I didnt review this! But I will now!! I was so upset by my haircut, I had to go back and it still wasnt right!! Ive never had a problem with Supercuts prior to this. The color is okay, but the cut was not right at all!

Super friendly and professional. I got the $20 cut and was out in about 45 minutes. Appointments are recommended but theyll make time for walk ins.

Came in for haircut and had my 7 year old with me. With no place to sit she was standing next to the seats with wrapping paper covering them and the front desk woman kept getting on to her for looking at the paper. It bothered the woman so much that I can tell that it was starting to cause her mental stress so I felt obligated to leave her a separate 10.00 tip for distress my daughter caused her. I hope all is fine with her.

I got a fabulous cut, highlights and eyebrows cleaned up. Service was excellent.

My young lady was patient be and talented.

I’m writing this review as I am a supercuts franchise employee in Reno NV. The covid surcharge is due to the additional measures we are taking to do extra steps required due to COVID, therefore there is a need to charge a fee. Also due to COVID, the health department and CDC made a rule there is nobody to wait in the lobby. It’s for the health of all the clients and the staff. I find it discouraging when somebody complains about rules that are put in place for everybody’s safety. It’s bad to shame a business because you don’t like the rules. We’re all in this together, so I felt the need to comment in a positive way.

I love the staff and they always cut my hair the way I want it.

A regretful experience. They now have an addition charge and claim it’s because of COVID. Additionally, they won’t let anyone sit inside and wait, regardless of your age. Everything was slow and running 1/2 hour late from my appointment time.

This company uses fraudulent claim that they are collecting a OSHA surcharge for Covid19. This is fraud. OSHA has no surcharge. It is just a way to steal from customer. Cleaning a facility is a business owners duty. Raise your price dont lie to public.

Very professional and really great cut

Was very glad with Super cuts they did a good job cutting my hair and making sure everyone had madk on.

Ugh. I went in with hair past shoulders asked for an a line with length in front to not be touched came out chopped. Boyfriend hates it i am disappointed:( Erika and amee do good but idk about the girl who did my hair today wont ask for her again I am half tempted to go back and complain about it like I mean it wasnt a difficult cut i dont think. And she said she had to cut hair blindfolded at the college idk. But it still needs thinning scissors and its not even i wont ever come back there. And that used to be the only place I would go

Made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early and was told to come back at the time I was scheduled for. I come back at noon (my scheduled time) and was told it would be another 20 minutes before I could get my hair cut. It does not take 45 minutes to cut a mans hair.

Took my wife there today for a hair cut, when she came out 50 minutes later I asked wheres the haircut, didnt look like it was even hardly trimmed, then got home and it was so cut up and uneven Im going to take her somewhere else and get it fixed.......DONT GO THERE!!!!!

There was plenty of parking at this location. One of the staff took my name down soon as I walked in and informed me that there was one person ahead of me which is useful information. Family members were sitting in the waiting area which worried me that the wait could be a while. But the wait wasnt long and I was happy with my haircut. And this location takes coupons which is convenient.

Supercuts is great. Ill miss them cause I have to move. But they did a great job on my hair.

I did have to wait a long time for my haircut. However she took a long time and did a good job with my super curly hair. She also did a good job with my eyebrow wax. I believe her name was Kat and she was very friendly. The store is clean and tidy. There is a good selection of products and they will help you pick the right ones.

We had a great experience. Weve been going there for years. I took my mom in the other day and the lady that was cutting her hair wasnt sure how to do something and she got her manager and her manager came over and showed her how to cut my moms hair. My mom has really long hair and shes had a really hard time trying to find somebody that can cut her hair the way she would like. And both of them together did a great job. She will definitely be going back there again. I highly recommend Supercuts great price and you get what you want.

Good mens pricing at $12 less $4 coupons. Much better than Cost Cutter.The cutter could have taken more time to make sure my cut was even everywhere.But iver all, pricing g is fair.

Second time I have gotten my hair cut there. This last one made me want to come back everyday for a shampoo! I got a 10 minute scalp massage (or so it seemed)! I got a really good haircut both times!

I took my daughter in for her hair. She originslly had a half shave and grown out was so shaggy. Cooper (I think? Redhead) did a wonderful job blending and layering her hair. Now it looks like it is supposed.

I had a very pleasant visit at Supercuts in Kingman, Az. The staff is very nice and friendly. There was not a long wait time and the hair stylist was very professional and a good conversationalist. She was able to get me in and out of there without haste or tarry. The salon was neat, clean and well organized. The pricing was perfect for what I had done. Thank you Supercuts for a job well done.

They didnt no how to do my a line hair cut and mess it all up it to short.afyer i asked if they new how yo do a aline cut didnt flat iron it like i asked .

Would give this nasty place zero stars if I could. After the woman used one of her brushes on my daughters hair she got lice shortly afterwards. This was my daughters first (and last) professional hair cut. My daughter is 13 and never had lice her whole life. We can trace it to this place. Also it ended up costing me $40 for 2 haircuts, way overpriced! The lady used a different brush on me so I didn’t get lice. This happened a couple months ago and were still struggling to totally get rid of it. Can’t recommend this place. Not going here ever again!

My husband and myself always have a good experience at Supercuts. All of the employees are polite and accommodating. No matter how busy they are when we arrive they always acknowledge us with a hello!The hair dressers are attentive and aim to please. We recommend Suprercuts to all our friends in Kingman!
