I just opened Chris Cave State Farm in my hometown of Kingsport, Tennessee on Saturday May 1st, 2021. Several times this week my office was in need of a quick turnaround service and Megan made sure that happened. Both my wife and I came in the store and were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. We will be going back..Kudos to Megan for a job well done!👍

Jonathan was amazing!! I came in to return some school books and he was so kind. They were kind of busy but he greet me with a huge smile and an upbeat personality. He asked me how school was going and how long I had left! He was quick, efficient, but still very friendly!! Great customer service!! He made my day!

Just dropped my box there and the mgr took real good care of me! Packaged the box real well! Very satisfied.

Ive had the pleasure of doing business with this ups store location since they opened & have never had a problem here. attentive & courteous & always willing to help. these are things you dont find everywhere, everyday but i find them here. others could take note from the way this store runs.thanks guys i really appreciate it!!

They are always great! Like everywhere sometimes they are short staffed and may have to wait but Ive never had to wait over 5 min

I cant say enough about the staff at this UPS Store. They go out of their way to help us with anything from our box there, to shipping packages and mailing letters. Theyve also helped us with printing and recently shredding a large amount of paper as well.Our businesses are able to do so much more thanks to this UPS Store and the staff who work there!

This UPS Store was one of the best UPS Stores that I have visited. I went in with the impression that Id have to argue to get the person just to get the package sent back but I didnt. The young man behind the counter was very polite and that was amazing for a change to have someone be nice without having to pay tof it.

As a business owner, I frequently ship packages with UPS at this location. Ive always had fast friendly service from a staff that is always ready to help. Highly recommend

Went to ship a package that should have cost 150 at most. The woman working was kind enough to point out the box and its sad condition. She offered to repackage it and it would guarantee everything inside, well of course! How much could that be... $115.. Or I can buy a box and tape for 50? But to ship it will cost 400 dollars. And the package I brought in, that ups now cut open and wont ship in its current status is my problem now. F me, right?

Very poor customer service at the Kingsport stone drive location. Will definitely not use this store anymore.Great service at the other location in Kingsport.Had a employee walk away and say I dont care. Very poor management these people should definitely be replaced. Would definitely like the contact information for the owners of this location.

We just moved to the area. I’m so glad that our UPS store is so awesome. Especially Allan ! I have had to send important documents by fax, return equipment to directv . Allan was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This last time I came in I need a notary, and of course it was Allan ! I was so glad because I knew it would get done quickly and correctly. He is wonderful ! Thank you Allan so so much ! You are my go to guy at UPS !!! Store 5883 ROCKS !

Went in to drop off a package. Christina was helping someone with a big package, but she acknowledges I was there right away. She was very nice, the wait wasnt long at all, and my package arrived at its destination a day early.

Do not ship from this store. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Shipped a time sensitive document overnight from this location and wasn’t told that they were just going to take it to the US Postal service which I know would have been much cheaper in the first place. Went back because the package was delivered 3 days past the expected time and was told it was the postal service’s problem not theirs. Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have a regional person to speak with or a headquarters which I know is a lie. Was given a “regional persons” personal gmail email. Will not do business here again here again and will be reporting to the BBB

Just found out this store cheated me.They used a box that was twice as large as necessary and charged me accordingly.Their corporate office says each store is independently owned and they can charge whatever they want to.

Limited notary services.

If I could give a zero, I would....incredibly rude staff, not helpful at all...just look at you when you ask a question.. never going back

The UPS store on Stone Dr. has always been super helpful and accommodating. I have been to their store a few times to have homework laminated. I previously went to Office Depot and they told me it would take over a day before they could get to it and put me on a list. The UPS store took care of my request with no issues. Since then I have come here every time I have needed something done. Everyone has been very nice and very helpful.

I was lied to about items UPS would ship. Paid for fragile packing one item was left out. Went to UPS hub as directed by the store. UPS would not ship package. I took it to another shipper. It shipped and on arrival one item was missing. BEWARE if having items packed in the Kingsport store and call and verify anything they tell you.

Terrible experience. They could not even print out a piece of paper. Not together over there at all unfortunate to report was my experience.

Always difficult to work with. Does not help customer. The owner had to reset computer which took about 10 minutes that I had to pay for even though all I needed was to print a shipping label. Advertises notary. No notary on weekend. Tried to send me half hour away. Rude to staff and customers. If there was another close, I would not be back.
