NO other place to take my BMW!!! Always pleased with service!! These guys know what they are doing!!!

I’m not sure what to make of this place yet. I go for an oil change and the staff where very accommodating and welcoming. My only concerns are after the car had the service done, it was smoking and the technician was just befuddled, and like “well if it does stop bring it back by on Monday.” My vehicle now is leaking small bits of oil, and the coolant light popped on less than two months later. I do not drive this car everyday as it is a second vehicle. Now how would this occur if the service entailed included all the proper top off requirements? It seems as if my car was better off beforehand...

3 stars cause they didnt answer, left a message and never got a return call. Ended up fixing it myself.

Own a German car? Have your maintenance done here.Extremely reasonable labor rate, especially considering its a German shop.Recently took my 89 BMW to them for a quick diagnostic check and the BMW mechanic listed off all the engine specs and common issues - all of that on a 30 year old car. Impressive.I later spoke with the VW/Audi mechanic about another car, and he too was able to give me specific diagnostic advice.

I went to German Motors for the first time a few weeks ago.I had a GREAT experience dealing with all of the crew there. Rudy, Randy and the rest were very professional, polite and down to earth as well. They were very forthcoming with their knowledge and advice. This is my first time owning a Mercedes and they were great about telling all I needed to know. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional repair and maintenance work on their Mercedes.

I serviced my 2007 BMW 328xi which had a knocking noise which is basically a very bad engine problem took it to 4 places and they all turned me down saying its a major problem, German motors fixed and rebuilt my engine top to bottom and their mechanic is one of the best in the area, changed my oil pump as oil was leaking and our cam was broken due to it, Fixed everything with BMW parts for a reasonable price compared to BMW dealership.Now my BMW runs very smooth and like a brand new car.Thanks, will use them and recommend them againMohamed Ali

I just wanted to say Ive taken two vehicles to this place to be repaired both of which came with a $500 repair Bill and were not repaired in anyway when I got them back I thought the first time may have just been bad luck but when it happens twice I think theres something very wrong going on here... By the way the first vehicle was a Land Rover it took about 15 minutes to repair I would not have believed it if I would not have seen it with my own eyes these guys had it for days and it had to be towed away from their shop. The second vehicle was a Mercedes and its leaving in the exact same shape as it was dropped off the only difference $500 missing from my pocket. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I made a call on Monday morning because my VW diesel had 2 warning lights on and was in limp mode. They worked me in at 2pm. Brian discovered an oversight with some previous work Id had done (in another city). He corrected it and checked for other problems and I had it back to me by 5pm.Brian took the time to show and tell me a number of things I didnt know about owning a diesel. I would recommend him and German Motors 100%. This has been one of my best car-related experiences.

Great service. I have been going here for years and they remain the only place I take my e350 and 81 rabbit. They may be a bit rough around the edges at times but they continue to find innovative solutions to unsolvable problems. What I love most about them is the can try attitude rather than most shops we cant fix it if we do not have a pre-built solution mentality. Labor cost have always been inline with what I expected and parts are your normal markup.

Great place to get car fixed they about can fix any madel

A year ago I had German motors repair the Transmission in my Mini Cooper. After I got it back I complained of noises that hadnt been there before Groaning and grinding noises. They blamed them on everything but the transmission, from a loose master cylinder tank to unevenly worn tires. After several trips and a couple of more repairs that did not fix the noise I gave up. Now my transmission failed again, and I had a different shop rebuild it. (correctly this time). It now works perfectly, better than it had after German Motors had worked on it,and for less money, and not only that, every mysterious noise was gone. Dont let these people near your car.
