been a pretty safe place and the customer service has been good. I recently had an issue that needed to be taken care of and got a hold of the manager Traci Bevan and she’ has gone above and beyond to help me out with my issue and I really appreciate that and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage space.

The gentleman working at this location is such a star. He assisted me with a stuck lock on my unit, whilst at the very end of the day when Im sure he wanted to leave but chose stellar customer service instead and continued to stay a few minutes beyond his time so I could purchase a new lock from him. Super helpful! I would not have been able to access my unit without his help.

I have been very pleased with this facility. We have been customers for several years and it has always been well kept.Lindsey has been a tremendous help to me on several occasions. She is always so positive and friendly on the phone and recently found a way for us to save on our monthly payments, for which I am extremely grateful!! Even on the occasion of calling with a reminder (which I appreciate) Lindsey’s attitude makes all the difference!

Not gonna lie transaction of downsizing my unit was a little rough… although Regina and her Supervisor (sorry, I forgot your name) went above and beyond to assist me with my storage rental! I left feeling like I was truly taken care of.

I wasnt certain about getting a public storage for my dnd figurines, but the customer service rep I talked to helped me get over all my fears! Theyre really super helpful!

While I ultimately did not rent a unit with Public Storage (I was looking for climate control and this location doesnt have this feature) - Lyndsay went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. She checked in with other locations, made a reservation for me as a back up, and went over all the details I should know regarding renting a unit. The customer service by Lindsay and Alias are AMAZING. I came in to purchase moving supplies and Lindsay knew her knowledge on most of the products while Alias safely helped the items to my car. (Which is great to see during this pandemic).

Nice people, but when I moved out, live and dead mice were in my things. I had to throw away large garbage bags full of my jewelry, clothes, linens, tapestries, and childhood keepsakes. I had to wash everything that wasnt ruined.

Very clean. Flatbed carts are available. Easy, secure access. Timed lights that I can control, meaning saving energy. Close to where I live, ar the corner of two main streets.

They just put the pest control boxes out in front of our units but...like i said..five years here and I have never seen a rat. Lol these guys are cool. Never had a break in either knock on wood!

Needed a unit short notice, found this Public Storage on the web. Reserved unit on line and received call back almost immediately. Site Mgr (Lindsay) was pleasant, professional & helpful and accommodated meeting that afternoon to see unit and check out property and get it rented! Location is good, paperwork was easy and unit fair priced.

I recently made several trips into this Public Storage to purchase moving boxes and one trip to return some boxes I ended up not using. Each and every time I came in, despite it being during a pandemic, every employee I dealt with was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the products they carried. I specifically want to give a shout out to Christy and the lovely brunette who were working the day I came in to return a few boxes I ended up not using. I happened to come in at a very inopportune time (right after they had received instructions to close the store unexpectedly during business hours) and they both very professionally and very quickly made sure I got my return processed and got the heck out of there in a very expedient manner. :) All while being absolutely calm about the whole situation. Betty and the gentlemen who just moved up here from California were also both very nice to deal with (Betty especially). :) If I find myself in need of a storage space or some more boxes, Im glad I know where to go!

My daughter and I have had a unit for over five years at Public Storage, 12248 NE 124th Street in Kirkland, WA. I contacted the office last week to inquire about moving to a smaller unit because my larger unit was putting a strain on my budget. Betty took the time to discuss logistics for making an easy transition between units, and she also provided pricing options for downsizing. Betty then came up with a solution to keep the rate within my budget. Both Betty, as well as Lindsay, need to be recognized for meeting and exceeding expectations in exhibiting excellent customer service.

Excellent facility with easy and secure access at reasonable price. Parking spaces and building is connected with covered port; no need to worry about rain. Lauren was the most helpful agent; she showed me 3 spaces to make sure I get the one I like most. She is as cheerful as sunshine and she dissipated all of the stress of the move. What a nice couple of guys... the other guy I think his name was Robert... he helped me to get to the elevator after I got my stuff out of my car...just super nice couple of people that are so kind and helpful...I just love renting from public storage...

