This company is really being operated by Best on Key West, Inc., and if you check out their reviews youll see that John from Gainesville, FL, is a scammer!

I would definitely give a zero! This is a SCAM! I paid 7-800$ for 5 people and we arrived to the destination for our tour at 6:30am and nobody was to be seen, we finally got ahold of the guy and he said we were never booked, then said he now sees that we are, he rescheduled for the next day and said he will have a bus pick us up from our hotel, we were waiting for over and hour and nobody arrived then we finally got a hold of the same guy and he said we weren’t booked again ! and that we can’t receive a refund sense we didn’t cancel 24 hours prior to our tour. Even when the website said free cancellation anytime . Plus all the 5 star reviews are obviously fake they have no pictures.

Great customer service and great scuba experience. The booking process on the phone was very smooth. Was able to get a scuba dive just a day before. The instructor Ben was very nice and made us feel really comfortable considering the fact that we were first time divers.

This was one of the best tours my kids and myself have ever experienced! Worth every penny . I will recommend this to any and all of my friends and family. Thanks for the amazing adventure and the memories that will last a lifetime.

Best boat snorkeling tour ever! Crew FUN and professional, great music, good food!We departed at 5:30 (30/45 min to get to the snorkeling spot) we had a good time snorkeling with a great reef and one of the crew (Sam)on water with us! Me, my husband and my 10 yrs old daughter had a blast!!! Big and small colorful fishes, 1 1/2 m barracuda, angel fishes, porcupine fishp etc.First time in my life I see a caribbean reef shark (or lemon/sand shark) swimming on my side and under me!The sunset was to frame, amazing meat ball, veggie and cheese 💕 great drinks! As we come back we had a blast with music and the participation of the people on shore too!!Thanks Captain!

Awesome trip. Called and made reservations 2 hours before trip and they worked to find us a trip that would work for us. Highly recommend. Professional and fun captain and crew.

Incredible customer service. Couldn’t get on my intended tour same day. Agent was extremely knowledgeable and set us up with almost the same exact thing I was looking for for the same price and same amenities. Knew about the local area including parking options. We’ll be back soon and will be using this company again.

We went on a snorkel/Sunset cruise. It was SO windy!! Talked with others and their trip with other companies were cancelled, but not ours. Snorkeling was awful. We could not see ANYTHING because the water was so rough. Very dissatisfied. That being said, the sunset was beautiful, just a lot of money to pay for a sunset when you expected to snorkel...

Awesome experience!! Melanie took us right to the dolphins, we snorkeled an old ship wreck, time of my life! I can’t wait to do it again!

Wish I could give them zero stars. We called this morning & booked for a 4pm, the email said to get there at 30min prior, so we did. 4pm rolls around and there is. No boat or captain, so I called & they said that the captain is OUT OF THE COUNTRY! They just take your money. When we called they acted like they didn’t event know. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

We tried cancelling this tour as soon as our hotels close due to covid and were told we would receive a refund in 10-15 days. Now the company has shut down and taken our money.

Eric, customer service representative was very helpful over the phone and gave us straightforward forward details of what the trip would entail.
