We had a blast on our jet ski tour of Key West! It was such a fun time. The guides were really good and took great care of the whole group. My wife and daughter got launched off their jet ski and a guide showed up really quickly to help them get back on. Highly recommend the tour. It was so much fun. One of the main highlights from our trip to Key West.

My girlfriend and I took the 1.5 hour tour back in April. I feel bad taking so long to leave this review. But it was absolutely amazing. Tour guides were very nice, funny and forgiving. You could go at your own pace if desired or go fast if desired. Great time and well worth the price. Thank you!

Jake and his team took care of us. This jet ski tour was out of this world my son and I had a very exciting and trilling expirence. Took me couple minutes to handle the speed but the guide bringing up the rear was very helpful this was outstanding.

My wife and I decided to rent the jet ski tour and we loved every minute of it. Our tour guide Jake was super fun and made the trip amazing. He saw that the group we were in all wanted thrill, speed, and accommodated everyone. Best time we had on our vacation. Tour guides were great and were able to accommodate those wanting to go fast and those wanting to go slower. Would 100% recommend and will also be using them again if we come back to Key West!

Loved it! Pauly and Scott were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt make us feel stupid for being scared on the jet ski 😂 highly recommend. Make sure you arrive at least 40 minutes early if not an hour to make sure you can do the paperwork and certification. Scott was really great and even gave us his recommendations of what to do on the keys while we were here. Would go back!

Ok these guy’s were young crazy fun & actually really nice guy’s for this tour. It was only my 3rd time on a Jet Ski & it was a bit of a challenge trying to keep up at that speed! I didn’t really have a problem with that speed but with my girlfriend riding on the back, it caused me to pull back more. Now at 60 years old I thought we both did alright! We were always at the back of the line, but it was fine. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to go fast!!!Other than that, go for it, it’s fun 🤩

They were so amazing the tour guides were awesome and even took me back when I freaked out 😂 I would totally recommend them...

As you can imagine, its impossible to have a bad time on a jetski. But these guides set Sunset apart by going above and beyond to accommodate all riders. Matthew took time to ensure everyone felt safe operating the skis and was really engaging with all the guests. You can tell they really care about giving you a great experience. On the open water he keeps it pinned, letting you go as fast as you want. Good luck keeping up!

Amazing tour and guides! Full speed tour of the keys! Would have given it 5 stars if the guides hadn’t demanded a 20% gratuity BEFORE the trip began - kinda “wtf” moment to start with but great thereafter!

Matt and Peary are by far the BEST tour guides ! Not only did they help my parents, but they helped us through and still showed us an amazing time. When I come back, I will be asking for them again 100%. Sunset sports is the best company in all of Florida.

This was fun! We started with a little weather disturbance in the distance so our route was changed. There were spots we wanted to go but bevause of the weather we were not able to, not these guys fault.

We had a fantastic time. Max and Conor were great guides. So professional, funny and knowledgeable of the area. You learn a bit about Key West, while having a total blast.

Great experience! Max took our group out on the tour, he told us it was his first time and he did a great job! Very safe and fun. We got to cool off in a sandbar about half way through. Our group wanted to ride fast and Max was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

We had a blast. Niko is very funny, and its so fabulous that he went the extra mile after the tour to mark a map of sandbars to beach a sailboat. Jessie is the definition of cool. Heres a hint: you cant drive a jetski like a motorcycle. I had trouble breaking the habit of leaning and nearly wiped out a whole bunch of times. It was still mega fun!

This was a Great experience. It was my first time doing a jet ski tour, Im acustomed to freelance, however it was still fun and exciting. Who am I kidding I love being on the water any chance I get!! Jake (BJ) and Paulie were great. They made sure everyone was as comfortable as possible and kept everyone safe. We gathered a few times for info and safety checks. The water was a bit choppy which made for some great bumpy waves. I would certainly recommend Sunset. Enjoy!!!

Not all bad not all great. We booked a jet ski tour with Sunset which was described as taking you around the island and offering stops at multiple locations including the Southernmost Point, and the Boca Chica Sandbar. The FAQ even mentioned that they would let us get off the jet skis at the sandbar for a quick break. It sounded like a great way to see the island from a different point of view and maybe learn a thing or two about a couple historic sites.What we got was an hour and 15 minutes spent largely driving around in a single file line with some occasional turns thrown in for fun. We did get to see the Real World Key West House, which was cool, however it was the only stop where the guides gave us any idea of what we were looking at or where we were. The tour did not follow the map on the website at all and we only saw maybe a third of the route that the website showed.Our guides were professional, and did make sure everyone was safe. They also did shuffle people around in the line so that everyone could travel at a speed they felt comfortable. The skis were in reasonably good shape considering they are rentals, and they were able to get to about 45mph..Overall, not a bad experience, but it wasn’t the tour that was described on the website which was a bit of a disappointment. There wasn’t a lot of value added in the tour, I could have just rented a jet ski, driven around on my own for 2 hours and had arguably the same if not a better experience.