This is one of the worst places to store your belongings, there are far better options available Im way happier since I have moved everything to West Coast storage, my storage locker hasnt been broken into, the hours I can access it are far better, the employees seem like they actually might care if someone breaks into your locker and maybe even do something about it, oh and at West Coast storage they actually have security cameras that work and are facing a direction that would be helpful if something ever did happen. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with public storage, dont believe me go see for yourself!

Rest room has been out of order for 3months plus. Inhospitably hot during daylight hours. No trash cans. Area not very secure some gates and foors can be left open or ajar.

My wife sent me here to get packing supplies. Ken, was so happy to see me and really went above and beyond what I expected at a storage place. This guy deserves some recognition for a job well done!

Great place to do business with. I really like their automated system that tracks your phone number and allows the agent to talk directly to you without having to repeat a lot of check in info. Speaking of check in, that went well and quickly. Since I was storing a boat, the agents made sure that I had a stall that facilitated backing the boat into the enclosure. Lauren and Anji were extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient in checking me out when I no longer needed the storage. Hats off to them at Public Storage.

Jason (district manager) and Kelly (property manager) provided superb service. I have been overwhelmed with personal issues this past week. I needed to move by belongings from my condo into my storage unit, however ran into a few challenges. Jason being sensitive to what I was going through stepped in immediately and solved my storage problem. I recommend this location to everyone thats considering a public storage.

Everyone I dealt with was super great. Especially Chris and Liz. I needed a storage unit for 2 months while remodeling my house. I asked for a bigger unit, and was asked how much stuff I was going to put in it. They showed me a smaller unit which worked perfect and saved me $$. Would happily use again, if/when I ever need. Place is clean, plenty of carts avail as well.

Many thanks to Adrian for excellent service. After a nightmare experience with my moving company, he quickly made sense of the situation and couldnt have been more helpful in getting the situation back on track.

- Parked a trailer here for three weeks. Actual footprint was smaller than advertised, and the trailer barely fit. Its what we got. These things arent difficult to measure and advertise correctly.- Trailer was broken into, $8000 of tools were stolen. Theres a reason we didnt park it at the Shell Station - security is kind of a big deal.- Camera footage not available - front desk says that the security cameras only film *after hours* and only if the motion detector sets them off. Again, security is a big deal. Hard drives are cheap - nobody uses VHS tapes anymore.- A week after our trailer was hit, a second break-in attempt failed, but the trailer next to ours was hit - and no footage available for those guys either.Broke the lease and moved elsewhere. Lack of security was the key reason, but the apathy of management to address any of these concerns made it an easy decision to leave.

Lyndsey is soooooo awesome. Always professional, sweet and couldnt be more helpful. I would refer everyone to this location all day long every day.

Very dissatisfied with my experience obtaining a storage unit at this location. After going online over a week ago, receiving 2 confirmation calls and voice mails, and a confirmation email, when I arrived for my 10am appointment no one was to be found on site and the office was locked. Waited some time while trying to call the location phone number, but voicemail is all I was able to reach. I put a call into the corporate line and was referred to leave a message for the District Manager on his voice mail. After over 2 hours, was finally contacted to reschedule for same day. And after all of my inconvenience I experienced today, there no offer made to reimburse me for my time loss today, I would have settled for something as simple as waiving the lock fee, but nothing but a Im sorry from the clerk that assisted me. I dont plan on keeping my stuff stored here any longer than necessary and will be leaving reviews to prepare others for their storage needs research.

Travis was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up with just the right storage unit. He took the time to explain the options and terms of the agreement and answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and well light and felt secure.

This will be my 3rd yr at public storage in totem lake. i recommend you give them a try first to avoid issues that arise with cheaper rundown storage facilities.. the security at totem lake is excellent as is their attention to maintenance. they clean inside and out daily. there is never trash around the dumpster you will happy with the easy freeway access and most important the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous.
