This hotels location is great. In our unit, except for broken but functional beach chairs, the physical amenities are fine, BUT--a huge but--the Wifi in the unit is next to non-existent. I couldnt open emails or load Twitter, let alone other websites or stream video. It is absolutely horrible in that regard. I would AVOID this hotel at all costs if you want to stay connected or get any work done at all. My stay was during late June of 2021.

Each condo is different and the one we stayed in was awful. It was probably decorated in the 80s and stayed that way since. The doors are peeling and many of the closet doors cant shut properly unless you use pressure. The carpet had a wet dog smell and felt wet, too. Towels and bedding provided were bare minimum and stiff. Had to do a thorough cleaning before we could use anything and it looked like it was just quickly wiped or just sprayed with water over. AC unit in bedroom kept going on and off every few minutes.

The owner/hostess has the VRBO Maui Banyon Condo P-206 in a clean, welcoming beach design. You feel at home from the moment you walk in to the sparkling Maui Condo that will allow you to relax, smile, have some tropical drinks and enjoy the ocean nearby. All activities are available within walking distance making this condo a central location to a very desirable area on Maui. Fine dining and casual restaurants are in walking distance. Beaches and long walks are a daily must, and watching the sunset is an enjoyable experience.

I booked this place for my wife and my son to have a good vacation with our friends. When they came, the room condition is so bad. for example, the fan cant be turned off, the toilet made extreme noises, when you flush the toilet, the noise lasted 15 minutes, in the night, you cant sleep because of this noise. talked to the service folks. they said they will send people to fix these issue. then they said you can switch to another room. but the other room was extremely dirty. so the service folks told my wife to clean the dirty by herself. also the attitude of this service folks are very impatient and even rude. Also if you want to talk to service and ask them to help fix the problems in the rooms, they either ignore you or very slow to respond. In the end, my wife had to clean the room by herself. I would suggest do your best to avoid this place if you can.

The owner/hostess has the VRBO Maui Banyon Condo G 310 and it was extremely clean and taken care of. The owner/hostess was professional and it was easy to check in (door code) parking was plentiful. The owner/hostess had everything we would need to enjoy our stay in the condo. When I arrived I wiped counters down with Clorox wipe for precaution and the wipe didn’t collect not one bit of dust, the cleaning crew gave us a spotless condo. The location is perfect. OGG is a 20 min drive. The condo is located across the street to the beach, and the condo is located within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. When we were there the maintenance crew was always in the building cleaning or working on it so it’s well taken care off. We didn’t go into the pool but they have one. I recommend staying here. We are so happy we found this place with such short notice. We truly enjoyed our stay there, everything worked great.

VRBO made it easy to reserve and the owners of H207 were very accommodating.

We stayed for 10 nights. The overall stay was great. The only problem I could see was that our first room was aweful and none of the sockets worked. But when we asked to change rooms we figured out that our room was apart of the same rental place that was in the building. We had to call another company and they moved us to another room across the hall which was way nicer and everything worked. The second room was way nicer and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Oh the last thing is muai needs a 21 and over resort so adults can enjoy the pool without kids at all times.

The standard condo units are not remodeled. No ac and the blinds were all broke. Also, lots of nats flying around. The nats were awful! If you call ahead front office told us we could have asked for remodel room which has AC.The pool is nice and its across the street from the ocean. If Maui Banyan would take better care of the units this would be a great place to stay with a family.

5min walk to the beach... Walking distance to several food places and stores...

This was a perfect location, close to a beach and the ground were beautiful.

Love this place. Spend every year here. Clean room, good rates. They keep the landscaping looking good at all times. Beach is just steps away. Pools, bbq, you name it they have it.

We got our Maui Banyan condo rental through VRBO and it was fabulous. The condo was immaculately clean and had all the accessories that you might want plus more. Fully stocked kitchen as well as two full bathrooms. The beach was just across the street and restaurants and other shops were within walking distance. There were also many beaches up the road that you could explore and it was fabulous!!

Was looking forward to having breakfast. Orderd the $9 deluxe bento and since I dont eat rice, I wasnt able to substitute it with salad. Guy looked like he didnt know how to run the register. Just said no and after that offered brown rice after I told him I didnt want rice. Changed my mind and didnt want to eat here. When I asked the lady in the front she said can do it. Wasnt feeling it already. Get your guys on the same page

Our second Aston stay. The last time we stayed near Lahaina, this time we thought we will try another. This Maui Aston has partial ocean view. They have a kitchen and laundry machine! Comfortable beds. The LOCATION is amazing ...Right across is the beach. Great deli and restaurants right around the corner. Its got 2 pools and 2 tennis courts .. The only drawback is the condo itself..it needs an update (80s style). Bathroom is really small and needs better lights. Service is great and staff is very helpful.

I own a condo there.. What more can I say?! Its well-run immaculate and the staff there is better than most we have dealt with. SO MUCH BETTER THAN TIMESHARES!

Kind of small, really, by comparison to others. Well, its by the beach so little to complain. Parts are hotel rental, parts are BnB rental.. other parts... dunno.Parking is severely limited. Very hard to find parking. 1 or 2 spots always, each night, if with some luck on your side.Walk to beach is the best feature about this place. Nothing else really...

A Big surprise at the rental. Decor is Hawaii throughout. Paintings, furniture, ceiling fan in bedroom and living room, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer in the room, fully equipped for the long Vaca. So quiet unlike hotels and close to the beach. Just love this place!! Perfect for couple..

Awesome location

The mattresses in our room must be 20 + Years old they are extremely broken down and you roll into the center of the bed no matter what. There is a note on the balcony window that states dont open window, parts are on order and due in Sept, 2017. Well its 2019 and its still broke. The a/c has a note dont run cooler than 72 or the balcony fills with water. Most of the power receptacles dont work. The cleanliness of the room is not up to par either. Ceiling fans and bathroom exhaust covered in thick dust and smells. But rather than that its fine.

Not a resort in the true sense of things. No restaraunt or bar. Just condos and a pool. Clean and easy access to nearby beach and the main drag. Parking is an ordeal late in the evening.

Affordable and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The condos themselves are old, worn out and have a very awkward layout. In our unit of 3 bedrooms, the master was only accessible through the bathroom of bedroom 2 which also did not have a real door but 2 sliding glass doors with no real privacy. It was totally fine but we will probably look for a different place next time.

Very nice. Good warm pool, jacuzzi. However there was a mix up with our rooms and when we asked for one thing we got something else and I had to sleep on a couch.

This is an amazing spot in maui. I highly recommend staying at this location. If you are renting through airbnb like i did you will be quite pleased with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness and the great price. There is also a pool and a hot tub with grills by the poolside if you are looking to cook. The beach is right across the street and there are many shops and restaurants and vendors very close by.

Condo we got was fairly spacious but dated. A/C was noisy. Staff was nice and accommodating but the front desk hours are limited. Be sure to find out about late arrivals.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Its a quick walk to the pool, beaches, restaurants and stores.

Like it and it served 4 people (2 couples) well visiting for a wedding.
