The electronic pickup (and drop-off) for UHaul truck went well. However I had also ordered for moving blankets and furniture dollies which they neither gave nor worse, did not tell me about (not having!). Since we were depending on them, it made the move far more challenging! (At least I was not charged for them!!!)

Truck was clean and easy to rent and return. Brittany helped us with the rental and she was friendly and great to deal with...will go there again when I need a truck.

I made a reservation the night before for a cargo van for a last minute furniture pick up and I was not disappointed. Neil was helpful throughout the entire process the next day. We were up and rolling in less than 10 minutes. No issues and very satisfied with the level of convenience and customer service!

Made a reservation for a van but needed a bigger vehicle. Noticed trucks in the lot. Asked if I could switch. Was told no problem. Quick plus great customer service.

Had a great experience here. Paperwork was complete and I was out the door with the rental truck within 10 minutes. Return was super simple, just park the truck and leave the keys. Also, there was confusion about refilling the gas and when I called to explain they immediately credited my account. Great customer service all the way through, making a difficult process much simple. Will definitely use again.

The representative Brittany was very helpful in my securing a vehicle to drive to pick up my sons belongings from college.

Very good experiences with this location. Workers are friendly and efficient. Rate is specially manageable when you use for short distance but need more time. Just reserve for 24 hours. There is no difference in charge between 4 hour or 24 hour rent, just dont drive too far. Easy returning even in after hour. Would recommend to friends.

Worst customer service. Arrogant Guy named Ted Holten in front desk. I wouldn’t be here again. Red flag. When asked about the insurance, he was not clear about what it covers and what it not. All he was blabbering is suppose If you hit something mirrors cost you 300 bucks and it will be covered. No basic knowledge to explain customers about the coverages. He gave the key and was not sure where the truck is. He is just saying find it out, Worst behavior. You need to enroll in how to talk to a customer classes

I used uhaul for the first time because I rented a large van from budget car rental and they didnt have what i needed, even though I reserved a vehicle 1 week before my event. So i tried uhaul. Neil was very friendly and was very accommodating. If it werent for uhaul I would not have had a vehicle for my event. The vehicle I rented was a van and it was surprisingly clean,and easy to drive. I was very happy. The place is called life storage and was very clean. Thank you for saving my event!
