THE WORST! This guy closed the business an hour ahead of what’s advertised. We had a booking for 12:30 but he says they close at 12 and hasn’t helped us.We were on the call and communicated we will be there to collect it. We get there 2 mins before he closes and still he hasn’t gives us our booking.Later we get to know he didn’t have any cars and this was adamant. Why even take a booking and make us come all the way when one could have said they didn’t have cars and avoided bookings/ reservationsHighly frustrating!!! OWN it
These people are fraud. I was asked to leave car without inspection and later got $400 smoke cleaning fee along with receipt. I don’t smoke and there was no odor when I rented and as well as when I returned. Called hertz customer care representatives and they said they can’t override or do anything with that fee. No idea on how to get away with that charge hence filed the dispute with credit card company, so waiting for outcome.
This place is pathetic. So I returned my car on the 8th still getting charged daily called in to report this and computers magically down. Nobody answers the phone here and now we have a problem hertz.

Had a good experience. For the first timers it would be little bit difficult to spot the location since there are multiple shops nearby. Other than that everything is good.
Ive had some terrible Hertz experiences in the past, which led me to avoid Hertz for quite a while. I ended up booking at this location because my usual Enterprise location quoted me an extremely high rate for what I needed, despite my being a tiered member and having a business account with them. Hertz had a great price and the location is convenient for me. I have to say that I was blown away by the customer service and attentiveness here. Kim was amazing from start to finish. She is communicative, personable, and was extremely apologetic and accommodating about a longer than usual wait for check in. However, I have had 5 rentals within the past 3 months and the wait time at their competitors was similar due to overall high demand, so I cant fault this location for that. All in all, a great experience that will have me coming back to this location in the future.
AAA Devon who made the reservation did a great job. From a Hertz perspective, the King of Prussia manager and assistants were great, efficient and friendly. Only downside is the car inside windows were dirty/filmy from smokers. This should have been cleaned before our rental.
Not good, I have a contract, and the location is trying to charge me a hundred dollars more. This location manager had the nerve to tell me he didnt care what corporate said, when corporate honored a price and told the location manager that it is, and has been in the system and we as Hertz must honor it. This was a reservation that was placed weeks prior to picking up the vehicle on the reserved day. This manager was furious and stated to me again, after he was told by corporate to honor the the rate/final price; that he is not going to service me with the reservation that I already have in the system. These managers are setting their own prices and disregarding Hertz customer service and reservation policies. I dont want to say it was for any other reason other then their own personal greed and the their lack of respect for Hertz customers (Reward-Presidence Circle Members) policies and programs for all customers. Especially, those who have been retentioned since 2009 and the prestigious status since 2013. The reward programs and myself have been with Hertz long before some of these young location managers, who just want to impress their boss and get trophies or monthly plaques for their locations. These location manager with their professionalism are missing the big picture; that customer come first and Hertz take pride in valuing their customers. I get this in my email all the time. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a month and I take pride in spending my hard earned money with Hertz. This is a relationship that is built on great customer service over the years. The location managers must understand this and take pride also in inservicing and treating all customers with the decency, courtesy, and respect. This is the Hertz model!!!

Went to pick up the car and they said they dont take debit cards. Only credit cards. Never said that in the phone call
EXTRAORDINARILY poor customer service. They failed to pick up my rental, as they promised to do, and then charged me for an extra day. When I called to speak to someone about it, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. That never happened. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Enterprise is much better.
Zero rating. Worst ever, I had a reservation called them to confirm before I drove to the location. I was told they didnt have any car for me. They didnt even try to help. Asked me to call a Hertz number to figure out on my own. They asked me to leave and closed the doors on me. Even the number they gave me was wrong. this please is really awful. Worst nightmare avoid at all costs.

Great to deal with. Never have a problem with them picking up a car From our dealership at Car Vision in Norris town that used to have a place down the street which is no longer there and always help our customers up their vehicles.
Made reservations via Expedia since it has the most affordable rate. To my delight, I was upgraded to luxury SUV at no additional cost since there was no available standard SUV.Always check your credit card bill post-rental. I dropped off the car after a week using the key drop box. Hertz do put additional charges, so triple check your credit card statements. I disputed the extra charges with my credit card company and they removed it.I gave 3 stars since the free upgrade was a huge bonus on a long drive. If I had not been upgraded, I would have given 1 for the unscrupulous or sneaky charges.
I dont like the attitudes of these guys. The guy comes and takes 100 pictures of the car I was renting before it left the lot . I thought it was weird. Never saw anything like it. He acted like I was going to mess up the car. I started to think the company may look for you to damage a car from one tiny scratch. ( ENTERPRISE IS KNOWN FOR THAT AS WELL) I took my own pictures to just in case. I rent cars often over 20 years dont trust this location. Some rental car companies like to make fake damage charges for a small scratch etc. Then charge you for no reason. I been through it all. Not coming back here.

So I had a car reserved for today at 4 pm. I ended up having a work call and got to Hertz around 5:20 pm only to find out they did not have the car I reserved and in fact they had no cars available for a rental. I wont ever rent from here again. What car rental has zero cars available?

Beware of fraudulent charges! Charges were made on my credit card even after my reservation was canceled! The customer service was terrible, the wrong information was provided regarding the rental, and on top of it all they made unauthorized transactions on my credit card!! Ive called, and no one returns my messages. Im not sure if all Hertz companies are like this, but I would NOT recommend this location! Ive never dealt with such unprofessional people!
They cheat on you and no response from customer care mine bill was $98 and they charged me from my card $ 205 trying to reach customer care no response. Worst car rentals
Long wait-time, short-staffed, & no pickup/dropoff when there is only 1 employee working. Being Hertz GOLD member does not help soothe or smooth things over. If you have other non-Hertz options, please use those.
They don’t honor hertz president circle status.i was told there are lot of such President circle folks and hence can’t upgrade.
It has always been a great experience with Hertz. For this particular location, the staff was friendly and the whole process took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way home.
KoP Hertz always treats me lime a VIP. They are on the ball and will do what they can to make you happy. The only agency that I use....Hertz.

The car locked it self while was running.Hertz called AAA to unlock the car and charged me 86$ stating its my responsibility although no one at the branch told me something like that might happen.The lady st the branch in King of Prussia was rude and unprofessional.