We ended up having our own private jet ski tour! It was amazing and we were able to see some sting rays. The tour guide was very informative.

Excellent company! Staff takes their time going over all the pertinent information needed and makes sure everyone is comfortable before heading out. Josh did a great job as point man leading the group around and allowing the riders to open them up! BJ was our tail gunner and he made sure the slower riders were doing ok in the back when they got a bit separated. Great tour that runs a good 90 minutes, I definitely recommend them if you are looking to do wave runners. You wont be disappointed.

The tour guide was great! Funny, made us more at ease during some choppy waves, and allowed the group to make decisions together! I would highly recommend! You will love it!

Max and Jake were great ....kept everyone at their own pace and led a fun evening out in the bay...definitely head out with them.again.

We stopped in as a group of 3 rented a boat and the jetski tour they made availabilty for us in such a very short notice. We where skeptical about the tour being boring but we reached top speeds of 50 with twists and turns and the sights we seens where amazing. We where able to swim at some stops. Now the boat rental part wasnt bad for the price it was a windy day so the staff warned us and guided us on the route to take. We anchored at the sand bar and enjoyed the sound system the boat had. Staff was amazing hands down. Great people

We had a blast on the Jet Ski tour! We went twice in the week we stayed! Our first tour guide was Lenny, our second tour guide was Morgan. Both great guides very knowledgeable and allowed us to have a great time on the skis!

Simply an amazing experience. Jesse was an amazing guide - he made my trip! The guides are very helpful and cater to all abilities, no experience no problem, you’ll still have a great time. Highly recommended!

The jet skis were governed and the guides were unresponsive to questions (they literally ignored me when I tried to ask a safety-related question and even after I raised my hand!) They took riders at their word and our group ended up split because riders that didnt know how to handle their machines were allowed in front of experienced riders, slowing us all down. The ocean side was a little more choppy, and rather than enjoying the time we signed up for playing in the ocean, they cut us back to the dock through no-wake channels, where we ended up idling for a significant portion of our ride time. When we finished, the guides lectured us on tipping after basically sneering at us the entire time except when they were giving us their scripted spiels on landmarks. It had the potential to be a blast, even with the choppy water, but instead it was a watered-down ecotour.

Had an amazing experience. Friendly staff, with Matty as the shuttle driver from the hotel. Scott as our guide was tremendous. Very knowledgeable, and patient with first timers. Kept us out of some bad weather too!! Will certainly return!!

It’s fabulous to see this incredible area from the water. Could never of seen all this without a guide. They stopped to gather us at times to explain certain points. Highlight was getting off to swim and wade a bit on a mangrove island in crystal clear water! Great running wave runners. The 4 rating is only for the fact that they need to clean up their dock area a bit (unprofessional looking) and that even my husband said the speed we were led at (in a single file line for safety and so as to not disrupt other boaters in area) was a bit too fast, that leading a group of mostly beginner jet skiers and moms with a kid on back etc. at speeds that often maxed out at 50 mph in many areas of open water was unnecessary (although the guides were safe about spacing everyone). Also, the guides strongly hinted they rely on tips - but the cost for this for a family is a lot already to then be pressured to add a 15-20% tip on top. All else good. Glad we took the tour. Book early, they fill fast! Thanks.

We did the Jet Ski tour, and this was definitely highlight of our Key West trip!! This was 110% worth the money- we were on Jet skis for over an hour and got to see all around the island. Our guides, Connor and Scott, were amazing!! They explained how to operate the jet skis thoroughly and ensured everyone felt safe & comfortable. Not only that, but they were extremely personable and funny! We‘ll definitely be doing this (or the sunset tour) again if we’re ever back in Key West.

An excellent experience. Safety and fun are the priorities. The tour guides are friendly and make sure everyone is enjoying their time. The jet skis ran perfectly and were fast. Bring yourself a bottled water. Theres a place for it on the jet ski. Bouncing around on the ocean salt water makes you thirsty.

