I got rear-ended by a car (a guy). After the 4th day of renting a car, the guys insurance told me that it would stop paying for my car rental. On August 9th, I had to stop by Enterprise to switch the guys insurance claim to my own insurance claim so that I could get a discount rate for the rental. I asked the staff if I could have the 1 month rate because I was told that it would take 30 days for the repair. However, I was not sure if the repair would take longer or shorter. The staff told me that if the repair got done before 30 days, I could return the car early and Enterprise would refund the money of the days I would not drive the rental car.On August 13th, I got a notification that my car was declared as a total loss. The settlement was finalized on August 30th. Between August 13th and 30th, I was trying to find myself a car and I had a very hard time to find one.With the current car market, if you wait for another day, you will lose a chance of getting a car. Luckily, a Glen Mills saleman was able to help me to lock one down despite of the struggle of getting one for me. On August 31st, the Glen Mills saleman asked me to come in on Sept 1st as soon as the new car hit the dealership. The Glen Mills saleman didnt want me to lose another chance of getting a car. I lost 2 chances. On Sept 1st, I received a letter from Geico to update my policy because my car was declared as a total loss. In the letter, Geico suggested that I would need to get another vehicle in order for me to keep my current policy. If I decided not to get another vehicle and continued to drive the rental car, then I would need to change the policy. I had no choice but to return the rental car and to get a new car.Today (Sept 15, 2021), between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., I stopped by Enterprise in King of Prussia (PA). I tried to explain of what I just wrote above to the staff at Enterprise. I asked the staff if I could have the refund because I only drove the rental car for 23 days. Sadly, came to find out, what I was told were lies. Not only that, the staff told me that I should have kept the car until the 30th day. I was not advised on keeping the rental car until the 30th day even if I ended up buying a new car. If I was advised beforehand, I would not even bother to return the rental car early. I returned the rental car early because I thought Enterprise would keep their words. I trusted the staffs words. I never thought Enterprise would have this kind of practice.So you are considering about renting a rental car from Enterprise in King Of Prussia (PA), please make sure that you will have things written on a piece of paper as a proof. Learn it from me. I want people to be aware about this kind of practice that this place runs. Ive been its customer since 2019. Today is an eye opening. I dont think I will continue to do my business with Enterprise in King of Prussia ever again.

Horrible experience. They promised me a car and I was depending on them but at the last minute they called and said they didn’t have a car ready for me. They promised to get back to me with a car by the end of the day but they never did. False promises.The employees at the KOP location seem very hostile and it wasnt a pleasant experience dealing with them.

When Hertz of KOP left me completely high and dry and did not show up for my scheduled appointment, the body shop recommended Enterprise KOP. After a quick phone call they truly saved my day and brought me back to go over the details of my rental. They knew I was on a time crunch and they got everything ready for me within minutes. They even offered to drive to another location to get a vehicle I was comfortable driving in. The car was perfectly clean and ran smoothly. Luckily I only needed their services for 2.5 days but their pricing was super reasonable and the employees were professional and helpful. Mason was a huge lifesaver. Thank you!

This place sucks. I called the night before with an employee on the phone who barely spoke English. I gave him all of my info, I go over the next day with my disabled, teenage, son and I get …”No reservation was ever made…I’m sorry.” “Sorry “ isn’t going to get me to work next week. Pure incompetence. Don’t waste your time.

I received attention from one of the rental agents and she was attentive and cordial(something I havent received in previous rentals). She was professional in telling me what is expected and gave me the car which was satisfactory. I had some problems with the car, looked like the oil dipstick wasnt put back in correctly(very difficult location) I had a mechanic put it back in. When I returned the car, I guess it was the store manager and since I had the car washed and vacuumedbefore I turned it in, the turn in was smooth. He asked me how was the experience and I told him it was refreshing since the last few times withEnterprise has given me some rough treatment. This time it was pleasant.

Right up front, let me be clear - Ive had numerous problems with Enterprise in several different states and locations. I was hoping for a better interaction with this location since I only rent from them when I am required to (by a client, for example). In this case, the rental was needed because my car was being repaired and the insurance company picked up the cost of a car for the time it was in the shop. I needed a larger vehicle, so I paid the difference. I picked up the car at 3pm on a Monday and dropped it off at 12:30pm on Thursday the same week. I had the car for 69.5hrs. That is 3 days by my calculation. I checked the invoice they emailed me and I was charged for 4 days. I called and was told that they charge by the day - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (4 days) when it done with an insurance company. Really? They never told me that. My insurance company never told me that. I hold Enterprise responsible for this. I really find Enterprise to be frequently devious with their dealings with customers. I will continue to not rent from them if I can possibly avoid it and I would recommend that to others too.

