Buyer beware. They call it “Budget” for a reason. Trucks are all disgusting. They are not cleaned and are potentially unsafe.They tried to send me on a 1,200 mile trip with bald tires. Luckily I caught this before loading the truck.The replacement truck they gave me had good tires but was equally as disgusting as the first truck.We spent 2hrs cleaning and shop vacuuming the truck.13 miles into the trip, the check engine light came on. I went through the roof when that happened.I would never use this company again. They obviously do not care about their equipment or their customers.

I rent from Ed several times a year. The trucks are always nearly new and in great shape. The rates are the best in the area. Ed communicates clearly and often allows some flexibility in returns. I have rented from all the local places but this Budget is my preferred rental whenever possible.
