I am extremely unhappy, I was quoted 3 rooms $69 and when he got here he told me carpet needed to be deep cleaned and that would be $180. I told him I just wanted the 3 rooms $69 and was told that it wouldn’t do anything because for that price you just get water and vaccumed, no soap. So I told him no, he left. He came back with a lower offer and I agreed because I already had furniture off rugs. He brought in his equipment and then told me I had to pay before he could begin. Wrong move, I will say he did 1 of the rooms good but the other 2 rooms he was in there for only 5 MINUTES, there were no vaccum marks on the other 2 rugs like the 1st one, I feel so scammed, it was a total bait and switch. I will share with anyone who will listen how unhappy I am.

I have used Green Clean many times on my carpet and furniture. Each time they have promptly arrived, provided an exceptional clean, and were always happy to help with friendly attitude. Green Clean Carpet Cleaning Service was great. He came in and clean the carpets with efficiency, they came extremely clean and dried within one hour. It is about two weeks since they have done the work and the carpets are still clean, which means the stains are not coming back up through the carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
