The four of us had a wonderful time and Juan was very helpful and didnt rush the slower riders in our group. He gave nice instructions if you are new to waverunners. You can go very fast and there was plenty of playtime during the tour. Its a 2-hour ride around the entire Key!

The equipment high quality. Staff explained briefly on functions, so if havent ridden b4, or in a while, suggest riding with someone knowledgeable; especially since riding at speeds 40+ mph are the norm. No place for a novice here.. 40 not a lot in a car, but in areas where water rough, it feels like 80!Wear your beach shoes. If need a hat, make sure has strap or can go bye bye. Same with glasses. Though I personally would have enjoyed slower speeds, that is what a pontoon is for. Overall, had a lot of fun, and hubby enjoyed the speed and had a blast.

Roscoe was amazing. I really wish the directions to get there were a little more clear. We visited the one by the Hyatt, and if youre looking just park in the lot right as you pull in off Roosevelt and walk toward the beach through the black gate to the white and blue hut. As for the tour, a little bumpy out in open ocean ad to be expected but it was pretty choppy. Once we were back in the bay we had about 15 minutes of free time to zoom about. Definitely recommend Barefoot Billys

So we opted to take the mid afternoon jet ski tour on Thursday (7-29-21) and even though the weather didn’t look promising (storms in the distance) and our absolutely awesome tour guides kept us rolling laughing and having a great time even through some rather rough waters in the Atlantic side of the trip.I wish I could remember our guides names but they rocked.One thing I’ll add is prepare for some rough riding through part of the tour if you’re there during mini season I wasn’t quite prepared for it. If you haven’t rode before it could be a slightly nerve racking feeling at times so ask questions and don’t be afraid to get your guides attention. They’re there to help keep you safe and rolling smoothly. I was pretty sore the next day but it was an adventure I’d go on again.ALSO REMEMBER TO BRING SOME CAsh TO TIP YOUR GUIDES! they totally deserve it 🙂

This place has some really cool jet skis and some really awesome people! Milo was a great tour guide for me and my dad! We went on Sunday morning and they showed us some great places out in the water! The jet skis were so much fun to ride!

Amazing service, and direct hotel access is a big plus! We did the 9 am jetski tour, and it was well worth the money. If youre in the area and have time to kill, I definitely recommend it as a great way to see key west and the surrounding islands from the water.

The highlight of my trip was this 1.5 hour ride on the jetski’s around the island. It was super fun, the staff took safety seriously, and I throughly enjoyed myself the entire time. Had a dolphin swim right under me!

We got to hear about Barefoot Billys as the best JetSkis Tour operater in the Key West area, through a local person - Bobby your friend in Key west ! Worth it.We had an amazing JetSkis ride during the sunset time. It was the first time for me, but the crew made us feel comfortable, taught all safety requirements. We went around the island and spent about 2 hours in the tour.They also have a free shuttle service for pickup and drop off !

Great experience, went by too fast, saw a turtle in the area we got to ride on our own and a manatee in the slow area by the bridge.

We did the jet ski tour from the Marriot and Dave the guide was awesome. Great adventure and just the right amount of ride time and information. Cool experience with gulf and Atlantic Ocean in same trip.

Very nice area and nice staff. Would have given them 5 stars but the jet skis are very old looking and slow. They have tape falling from the bumper trims and the handles to get on to the jet ski are loose. The jet skis themselves are scraped up. They just look very old.

Called the number and she said to go through the concierge. Spoke with the hotel Concierge and she said that just so the company doesnt have to do the entry. Tried to rent bikes at the hotel, but the concierge needed to call someone from the company to have them unlocked. After twenty minutes popped back in to ask and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Needless to say #epicfail. Wound up walking and had a great time!!!

We had a great time on our Key West tour. Shaun was an awesome guide and showed us many historical places and a lot of wildlife. We even saw a shark! I definitely recommend doing the jet ski tour if you have 90 minutes to spare.

Barefoot Billys, while popular, lacks customer service skills that you would expect anywhere in the world. Long story short, some (insert: strong word for 1 not very nice person) named PJ called me out for something his co-worker allowed and even promoted to some degree. Fair call out, I do not disagree at all! BUT...The way I was called out in front of everyone was unnecessary, immature, unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for the situation. He should have asked to speak to me to the side, vs calling me out. To me, it was especially frustrating because I wanted to tip our most excellent tour guide Brett, but I could not because of his (insert: strong word for 1 not very nice person) co-worker disrespecting me in front of a crowd. I bit my lip and did what any well-mannered person would do, and wrote about it here instead of doing something Id regret and losing the money I had spent on the rental/ tour.Advice to the proprietor: give PJ some customer service training.
