Just an update. *refer to pictures for original post* They offered us $400. The install cost us around $7,000 What a joke. They said they want to fix the problem and send “their best person” out. I was told Josh who did the original install was their best person a couple months ago. The second time people came out to fix the problem all they did was silicone over what was already there. Last time I checked that’s not fixing a problem that’s putting a bandaid on it. What’s the point of a life time warranty that they don’t fix the problem they just keep putting bandaids on it. Customer Service wasn’t very helpful at all. I high suggest never dealing with this company or using them for anything.

Writing this review again because they keep deleting it. The reason bath fitter couldn’t figure out my account was because they had my name wrong and every time they contacted me which wasn’t very often. They would call me By the wrong name I asked them to fix this issue multiple times but as you can tell by my review they aren’t very professional and don’t care about there customers. I highly recommend hiring a licensed plumber over bathfitter. There was only one helpful person I dealt with my whole experience dealing with them over the past couple months. I would honestly request a full refund and have them rip it all out if I didn’t just have a baby.

Used for Bath area.Professional installation.Our order was severely backlogged due to COVID.Material quality is good, however design could have been better. Water retains on the side of the tub, also due to acrylic material, shower curtain magnets don’t stick to the tub.

Ive had my bathroom done by Bath fitters about 5 years ago, called to ask a question about a clogged drain. They were very helpful and actually had a technician call me back a few minutes later. Got it taken care of in no time!!! Very good service! Highly recommend!

Bathfitters is amazing.... Im still enjoying mines 10 years later.I just got it for a rental apt. upgrade. Just as impressed again.2 of the most attractive features that enticed my decision is they include a life-time warranty and they do all the plumbing new leading up to the tub.

Im so happy with my decision to upgrade my tub-shower with Bath Fitters! I absolutely love the look and feel of it, its a few inches bigger than what I had due to the slimmer design and arced curtain rod, and it looks great. The service was very friendly and helpful.In fact, I forgot to schedule the water shutoff for my building which meant the installer had to turn around and go home and come back the next day, and he took it all in stride. They made a point of telling me that if I have any problems, theyll come out and fix it for free. Their customer service is top notch.I really liked that the price included all the plumbing plus installing some drywall on my walls that previously did not exist. I didnt have to coordinate with a plumber or another contractor for any part of the project.I highly recommend Bath Fitters. Yes, its a fairly significant outlay of money, but its one of those things I feel completely good about purchasing. In fact, my only regret is I put off doing it as long as I did.

The installation went very smoothly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service employee was also very nice and kept me up to date on the installation date and let me know when there were cancellations so I could move up our install date. The tub enclosure is beautiful! It looks so nice and brand new! It functions well and we havent had any problems with it.

Very courteous and up front sales representative.I’ve heard about Bath Fitter for years and honestly never considered it before because I thought it would look inexpensive when done. I had a chance to see another installation and was blown away by how beautiful the bathroom was done. I called immediately for an appointment and it was one of my finest decisions. I love my new bathroom. I was unable to get it done quickly because of COVID scheduling but it was worth the wait.

Due to a fall last spring causing permanent damage to nerves in my foot and leg we needed to replace our tub with a shower. Bath fitters made to replacement and it was fast and looks really nice. However, the first time I used my new shower, within a minute I slipped on the shower floor and fell. The floor was extremely slippery. I wasnt expecting such a slippery textured floor.

Bathfittet remodeled a shower for me in 2015 and when it came time to fix up a bad tub I didnt hesitate to call them again. Great work was done and it was done quickly. As for the installer, Casey was masked up the entire time and was very detailed.

Replaced our existing bathtub, fixtures, pipes, and curtain rod. Did an outstanding job and the man you came was extremely nice and pleasant to work with!!

They installed new shower walls and a new tub covering, along with new faucet and other fixtures.Everything went well with the exception of the 14 and a half weeks it took for them to get to actually doing the job.

Really good from start to finish and I appreciate the financing

Two years ago we contracted with Bath Fitter to replace our old garden tub with an enclosed walk-in shower. The sales consultant told us that the Installer would do whatever it takes to complete the job, and scheduled us for 2 months later. Meanwhile someone came and took complete measurements.On the day of install, nothing was done for the first 2 hours because the Installer would not go into our crawl space to turn off the water. Fortunately our lawn guy came by and showed us another way to turn it off. After awhile, the Installer announced that they sent the wrong size shower floor, which was larger than that previously agreed on, and that it would take 2 weeks to get the right one. Because we had already waited 2 months, and we had a schedule to meet with further remodel, we agreed to go ahead with the larger shower floor. We regret this decision because the shower is too close to the toilet, which makes it awkward for cleaning purposes.The shower and accessories are very nice, but I would triple check their plans before arrival.

Despite a delay due to the coronavirus, Bath Fitter stayed in touch, and set up an appointment as soon as feasible. My bath was installed efficiently by my fitter (Craig), who had to contend with some unforeseen problems related to my old bathtub and adjacent sink. Yes they are expensive. But you do nothing, they supply everything you need, they customize to your liking, everything down to bare walls and floor. New pipes, new fixtures. Wish I did this years ago. We could have spent half the money but in another 10 years I would have been doing my bathroom again so the money is worth it with the lifetime warranty. So easy to clean. Can also let other people know who suffer with arthritis, plantar fasciitis, joint issues....this tub is cushioned and slip resistant built right in. I have always had to take breaks during shower, dont have to now. I can even continue standing when I get out, so soothing on my feet. They also only disrupt your life for 2 days. I am very happy.FYI had bath fitters for almost 5 months now....it is still pristine!!!It is holding up exactly as they said it would. Still soothing on my feet. I am so happy I went through with this decision!

For both health and safety reasons, I needed a both a clean and quick installation. They were able to deliver on all accounts.

Installer arrived on time in the morning and worked straight through without a break till he was finished after 6 pm.Bath now looks 100% better!Not cheap, but worth it.

Great job on shower, now Im getting the tub. Couldnt be happier with the results.

Appt set for 9/9- they called and running 1.5-2 hrs behind schedule. Rescheduled for following day, no call, no show. Called to complain and brushed off like it was no big deal with a rehearsed speech (must happen alot). Keep in mind Im a repeat customer with many rentals in the area so if youre new, good luck to you. My advice is to look up ekopel 2k or call someone else for the job - too busy? Just dont care about customers? No idea but moving to their competitors. Too many names in town - Re-bath, One Day Bath, Miracle Method...on and on.
