Just traded in for the S21 here (Kingsland, GA)...best cell service, nice sales people; very helpful,... however the accessories are too expensive. Please consider lowering the rates. I will not pay 39.95 for a screen protector, thats just a ridiculous ask. Great phone, Thank you, Mr. Bradley Crooks.

Walked into the store wanting to get a new phone. Had questions about the I phone because I always had a Android. Was given great answers to all questions!! Walked out with a new adventure!!! Have always had great a salesperson to take care of my needs.

I went in and got a new phone today. Experienced some troubles with my account and getting to recognize the new phone with my account but the representative was very helpful and work diligently through the many issues. 4 hours later walked out happy with a brand new phone. My phone went blank and died. Went to Verizon store and Jeremiah was very helpful. My phone was beyond help so I got a new one but he was able to lower my bill substantially without a decrease in service. All in all, a very good experience.

Jeremiah and Adam were wonderful to work with both on the phone and in person. They made the transition to a new phone smooth and painless which is saying something. Adam sat with me through the process of learning where the new keys and functions of my phone got off to with the upgrade and was very patient. Jeremiah helped secure the phone I wanted from another store so it would arrive and I didnt waste my time driving out. He also made sure all my discounts transfered over along with my verizon up rewards. Very pleased with both gentlemen.

The associates working here went over and above what was required to solve my phone problem, though they received no commission for helping. Over the course of four visits seven different associates worked with me. I felt each one treated me honestly and forthrightly, acting in my best interest. One associate took hours of his own personal-off-time to research practical solutions to my phone issue. They are exceptional in customer service and quite military friendly. I would be hard-pressed to believe that you would find better customer service from Jacksonville to Savannah.

I stopped in to look at getting a new phone because my contract was up. Daniel was my sales rep, and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me find the right phone for me and the best plan to go along with it. He’s excellent at what he does, and I will definitely be going back to see him in the future!

Do not get this confused with a true Verizon store. Either their prices dont match or the workers on the floor for sales are trying to get extra money. They attempted to charge more for a phone than Verizon does. Why would I pay an extra $100 when I can drive half an hour tops to a real store? The sales staff were not completely knowledgeable in the items they sell. I needed a fast charger not a rapid charger (significantly higher amperage that will kill your phones battery over time).

Let me just say the sales people in there are absolutely the best! Patience and determination to make you happy! I was definitely impressed. Not really what I wanted to spend but they went up and beyond to make it all worth it. I am definitely looking forward to a good relationship with this company! Thank you for making the beginning of it so pleasant!!

My wife and I stopped in to secure a personal phone for her. The team member welcomed us on our arrival, escorted us to his desk, and engaged my wife in a conversation to determine how she used her phone and what she expected of it. He then shared a couple of phones that would meet her expectations, explained how to get the most out of it, signed her up to my existing plan and we were on our way.

Came in to get a new phone at this store because mine was ready for it. I ended up being greeted by Carlos and he helped us out. Very patient and on point with his profession. Thank you for a speedy transaction too

Went to Verizon because my G5 would not turn on after charging. I have insurance on it so I figured I would be covered. First the salesman said to me that the phone had a software issue and that he wouldnt recommend using my insurance on it because it was 5 years old and I would need an additional 150 dollars with the insurance to go with it. But he would highly recommend that I buy a new phone since I was eligible for an upgrade. First of all the g5 didnt come out till April of 2016 so it just turned 3 years old. Secondly I am not buying a new phone after I just paid about 600 dollars for the one I had. I took the phone to the local repair shop where 22 dollars and 10 minutes later my phone was repaired and working good as new. Thanks for nothing. I will never buy anything from you guys again. Last time I bought a phone there it took me 6 months to get them to give me my military discount. I am done with them. Never going back.

Normally a great experience. Found out today that a sales representative showed a family friend my detailed account information to leverage a sale. And all they needed was my last name. Called to speak to the sales lead John and he denied that this couldve possibly happened. Total breach of my familys privacy and they refused to accept any responsibility or hold anyone accountable.

Its hit or miss at this place. Ive had really helpful sales associates that did every thing I didnt even know I could do then Ive had times when the sales associates didnt even want to bother helping me...its weird because they clearly have a revolving door of employees... So dont think you can have a great experience everytime...this place has left a bad taste in my mouth. Almost makes me hate Verizon. If you can, go to another Verizon store.

I have to say his knowledge of phones, and Customer service were outstanding in every sense.
