I have worked with kingston caps for the last 9 years, subletting vehicles to the for various things. Theyve yet to disappoint. Recently had my own vehicle worked on with them to have a trailer brake controller installed. Hands down, best price in town or out of town for that matter. Was done the same day and was exactly as promised and described.

Called up for a Thule rack that’s $649 on every website and Thule actual website, they quoted me $800 plus tax. PRICE GOUGING AT ITS BEST, tried to reason with the guy and he wouldn’t budge. Rather wait 3-4 days for a rack then to pay over $100 more

Ordered my BACKRACK for my 2021 GMC 2500 a week in advance. Showed up first thing in the morning for my appointment, nothing. Wasn’t ordered. Wasn’t here. Period. Re arranged my entire morning for nothing. The worst part was they had a week to call me to tell me the stuff wasn’t here and they didn’t.

Very accomodating.This dealer is willing to do whatever it takes to earn customer satisfaction, and I am a completely satisfied customer.Thanks guys.Regarding the cap itself from ARE...6 month review...shoddy workmanship, began leaking through brake light housing, sometimes leaks under bed rail, wires falling loose, trim pieces falling off, rivet ends popping off, rear door light switch poorly engineered and binds on every closure, some rivets rusting on rear door. So I give the cap 3 stars, C- quality.Update Aug 2020: windows leaking again...badly. Now I have no confidence in camping in the bed under the cap nor can I consider the bed dry storage. So much for the main reasons I bought the cap.

Luke is totally amazing! Don’t go anywhere else for your tow, hitch and a ton more needs. Right from the start of my experience was wonderful. Luke pleasantly answered the phone and all my questions with great care. I booked my hitch installation for the next day. I was welcomed into the shop and they took my forester in right away. My hitch was installed and to my surprise, they also assembled and mounted my new bike rack. He then proceeded to instruct me on how it all worked. This place is a great place to have service done. I will be going back very soon for a automatic starter installed.
