They did a great job. You cannot even tell I ever had any damage to my truck. They even washed it and vacuumed the I side. It was done on time and they kept me updated on the progress. I would highly recommend B&E Collision .

Just found out they hot glued my bumper to my fenders.... the fit was poor, the parts they used were cheap quality, I wouldnt recommend them to work on a bicycle!

After recently having a collision, I chose B&E to repair my Honda Pilot. I had never used their services before. From the initial estimate all the way to the finished product, they were professional and provided quick and seamless care.

A rent-a -car was ready when I dropped off my car ; causing me no inconvenience. My car car looked brand new when I got it back. They pay attention to detail at B&E. I recommend them hands down!

The staff at B and E were amazing! Wifes car was rear ended with a good amount of body damage, was told these guys were the best. Anthony was awesome upon arrival for the estimate, gave him all the info on the claim number etc and they handled it all. Was scheduled for 2 weeks out which was no big deal. Upon dropoff they had an amazing system to get the cars in and I was gone in my rental car that they had there within just a few minutes. Car was completed on the exact day they said and my wife went to pick it up. Anthony once again took great care of her parking the car right beside the rental so she could move our 2 young boys over, they even hooked the boys up with hotwheels and fidget spinners, much appreciated! The car looks amazing and the work was extremely high quality, but going the extra mile for their customers was by far the point that stands out! 5 stars for sure!

These folks are the best, Im a travel nurse and was on assignment in kingsport, I had damaged my car in st Louis and was in need of a repair. My car got hit and I had it taken to B and E Collision and Auto Sales. They called to let me know how long it would take to get the parts and the time it would take to repair my car. I had a question a few days before my car was to be ready and the gentleman that I had to talk to was out to lunch but, it didnt take long and he returned my call and answered my question.I bought my car new but I noticed a small blemish on a spot a few days after I bought the car and I tried everything to get rid of it and of course it wasnt in the back quarter panel that was hit, it had to be on a front corner panel. The day I picked up my car....WOW!!!!! I dont know how but, it looked better than the day I bought it new. And that little quarter size blemish was gone.This business has gone above and beyond all of my expectations.If you need body repair I would definitely recommend this being one of your choices.I wish that google would let The Google Local Guides give 10 stars to exceptional businesses or allow a local guide that is level 4 or above a way to give special acknowledgment since we give honest reviews and when I was a level 4 I know I had done over 1,000 reviews, now Im a level 6 or 7 and I have never been so pleased with a business as I am with this one.Great Job and Great Crew!!! Have used this business several times. They have always been professional and they do great work. While there getting an estimate for a repair I asked about some scratches unrelated to the repair I was there for. The estimator said he didnt think the scratches were in the paint and went to the shop and came back with a rag and what I assume was some light compound and took out the scratches.

Awesome staff and quality work. Felt like family. Sometimes being a single old grandma i worry about being misled or overlooked (LOL)....was not an issue here. I was treated great and everything was explained up front. Everyone was always nice and helpful, no matter how many questions i asked! :-)

We had our car fixed at B & E after a minor collision. The entire experience was exemplary from beginning to end. They did a straight forward and honest estimate, let us bring our own parts (which saved us a significant amount of money), and completed the work in less than half of the estimated time frame. They did an outstanding job on the actual work itself and they even warranty their work for as long as we have the vehicle. They have done repairs on both mine and my wifes vehicle, after doing the repairs on my truck the bumper started to rust. When I went to them with the problem I found out it had been over a year and was out of manufacturers warranty, my insurance comp wouldnt help. The folks at B n E never slowed down, they replaced my bumper at no charge to me. This is the way business should be done, they are what all companies should want to be.

Recently I had quite a bit of body work done on my car. I hit a deer on my way to school and it really took a toll on my car. Ive used B&E Collision several times, most recently after being rear-ended the day before I had to leave for vacation. It was so easy communicating with the staff, even while I was out of state. They went above and beyond to keep me informed about the paperwork and repairs on my vehicle. I have had nothing but excellent service and perfect repairs every single time Ive trusted them with my vehicles! You still cant tell my Pilot has ever been wrecked!! :)

Overall, B&E did a great job on fixing the body of my car. I needed the back bumper repaired and they did good work! Someone had rear ended me and caused some minor damage to my vehicle. They had told me in would take between 1-3 days to fix my car, however, they had my car in their shop for over a week. I was given a rental by the insurance company (metlife) who sent me to this shop to have my car fixed. Im insured with another company.The night after receiving my car back. I noticed a significant amount of miles added to my vehicle. Initially, I was thinking maybe I was wrong but then noticed from the paper B&E gave me that I turned in my car at 133,300 miles and received my car back 8 days later at 135,100 miles. I have proof of this too. I also knew this didnt add up because I had just gotten an oil change 2 weeks prior and the miles on my sticker for my next oil change was quickly approaching again. NOW, the insurance that paid for the rental and damages is blowing up my phone upset that the cost of the rental and damages was more than estimated and whatever. But truth be told...I think my car was finished a lot sooner and someone from their auto spot was driving my car. Because you literally have to TRY to put 1700 miles on someones car, you dont just do that driving around the tricities. My advice would to just be weary.But like I said, the people I interacted with and the woman at the front desk were kind to me and the work done on my car was good. I just cant make ANY sense of the whole mileage situation on my car if I am being honest. I feel like someone should be held accountable for that.

Took my 2010 Camaro up there after a hit and run. Customer service was great. Owners are great people as well. My car was in and out in no time and when I went to pick it up it was washed and cleaned looking brand new. The body work was great!! Highly highly recommend!!
