My regular pool store. The man and woman here are so polite, helpful, and open to actually teaching you the proper way to care for your pool. They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need. Just an all around wholesome business. Drastic difference from the Leslies store near Wal-Mart. I made the mistake of going to Leslies a few days ago because it was closer. The man at the desk was rude, didnt seem to care to be there, and wasnt open to conversation.

Amazing customer service, not once did she try to up-sale me even when I was interested in almost everything I saw. She was experience and help me understand my pool pool better.

Pretty good company to work with. Sometimes forgetful, but gets the job done correctly! Very reasonable prices as well.

The pool service guy we had would sign off on the check in sheet. That was it. Watched it on camera.Update..... our pool was ABSOLUTELY green and when we asked why, we were told it happens. Thanks to another company for correcting it.I thought I had already left a review, but I had not. So the public needs to know. We did pay, reluctantly. Not that your record keeping was on point. You had to ask us if we had paid because you lost our paperwork.

Very nice service n reasonable prices. But, I was refused summer pool service when I asked for it in May! This was heart breakn since I always buy my powered chlorine products from them..😞

All American has been the most reasonably priced service in the area and has been willing to just balance the water and leave the pool cleaning to me. The owner and other folks working at the location itself have been truly supportive and friendly. When I needed my pump repaired this summer, I knew I would need to wait, but the owner talked with me for a few minutes and helped guide me towards a self-fix that I had been researching. That has happened twice already, and I really appreciate their willingness to work with me like that. Thank you! =)

This place is awesome. I drove all over Central Texas looking for a pool pole. Walmarts all over were completely out. I finally called them and they had one and the price was much cheaper and customer service is great. I highly recommend them.

Go in, ask for Whitney. If shes busy.... wait. If you have a serious pool issue Whitney will solve it. I have been to her on multiple occasions over the years and she has solved each individual problem. Today, my pool looked like a lagoon and with her instruction it was blue within an hour and crystal clear by the morning. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!!

The people here are genuinely nice people that care. Instead of trying to upsale me different items she actually showed me a cheaper alternative and told me how to repair it so I could save some money. I will is them for all my pool needs from now on.

We used all American Pools to keep the pool sparkling while our house was on the market. These guys did an excellent job of working with me to keep an eye on the pool as the house was vacant. They sent me pictures of potential problems and kept in touch when there was a problem with the pool or the pool equipment. I highly recommend them.

The BEST! Like any buisness, they need to sell products; however, they will never push a product you dont need. They have very experienced, prompt, and hard-working pool techs. The owners are always willing to listen to your problem and help you find the best and most cost effective solution.Unlike another pool company that starts with a J, they wont try to sell you a product or service that you dont need or want to do yourself. All Americans advice is ALWAYS free and reliable.

All American saved the day! Preparing for a party and we unknowingly damaged our pool. With care and expertise, they were able to get the pool fixed and party went great. Ronnie was excellent to work with and was patient while I panicked! His tech knew just what to do to get it fixed. Thank you so much!!

If you want green water!!! If you want to have to call a million times and your pool still isn’t clean use this company!!! For some reason he must think he is the only company in the Killeen area. The owner then yells at you for HIS short comings. Ridiculous service! Horrible job point blank

Came in looking for some liquid chlorine. We walked in and there was a couple at the counter. We stood there for a couple of minutes and nobody acknowledged we had walked into the store. So we left and went to Leslies Pool Supplies.
