Got my screen repaired here. Started glitching every 10 min as soon as I left the mall. Not even a month later my entire phone is broken bc the screen randomly microfractured

Checked online to see if this location fixed Apple watches, says they do, and of course I show up and they don’t. Why not update your information to save people time.

We had a problem with the first replacement screen for my sons iPad, but we just called and came back and the gentleman was very kind. He replaced it without any hassle for a new screen. The second one worked like a charm. We had a fascinating conversation about world politics while he worked on our iPad.

Walked up showed him the phone told me it’ll be done in 15 minutes which it was. Beautiful screen fixed now cheap pricing just happy overall

Do not come here!! My friend brought her cracked phone here, guy said he could fix it in a hour, we came back and everything was fine up until she got home. The screen became unresponsive at times and clicked, and opened random things. Tried to bring it back and the guy acted like he didn’t know who she was, even after we provided a receipt, he insisted he never saw either of us nor changed the screen. Pay the extra money and go to Apple instead

I stopped in to have the back of my phone repaired/replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Service was timely, professional, and friendly. The cost was reasonably priced. If you are not sure if they have the parts, you can call them and they will give you the price, estimated time needed to fix, and can have the parts ready. I planned my visit in advance and it worked out perfectly. I would recommend their business to a friend and I would return if I need my phone repaired.

I went into this store to get a new screen and battery for an i-phone 6s+ for my wife for xmas. The battery was terrible, and when I went back, the man in the picture opened up my phone, said it looked like a battery they would install, then he said the store changed hands and there is a new owner and I have to track down the old owners. We didnt look at the phone right away after he gave it back to us. When we checked later, the screen did not work and the phone was completely entirely dead. Thinking this gentleman might have made a simple mistake putting it back together, he denied he ever met me when I went back there. lying right to my face, saying he never met me and he never touched the phone.Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION and if you see this man DO NOT LET HIM FIX YOUR PHONE. Dont even let him look at it! If he looks at it and breaks it, he will not own up to it and fix it. This man has no respect for other people, and will lie despite cameras and overwhelming evidence because he is embarrassed of his own incompetence. I only gave them a star because I had to.

It was super quick but now my phone skips around a lot (especially altering my contacts) and the voice memo feature doesnt work until 4 seconds in. The technician managing the kiosk at the time blamed it on software issues but it never had these problems before. Also the glass they used is noticeably different from the original screen. I would only recommend if you are in need a quick fix.Edit: changed to a 1 star. Phone now wont swipe right or left at times.

Came in to have a cracked screen replaced about 20 min prior to closing. The guy was really nice and not salesy which was great. He fixed the screen the same day and even let us come back for pick up 10 min after store hours!! Case looks good and everything works fine.

Brought in my phone with broken screen... said it would take an hour. I came back and they had put light damage in the phone. I took it back and they couldn’t fix it, but in the process knocked out an unrelated piece. They sent it away for ten days to be repaired. They gave me a loner phone but it has a broken home button and a broken volume button. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Great service from Kyle, my wife and I were headed to the Apple Store to get her phone fixed. While walking we stopped by to see what they offered. Kyle took a look at the phone and told us it would take a couple minutes. After discussing it over we decided to try them. The screen was replaced smoothly and now works great. Also I didnt have to wait to long to get it looked at unlike I would have at the Apple store.

I was very satisfied with the service. I dropped my I phone and the screen was terribly broken. The tech guy told me that he needed just 20 mins to fix it. He finished it on time and I was quoted for a fair price. Thank you guys. I feel that I have a new phone :) DONT HESITATE TO GO THERE

I had great service here, the technician I worked with was Eric, and he was AWESOME! He went above and beyond my expectations and really helped me out on short notice. I had a cracked iPad screen and I am home visiting family. He not only fixed the screen but he also fixed previous damage that another technician did not do. So unlike other reviews I had great service and would recommend coming here ask for Eric or Nate both really great guys!

Phone 5s was losing power and shutting down. They replaced battery and it is like new. Half the price of Apple and NO WAIT TIME OR HASSLE. Wont have to upgrade for a few more years. Fast and friendly service.

I usually don’t do these review but Guy at iFix and repair actually fixed now my phone. Screen, battery and charger port. Highly recommend them to fix your phone. Awesome service and good jokes.

This was a seamless experience. I was quoted a price of $80 to repair the screen on my iPhone 7 that was badly damaged. I was told to return in 15 - 20 minutes and my phone would be repaired. My phone now looks as it did before it cracked. I was even offered a glass screen protector for $10 instead of the normal price of $20.

My son cracked his screen and we brought it here to have it fixed. They told us it had a 90 day warranty on the workmanship. A month and a half later, the touch screen did not work. It was not cracked. They did not honor the warranty.

I took my perfectly working iPhone 6 128 GB to this location. I only have the phone for a few months. I use my phone for my business and rely on it and the data within it. I took the phone in for a simple cracked screen repair. No big deal right? WRONG! These incompetent fools broke my phone to the point Apple couldnt even fix it. ALL DATA WAS LOST!The cheap owner offerd me $200 for a $900 phone and tells me hed have to keep my broken phone if I wanted the $200. STAY AWAY! You may seriously regret going here. Go to a real QUALIFIED Repair store.