Great adventure was had today with Sunset jetski tours. Our tour guide Max was awesome, clearly running through the safety brief and skills for the handling of the jetski.Unfortunately the weather wasnt on our side so our tour was quite overcast and the sea was choppy!!! That didnt deter us from having a great trip. Max was knowledgeable and shared his evident love for the Keys and Island life 😊.Highlyvrecommend the tours and if you are lucky enough to get Max or even Josh 😉 as your guide, then you are in for a treat👍😉

We had a great time! We had a guided jetski tour, and were able to see so much of Key West! The waves were choppy at times, but it was beautiful and so much fun to be on the ocean. Our tour guide was Scott, and he was personable, kind, and engaging. He made the tour unique and special, sharing little bits here and there about jetskis, the nearby islands, and the nearby airbases. This company has two locations, one for smaller tours, and one for larger tours.

Our family was there two weeks ago and we had an awesome time. The kids got to go on jet skis for the first time. It did get a little choppy but, it was beautiful and exciting. Jesse and his team were so friendly, knowledgable and laid back. I was so slow it kept the rest of the group waiting but, everyone was so nice and patient about it. The guides were friendly and educated us of the sites and surroundings. The 1.5 hrs went by like a flash. They are accommodating to all levels of wave runner expertise. My family had a great time and will go back again.

It was an awesome experience! 90 minutes of adrenaline! We took a whole circle of KeyWest (yes! a better way to see the island) make sure you ask for GAVIN, he was our guide and he was really great!

My family and I had an amazing experience with this group of fantastic employees! Our tour guide was Baby Jake and he was fantastic and extremely fun to have as a tour guide! We also had the help of Lenny who was amazing and fun as well. Next time in the keys I will always book though sunset tours!!!

This review is beyond long overdue. I finally found my pamphlet and never wanted to leave the review on the wrong company. This place is the best ! My bf took me here for my birthday and everything about it was great. It was my first time in the keys. The tour was amazing, the things I got to see and experience were something I’ll always remember. My tour guides (I forget who they are and if I could find out I would name them!) were the best I could have asked for. We live in philly and when we go to the keys again I’m going to this place, hands down.

Very nice experience overall. Nico was our main guide and he was amazing! Gavin was also great! He fully disclosed that there was 30 mph winds and offered a refund if we didn’t go threw with it but we decided to go anyway. We were still able to go wide open throttle for much of the tour but at times was pretty choppy and had to go slower (as we were warned). They even picked us up from our hotel! Even with the choppy waters we had a great time! The employees are all fabulous

Showed up 3:20 for the 4:00 tour without appointment, got a spot, Can top them out for a while, 45 mph ish. Had a blast, guides were great, was windy and chopping my day, still wasnt bad and enjoyable, cool scenery and knowledge, get ya sum!

We had an amazing experience. We went about 2 weeks ago and enjoyed every minute of it. The crew was super helpful, very informative and fun to deal with. They ensure everyone was safe and that riders of all levels were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

0ur guides name was jesse(sp) and he was so fun and informative. He gave excellent guidance and kept up with the group. Made us newbies feel very comfortable and made sure we stayed aware of every step of the way. We ended up hitting some choppy water and we split the group. Devon(sp) lead our group for the split. We got back together towards the end and everything about the trip was worth while. Thanks again guys!

If you get a chance to go on one of the Sunset Waverunner tours I highly recommended it. Connor and Devin showed us around the islands on one of the tours and it was best experience I had down here. We own WaveRunnewars back home but when youre riding one on the ocean and then on the gulf on crystal clear water its something youll need to see for yourself.

Staff was amazing!! Best tour in key west!! It’s located at parrot bay resort. Best time ever. Staff friendly and down to earth. Very comfortable atmosphere. Best time ever!!! Only thing wish they were able to take pictures! Pictures would have made it the best experience ever!!!

Niko was an excellent tour guide!! Saw some great points around the keys and did golf and ocean jet skiing!! A little difficult to find, coming from route one, turn where it says Parrott Key and park in Walgreens. Walk past the valet and up on the left there is a sidewalk that will take you back to the rental.

Best time going around the islands

Our entire family had a blast on the waverunners! Hour & half tour around the island fly by and we were already making it a must-do next time were back! Our guide (Devon) was awesome. Opened the jet skis up and we were flying when we wanted. Doubled back to pick up people who wanted to do it slower. Good stuff!

Sunset water sports Jet Ski tour out of Key West was a fantastic time, what a great way to start or end any vacation. The staff was great from the drives to the instructor Matt who did an excellent job teaching and being patient with all patrons. Him and the other instructor provided us with a safe and fun tour, can’t wait to do this again. I highly recommend this tour on any visit.
