Persistent and also inconsistent with previous HVAC repair technicians. Somehow my yearly $250 service turned into $8k, and the attempt to bill me a higher rate of refrigerant was made. A friend of mine, 100 miles away, told me the current cost. It was going to be around $700 to put in 1 to 2 pounds of refrigerant which takes about five minutes and cost a little over $200 a pound.And now, suddenly, the fan/blower doesn’t work in my unit, but it did two months ago. This is a home that I go back-and-forth to.Take it for what it is. Make your own decision based on your own experience, however.

I had a wonderful experience with Temperature Pro. Both the owner, Nate, and the technician, Tom, were friendly and professional. Tom noticed a problem during a routine maintenance visit that saved me time, money and potentially a freezing or sweltering situation. Before charging me for a replacement straight away he was able to do a temporary fix where we managed to get another 9 months out of it. They told me what to listen for and when I called, they were immediately responsive.

TempPro was awesome. Unlike the big chains, they were very responsive, prompt and didnt try to sell me a new system that was not needed. They let me know that a part needed to be replaced, and that it was likely under warranty. They didnt try to sell me the part again! Could I use a new system? Sure, but not for another 5 years plus. In the meantime, they got the system safe and functional, and didnt try to profit off of me. What more can you ask for?