For the last 4 years, weve rented a car at the end of Aug for our vacation. Every. Single. Time. We reserved an SUV. And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, they NEVER seem to be able to HOLD the reservation. Aside from theyre lack of ability to hold a reservation, we were forced to wait almost an hour for them to find a minivan, which they had to detail before giving us. Is it so much to ask that if you make a reservation for a specific vehicle, it be held? I feel like Im in an episode of Seinfeld. Now we have to leave much later than we anticipated, making us late to our destination. This will be the last time I deal with this company.

The rental was through an insurance company. The car smelled so strong of air freshener it was nauseating. Once that wore off. The smell of the car was horrible. They didn’t wipe the inside. You could see grease marks all over where it had been touched.The car made a loud noise when starting. Told the company and they said “it just had a oil change”. Uh. It makes noise. It made noise making a right turn.It was a bad experience with this car. And the concern of this branch.

Waited 1/2 hour to pick up car Saturday before Labor Day. (One person working.) Cup holders & inside center console were dirty. On Enterprise Website states that cars receive extra attention regarding cleaning.While driving on Sunday, CD player skipped/didn’t play CDs. Reported it on Tuesday. Response was “It’s a 2020 vehicle, it should be working! Maybe it’s your CDs! I said, “I use the same CDs in my 2012 & 2017 autos, no problem!

Briheem can I just is the best. I had and issue at the Plymouth Meeting location the staff was so rude. I walked out and went to the KOP location near my job I was in and out in a flash. Briheem and the other young lady were very professional and polite. You may want to tell them to teach the other employee at the other location about customer service. Thanks Briheem!!!! A+ service!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never had an issue with any other enterprise locations and have always received really good customer service. But here, I always seem to have come up with some issue or the other. The staff is straight up rude and dont respect the fact that you have a prior reservation and give away the car to someone who walks in. The worst enterprise location so far.

After a three week notice from the collision garage, that I would need service, the office waited until one business day before my car was being serviced. I was picked up promptly, but when I got to their location to pick up the car, they still didnt have the insurance number for the claim and would not give me a car without it. I kept asking for them to give me a basic compact car, which is what I had told them I wanted in our initial conversation. Instead, I waited while they helped three other customers and I reached my insurance adjuster to get the number they needed. I then waited another 15 minutes for them to go in the back and get the car ready for me - it still needed to be vacuumed and washed. The process took 50 minutes and I was a half hour late to work.

No cars were available (had not return from the night before yet) upon my arrival at opening to pick up my pre-reserved car. However, they worked within 30 min to get one from the next local office, clean it and then bring it to the KoP location.

1.0 star rating 7/21/2016My daughter made a reservation for a car rental at the King of Prussia location.Went down to pick up the car, and since my daughter does not have a credit card, they would not rent it.No problem, I said to put the car rental in my name, and add my daughter as an additional driver. This is common throughout industry, and I have done this at this exact location for my daughter 3 years ago as well as other locations.We were told that ANYONE driving an Enterprise car in the Philadelphia area, including additional drivers must have a credit card to prove they were reliable. So the additional driver must also have a credit card. We were also told this was policy at other car rental agencies in the same area including Hertz( its not).We called the main Enterprise car rental number, mentioned this policy, and we were told this WAS NOT policy at this location.Called the manager back, explained their main rental sales people said this was not policy, and he still would not rent us a car. After arguing more with the district manager, he admitted this was an unpublished local policy for the Philadelphia area, and he had been given it in an internal memo.We gave up, went to Hertz(where we were told this was also policy) and immediately rented a car no problem.Very disappointed with Enterprise; have been a loyal member for 25+ years.There is no published policy for the Philadelphia area I could find regarding additional drivers requiring a credit card, but even if there was, we should have been told up front so we could make a better decision

I was involved in a car accident. They picked me up from job later that day. Customer service was amazing. I had the car for a few weeks. The at fault driver’s insurance was giving me problems the whole time about extending the rental agreement due to my car being totaled. They called and let me know before charging my credit card the remaining balance. The insurance company finally decided to cooperate. Customer service was amazing from start to finish! Can’t say the same for the insurance company’s!! I will definitely be back hopefully under different circumstances!!

I needed a small car quick and at the lowest price I could get. They had nothing smaller than a small pick-up truck, with the exception of a 2018 BMW...convertible. Best week ever! It was amazing and there was no upcharge, I was able to drop it off after hours. It was a fantastic experience! Enterprise is super accommodating and flexible to work with your schedule and needs. Also, the convertible didn’t hurt 😎

Pushed the insurance way harder than Im comfortable with. Forgot to tell me its $20 per day (which seems high), not $20 total. Just very annoying because a free rental that my mechanic comped me ended up costing me $40 bucks.

Although the selection in this location may be limited, I always have good experience getting my rental car here. Staff is super friendly, patient and super helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in King of Prussia area because sometimes you dont have to drive all the way to Philadelphia airport for the same rental price.

