Brought my son’s phone here to get the battery replaced and he had a small crack in the corner. She cracked the whole screen and said we gave it like that and then wanted to sell us a new screen replacement for $60. Unless you want your phone to look like this DON’T go there!!! If she would have warned us that it might crack more or even told us as soon as we came but that horrible woman is a liar! If he had broken the screen, the screen protector would have been broken. Only underneath is the screen broken. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I had my camera and microphone repaired. iPhone 6 s plus. Excellent fast service. The price was better than reasonable. Also the phone was bent. That was also fixed. The screen and touch were not working. I will always come here. The employees are great. And knowledgeable.. thanks Brandy

Brought my phone in to get a new screen because it was cracked. They replaced the screen but 30 mins after it was replaced the screen stopped responding to touch. I brought it back and they fixed it again. 2 weeks later the screen stopped responding to touch again! This time I brought it back and the owner was very rude wouldn’t even attempt to fix it even though this didn’t start happening until after they “repaired” my screen. He told me I would have to pay $70 all over again just for him to see what was wrong ! Then when I tried to tell him the same thing happened 30 mins after he replaced the screen the first time he told me I needed proof and if I didn’t have it to fix the phone myself since I know everything!!!DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!

I was reluctant to have my sons iPhone 7+ screen replaced by a company other than Apple but also had an issue with sending it away for several days to get fixed at a higher price than should be charged so after looking around a but I found Cell Doc at the KOP mall and decided to give it a shot. Not only was the service fast and of high quality, but the price was great as well. The total replacement took about 20 mins and the results were wonderful.

Dropped off my nieces phone to have the cracked screen replaced & the technician (who later said she was the owner) told me to come back in 25 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes (630pm) and she was not there and the door to the store was locked. No sign on the door indicating she stepped away for a few minutes (such signs dont stick to the door according to her). As I looked around the mall I saw her chatting with a man, then they went down the escalator to the cookie store then back up the escalator and procceeded to talk some more at the top. 15 MINUTES later she waltz back, see us waiting, unlock the door and not once apologize for keeping us waiting. I told her she was unprofessional & her response was 15 minutes was not that long. I told her we were going to buy a screen protector & a case as well but she lost that sale & a customer in me. She was unbothered & told me her store has a 4 star-rating. The GALL...smh!! If customer service is important to you DONT patronize this location of Cell Doc. GO TO THE CELL PHONE REPAIR KIOSK ON THE 1ST LEVEL!!!
