We just moved in this January. Jeanne at the leasing office was amazing throughout the whole process! Answered all my questions and made the process very easy and clear. The apartment we got was in almost perfect condition and super clean. The few things which needed to be addressed, the maintenance crew took care of them in a fast and professional manor. The snow removal was fast I couldnt believe it!You cant beat this location! Everything is so close and Giant is walking distance. We were hesitant because of the reviews that mentioned losing their security deposit so I will update the review once we leave if that happens. I lived in many apartments and never had an issue with losing my security deposit because I always the place as I found it.

I have to say after looking at 13 apartments within the Montgomery County area and Bucks county area, we chose Henderson because the price was good for the space and amenities you get. They were the only complex that kept up communication with us. Matthew showed us 3 options when we visited and was very informative. Jeanne also answered all of my questions in a timely manner.We move in this weekend so I will update again once we are fully in.Update: we moved in over the weekend and everything went very smooth. Just a few things were missing or needs to be fixed. They came the second day to fix what we needed fixed. The apt was clean and was what we expected. Jeanne stopped by to make sure we knew where everything was.The neighbors have all been so welcoming. Feels good to be part of a community that is caring.

The best place to live in KOP.. have been renting out here for 3 years.. clean.. beautiful.. luxurious..

This apartment is conveniently located near a Supermarket (Giant) and a shopping complex with UPS/Supercuts/CVS etc. Also, the apartment complex is well maintained with a clean/new look and the two bed room unit we choose was spacious with two bath and had in-house laundry, public school bus access right in front of the community. certainly the reason we choose Henderson Square I & II. The biggest plus point is the extensive parking lots and of course you get a free covered parking with the rent you pay! Our move-in was quite easy and the management was super flexible to set up the move-in date as per our request. We never had any issues during our one year long stay here!We were little worried about what would happen to the final settlement, when we moved out by hearing all the negative comments from other prior tenants! To our surprise, the management has returned a full security refund (attaching the refund summary) to us!!! We already had a positive feedback from the property manager during the move-out inspection on how well we maintained our unit! Management (Jeanne & Matthew) and maintenance guys were extremely responsive to our requests and addressed all of them on time. Over-all we had a pleasant experience during our stay. We would have stayed here longer if I havent had a job change!

Well im from California had my brother Pick up app an when i called to turn it in.They called me back to see if i could afford itThis seem racial as if i couldnt afford it or didnt look at these things before i had him pick up the app . I had the criteria in my hands from when my brother picked up the appThis was due to our skin color i dont advise these people in these time we already have enough to worry about smhAs if i cant afford it smh shameful

I had a very bad experience with the Henderson apartment. I stayed here for 5 years. after leaving I had to pay almost $3500 as a move out charges. I had cleaned the carpet from professional dry cleaner but during inspection they said they will be changing the carpet cause it was 10 years old ( they didnt mention earlier) but I had pay extra $500 as a service fees for these carpets although these carpets were more than 10 years old.One thing you please mark my WORD... while moving out from HENDERSONS Apartments would charge you a heavy move out charges and you would never get your security Deposit.....This happens with almost 100% people who move out from this property.Remember whatever they upgrade the property most of the things they would charge on you while moving out.SO NO NO NO....... to this apartment......I NEVER NEVER Recommend this Apartment to anyone. It would be better if you look some other community but not this apartments.God Bless you.Aloha

While staying there everything was fine. Lived there for 4 years.The surprise came when we moved out. We had a professional cleaning team clean the carpets and rest of apartment. However, the management still charged us for re-cleaning of the carpet (which was 10 years old AND was clean since we had it cleaned) and because THEIR carpet cleaning company made the kitchen and bathroom dirty they charged us for re-cleaning of those as well.Overall a ridiculous experience and I would not move there again.

Hello Folks: Please do not rent with Henderson Square Appartments (Gambone Group). I dont have option to select 0 star. Seriously, it is not the place to live. I lived there for 21 months and on completion of my lease, I moved out clearing out all the liabilities, cleaned the entire apartment (with professional cleaners - PFA receipt).During the move-out inspection they said that they will be discussing on the issues later but which never happened and a month later I received the bill of $3,298, falsely charging me for things that I have already taken care of before handing over to them.They are INHUMANE. There are other good apartments in KOP better to stay away from these apartments.The only reason Im writing this review because like me others should not suffer, and just think $3,298 is avg salary of common man.

I had lived 1 year there and everything is good. Problem start while moving out. There was a 2K penalty as move out charges unreasonably. Literally they are not going to return your security deposit. Guess out security deposit are used for their apartment renovation.

They are lying, dont trust them and they are doing another business to steal your money, they dont change the Carpet although other companies are changing it every 3 yrs, Once they decide to change it, they ll take all of your deposit, stay away.They are gonna do inspection for you when you receive your Apartment for anything damage and they are not record it, and move out inspection ll charge you for everything.

Great staff, nice building and neighbors. Ive lived here for 3yrs. Best place in KOP.

Stay Away !!! They are horrible people. They will charge huge amount for every small thing and literally rob you

I had the same experience here as described by people below regarding the deposit. Just dont expect the deposit when you vacate.
