I called Appliance Pro to repair a refrigerator. The technician came out on 5/21/2020 and was in a big hurry. He dragged our refrigerator across the hardwoods creating two 36 long gouges deep into our wood floors.Once the technician realized he had damaged the floors he quickly said the refrigerator was not repairable, charged us $160 for the diagnosis and ran out the door.Appliance Pro Today would not offer a discount or any refund on the services.Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for any service.

Never use use this BS company. It is just a phone number and they will connect you to someone who wont take any responsibility.A technician came to check our fridge, told me that he will return with a special detail to replace and he never come back. Noone even called and I cant find that guy, because they connect to different independent contractors all the time.

Nice guy named Ryan came and he is a retired Vet. Much respect. He said he fixed it all and I paid and then he left. Well hours later my sink was leaking again and my dish washer was NOT draining again. I have tried to call for 3 days to just resolve the issue or at least get half my money back. NO ANSWER at all. No call backs and no one answering the phone. I DO NOT recommend to anyoneeeeeee. Call a local plumber.

Used this company here in Ormond Beach, FL, they have proven to be both incompetent and unreliable. I would categorize them as scam artists performing a slap dash quick fix, charging exorbitant rates and then no follow up when the repair fails less than a week later. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Called this company to have someone fix our Samsung aqua jet washer. The guy came, he took a look at our washer and we had to pay about $100 for the parts to come in (seems very fishy, shouldn’t we pay AFTER the washer gets fixed?) it’s now been two weeks and the guy has never responded to any of my text messages and has never given me and my family a follow up about when/if the parts will come in. I have the license plate of the car the guy drove in and a clear video of the guy who came to our home due to our ring app. Will definitely have this problem resolved soon by calling the police.

Well, I think we got scammed. We called these guys on the 7th of the month, and they came out on the 9th. A young hispanic dude name Peter showed up on time. He was friendly, seemed knowlegeable about the issue with our refrigerator, and said that he would have to order the parts. He said they would take a couple of days to get to them and said he would be back on Friday, or Monday if the parts didnt get there in time.Seemed reasonable to me, so when he asked for a deposit I gave it to him. It seemed odd that the name he requested the check be made out to was so long, but since my wife made the call, I had no idea what company it was. I made the check out to Noel Salvacion and he left. Friday came & went, Monday passed, and here we are two weeks later with no freaking idea who we gave $750.59 to. No voice mail on the cell # I have for the guy, and calls to Appliance Pros Today gets me a promise that Dylan will call me back. The Attorney General is my next step.UPDATE: Dylan called back, says whoever Peter was, he wasnt one of their guys. Also says that the repair should only cost a couple Hundred dollars. The plot thickens. I did finally get ahold of Peter, who says my parts are in, but he needs to schedule a day to come do the work. He says he works for Tacoma Appliance Repair. Once I get to the bottom of this, I will delete this review.

Scam company do not trust or hire.i live in Cincinnati Ohio. Called them on July 30th to get my fridge fixed. They had Terry Hayes come out around 7 he was dressed in shorts and a t shirt. Had a bag full of tools. Not professional at all.So Terrylooked out or freezer said it was frozen from coils. then he asks us for a blow dryer. Said it needs a part he had it with him in the suv. He was driving sad not even a company car.said it would be 235.00 to fix it would take 200 cash if we let him fix it. Thank God he didnt get anything more then 59.99 as he was a scammer hired by another crooked company Applience pro today.called to complain Monday and Applice pro today said they didnt hire him. What a joke. Yet I have multiple call logs and oroff. Basically Applience pro today is a middleman hiring ppl. Which is ok as long as they know the company they are hiring. This is not the case. Basically to make a long story short . When calling Applience pro today. You might not get a professional you will be routed straight to Sears over priced company rip off 89.99 just to dignose the issue then a change for the fix. Ok so about 3 to 400 night as well buy another fridge. So Applience pro today is located in Washington DC. Worst company. Emailed them over 10 days ago and didnt hear anything about a refund for being scammed. Now they said they forwarded this info to Terry Hayes the scammer and want his response. Get out if here after 10 days. U have not even done anything. So I will let everyone I can know never to use these crooks. They should be shut down and homeless.