The upshot of the saga of my phone was that the home button wasnt working and there was a piece of rice stuck in the spot where the charger goes. I was assured these were fixable and sent away, when I came back, the rice was gone, the phone had gotten charged and the tech replaced the home button. Of course, it was much cheaper than a new phone! I asked him if people often want to hug him.

I had to get my iPhone6 plus screen replaced. The work was done perfectly!!!!! Very happy with the installation. Great service as well. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Went there for a cracked screen on my mini ipad and they broke the home button, now my device is not functioning correctly at all. Such a waste, save yourself some time and money. Dont go there.

Friendly customer service! Most places that sell you phone accessories just try to scam you into buying a product but the service was helpful in meeting my specific needs.

Do NOT go here. My phone worked fine this mourner and after bringing it in to have the screen repaired, it won’t stop crashing. They charged me $111 to make my phone crash and now it won’t charge. I’m so mad.

First I went to apple store the guy was trying to sell me another phone for $700 but I didn’t wanna spent that much and I came to I fix and repair Maga offered me $80+ tax (around $85) he can fix my phone . I went there to fix screen,the screen change color after 3 days i went back and the guy said i have no warranty on physical damage which my phone it’s perfectly fine on the outside.

I dropped my iPhone 6 down a flight of stairs. Damage: it was bent horribly, my service was spotty, both front and back cameras were not working, and speakers not working so couldnt make phone calls. I brought it to Apple & they said they couldnt fix it b/c it was bent - end result I would have to buy a new iPhone (~$650). I went to iFix and a very well trained, caring associate fixed my phone! Everything. Works like brand new. He allowed me to watch him while he repaired it and explained his methodologies. And not to mention it was affordable $50

I had my iPad glass replaced by these incompetent folks and it was done very, very poorly. On top of that when I returned to get them to fix the problem, they wanted to charge me another $40. I talked to the owner directly and he was rude and the worst businessman I have ever spoken with. Save you money. If Zero stars was a choice, I would have selected that.

Screen had defects(discoloration), I took it back and the fat slob tried to claim it was water damaged. After he realized it wasnt he replaced the screen, but in the process stripped one of my screws and damaged the exterior of the phone. The touch screen he put in stopped working as well, so now Im stuck with a black screen. My buttons work but I can;t see anything. Worst decision I made going to this horrible kiosk. DO NOT GO TO THIS KIOSK FOR ANYTHING.

After he fix my phone he actually explained me how to use battery so my battery Can’t last more than two years great servis

Dont waste your time OR your money. These technicians do NOT know what they are doing. I wasted 4 hours waiting for the people here to try to fix a cracked screen, and now Im out $125 and the iPad that I took in for repairs is completely messed up. The screen randomly jumps around and the pad is impossible to use. I went from a iPad that worked with a cracked screen to a iPad that is just a useless brick. Dont waste your time or your money - its a ripoff scam.

290 plus tax to change a Note 8 screen that on Amazon the screen sales for 20 bucks I know people out there trying to make money but come on

I am so awfully disappointed. I fix and repair replaced a broken screen for my iPhone 6plus. It stopped working the next day. The screen will no longer control the phone. Apple stated it must be an internal part they damaged while replacing the screen. When I went back to speak with the kiosk they were disrespectful and just kept repeating prove it prove it over and over. Awful.

Iphone 5 screen was cracked they replaced screen but now the phone has stripes on screen. Very disappointed for the $100.00 I was charged. Very annoyed with iFixanRepair - would not recommend this place.

I had a lot of going back and forth. These people especially the owner are bunch of jerk. Especially the girl Jess that looks more like a hoodlums if customers want to put LCDs on phones halfway.One-day before I brought my phone back the third time I saw a family of 4 with the iPad mini when the wife showed them the button doesnt work. My LG G2 screen is so dim and got dimmer and dimmer at 80% I and it keeps flicking when the auto brightness is off. I complained to the managers keeps giving me run around and said its the motherboard and then said I have no warranty also the owner aka LG Hater say the G2 is a low-end phone. On YouTube thats not the New York press and the media said when the phone is popular that just came out last year. Even I called LG customer service they told me the phone ratings was 8/10... I dont recommend anybody going to this place they need to be shut down. I called the BBB and filed a complaint to get my $147.00 including I gave the manager my iphone 5s for this shotty work Jess some called tech did. This place is horrible. I had to go to ubreakitifix on sweedford road to correct. the light and the camera that Jess didnt fix. They told me they damage the LCD wire and they did there best at no cost. I learned my lesson not to get phone fix in the mall.

This phone repair kiosk at the King of Prussia Mall claims that their work is guaranteed for 90 days. Dont count on that. Also, if you get the glass repaired on your device, it may crack from normal use in a couple weeks. Mine did. So, this place cost me $149 and I am back at Square One.

These guys are crooks. I called for a quote on replacing the glass screen on a Samsung Galaxy s5 - $200. The representative stated that the glass screen and LCD are one unit. Untrue. Do not trust this company. They are taking advantage of uneducated consumers!

Never give your phone and go away. Make the parts replaced in front of you. Otherwise you end up repairing other part. Be cautious....