I loved the experience of renting a car with enterprise, which was the first time I had rented a car in the States. The staff were very friendly and helped me through the insurance process. I got a free upgrade to a brand new SUV and the car was awesome. Overall the experience was awesome, and am looking forward to doing it again.The only negative point was that, I returned the car with more fuel than what I got - and wasnt offered any compensation for that. But otherwise a gr. experience.

I have been renting Enterprise cars since 2014 because I did not have a car at that time & enterprise would help with pick up & drop facility. Later when i purchased my car in 2015, i prefer to travel on rental cars for vacations & enterprise is the best friend. The staff is friendly & the cars are in very good condition. Once i got a rental car which had 673 miles only, felt like driving a brand new car.I think, Enterprise can work on the airport drop offs little competitively.

Please be careful dealing with this location! When you try to return the car (after using it for only about 6 hours), they will blame you for the damage you did not incur. And then when you ask them if you can use their phone to call the pick-up branch to confirm the dent was already there at the pickup and to resolve the issue, they will tell you that you could not use their phone to call the pick-up branch. They will tell you to use your own phone to contact the pick-up location. ZERO star....

I probably have rented enterprise cars for countless number of time but never came across such bad place before. I rented car on Saturday 8:17 am and supposed to return at 8:00 am on Sunday and that was a closing date for this branch. So I decided to return it later as no one is going to rent the car as the branch is closed. They charge me flat for two days. They even did not bother to prorate. I am from a big corporate house. I will report this to my office and will try to remove Enterprise from our preferred vendor list.

Customer services is not the best, the car wasnt ready for me when i went to pick it up, i had to wait until they cleaned.I couldnt park in their location even my retal was for one day; they did offer to drop me where my car was located like a mile away from their location.However i did not like the customer services, they asked me too many personal questions for one day reservation and usually is not like that, i had to limit my response to is personal business.

I had been repeatedly told by the manager of the KOP store that I wasnt being pursued for damages to the car. (Which she said I should have never been called about because it looked like a flaw in the paint). I have contacted corporate and the claims center regarding the bill for $3,800 in damages I should have never received and have yet to receive a reply over 2 weeks now.Alyssa, the KOP manager, is very nice and so is everyone I have spoken to; however, it seems that no one is on the same page and Im yet to get any real answers about what is going on.

Very professional, friendly staff! I rent cars quite frequently for work and have never been more satisfied with customer service than I was at this location. I received courtesy calls before and during my rental period and needed to make a change to pick up time with NO hassle. They open at 7:30 am during the week but i was there at 10 after and the doors were open!! Emily and Tatyana are exceptional! The only drawback has nothing to do w/ customer service and thats this weird Philadelphia area $400 hold on your credit card for the rental. Most places in the country hold $250 max unless its an extended rental. I dont know what happened in this area of PA since Im not a native but they really have stricter car rental rules here than anywhere Ive ever traveled to. Also, the location isnt really convenient/safe for entering and departing the lot(its right off of dekalb pike where 76 and 202 meet) but again...neither of these drawbacks takes away from the service of the team at this location. Fantastic experience!

I didnt like the car what I got, there was low tire pressure alert shown to me right after 30min from the time I started driving I did try to swap my car with couple of nearest enterprise but they refused to swap the car even after they had plenty of cars available. I had to fill in the air very often to get my car going . I just dont like the kind of service they provided .

Rented for not even two days for a highway drive, went over the car with a fine tooth comb before I returned it, but since it was after they closed I had to use the drop box which I was nervous about because I knew it gave them opportunity to do whatever they wanted. The manager Candace says there is a scratch on the passenger door that I am responsible for. They tried filing a claim with my insurance and have hit my credit card for $600. I took pictures of the scratch which is clearly old from its darker color (Fresh hairline scratches are light in color) and you need a magnifying glass to see it. My credit card company is behind me disputing it and this place has a known history of scams like this. By the way, this was all after they didnt have an intermediate SUV like they define as a Ford Escape, Jeep Liberty, etc. They had a Nissan Juke which was clearly too small so I was forced to upgrade to a Ford Explorer for $9/day extra. Stay away from this place.

Family came from Florida to pick up van that we had reserved at this location. my mother works for city that has a nationwide contract with enterprise that states the deposit is $100. we have rented multiple cars at other location that have abided by the contract, this location on the other hand either has no ability to use their system or a blatant disregard for the contract. They tried to tell us that the deposit would be $400 and when we brought up the contract to Tatiana kosmin the assistant branch manager, she insisted that there was nothing she could do. meanwhile we had just rented a car the day before in Jersey with no problems at at. This is not how you let people run your business. Tatyana and her intern were laughing and being extremely rude. worst service Ive experienced with this company!!
