Lovely views, scenic routes. had fun but wish had more time

This tour and the guides were awesome! It was great to see all of Key West from the water. Our guide really tailored our trip to our likes and riding styles. Husbands were worried about a slow ride, but we got plenty of wakes, speed, and adventure! The only jet ski tour on the island where you will also get to free ride in a very large area as well. Our guide took pics for us while out on the water and sent them to us at the end (most tour companies charge per pic for photos they take). Great hospitality from check in to check out. Even got a local recommendation for a lunch spot that was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour!

This tour was amazing and so were the tour guides. They took us around the island with a few stops along the way to give us a bit of history. I specially liked that they had two tour guides so the fast people upfront did not have to wait for the slow people in the back. You also get about 25 minutes of do whatever you want time so if you want to ride or swim in the gulf it’s up to you. Total time was just under 2 hours .

My wife and I, along with our 13 & 10 year old sons had a blast on this tour. Its high speed for much of the trip so just what we wanted! The guide, Dakota, was fun and friendly. The whole crew was laid back and seemed to genuinely want everyone to have a great time.

Great experience! We had so much fun! Corey and Brad were the guides for the tour and they both did a wonderful job explaining the rules and keeping everyone safe. I honestly was thinking it was just going to be a little tour and we weren’t going to be able to go fast and do what we wanted but I was wrong! We were able to go fast, have free time and switch drivers. Obviously there were rules but just ones to keep us safe. I will definitely be doing this again! Money well spent! And don’t forget, the guides work for tips! So don’t forget to bring some cash 😊

This was the best fishing charter we have taken. The crew was very helpful but not in your face like some other charters. We had to reschedule due to weather and they were very accommodating with getting us on a different one. Definitely recommend!!

My sisters and I had an amazing time sailing, snorkeling (we saw fish and lobsters), kayaking around an island was so cool! Rachel and Nate were awesome! They were welcoming and so sweet and cool, they made our trip so much fun . Rachael made us a great spread of fresh fruit and then nachos and salsa and hummus. The music was great, I was singing along and of course beer was given as we waited and watched the beautiful sunset. We will be bringing the rest of our family to do this activity for sure! Highly recommend this trip!

This is the absolute best thing you should try out in Key West. I’ve never imagined finding such a gem here. The backcountry safari is an exciting trip as you get to explore wrecks and patch reefs. I feel like an explorer discovering new things. The 6.5 hours allocated for this tour feels like it’s over too early. Time just flies when you’re having fun. I’d give this a 10-stars if I can.. Yes, it was that good!

Value transportation to Key West. Cons: The bus was old and needed more cleaning. Many of the outlets to charge electronics were not working. They didnt require people to wear masks. The bus broke down on our way to Key West however another bus came right away with no interruptions to the trip. Pros: The tour guide was friendly and informative and the bus driver did his job. We stopped for lunch on the way. They offer a slight discount for tours purchased on the bus and they will book the tours for you. Overall, was happy with the experience based on the discounted price paid. Would not pay full price for this experience/coach bus.

It was a delightful and very enjoyable evening. Delicious appetizers and wonderful wine. It was an evening to remember. Mary Ann was our hostess and she was wonderful.

Key West itself was beautiful. Parasailing was great. Our guide was nice. I booked a day trip to Key West with parasailing. The bus was late picking us up. The bus ended up breaking down and we were transferred to a second bus which was horrible. Seats were broken, AC leaking with condensation and the bus smelled of urine. Once we made it to Key West we had to rush to our excursion. On the way back was terrible. The bus stilled smell of urine but also started to smell of gasoline. My family was stuck sitting at the back of the bus with rattling windows and the smell of gasoline for 4 hours. We were miserable the 4 hour drive there and the 4 hour drive back. They ask you to write a review of your experience but only post the good reviews on their website. I know things happen and I’m usually pretty flexible but the lack of communication is why this review is being written along with the other things I mentioned above. This company has serious communication issues. I would not book with them again if I traveled to Key West from Miami.

I cannot say enough about this trip! It was amazing is so many ways, but what really made it the best was the Crew! Meg and Matt made the best of every situation we we put in. We had some wind, some water, some rain, and even a giant turtle! Despite all that, we saw the sunset and enjoyed some cold ones on the way back! I highly recommend you make it out to visit this adventure, you wont be disappointed!

Had a great time driving around key west in the electric car. The only bad thing was trying to find a place to park when you wanted to get out. Customer service was great and people were friendly.

Our guide Dakota was very informative and was a lot of fun . The guides all seemed to enjoy doing the trip with the group l Enjoyed the free time before the tour to just ply on the jet ski .

The backcountry was a bit rough but exciting. So if you are looking for a tour that is beyond those “touristy” spots, this trip would be perfect for you. Get ready to kayak, snorkel, and sail around. You’ll see a lot of great scenery and have a good time. Highly recommended by me!

My partner and I had such a good time. The mangrove islands were fascinating and the water here at Key West was so blue and clear. Sailing has always been something I wanted to do and this trip gave me a chance to do just that. So I would definitely recommend this package to anyone who want a day full of fun-filled activities. The guides were so nice and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to take us for the best experience. We never wanted for anything because they were always a step ahead.... snacks, drinks, meals etc. couldn’t have had a better excursion!

You won’t regret going on this trip, it offered excellent value for money! The day starts off with sailing then you get a guided to go kayaking and snorkeling. I really thank the crew for bearing with me, they are very nice and patient. Then afterwards, you get to explore patches of reefs, wrecks, and other interesting things underwater. There is much to see and explore. The day is capped off with sailing back. You’ll have a power-packed day when you go on this tour.

This is by far the best thing I did while in let Key West. The crew was adding and it was very educational and super fun. If your on the fence, her off and book this before it sells out. You will not regret it. If your lucky youll meet Molly and the other crew members who are spectacular.

My family did the 2 hour JetSki tour with Shawn and it was awesome. My 15 year old was able to drive with my wife. It was informative, fun and a unique way to see the entire island! I’d highly recommend!

My husband and I were told by a family member that the jet ski tour around the island is a must do...and they were not kidding! We had an amazing time despite the day we went it was windy so the ocean side was a little rough. We saw a sea turtle which was an awesome bonus to seeing and learning about the island. Would definitely do this again...and maybe not share a ski ;)

The people here were awesome. We had a great time with our guide Bradley. When we booked we were Apprehensive the it wouldnt be worth the cost. Man were we wrong, it was so worth it . Highly recommend jet skis key west and cant wait to come back and do it again. You guys rock!!

Overall, we had a beautiful day on this tour. Most of what was promised was delivered. I paid almost 1400 dollars to take nine family members on this tour. Because the tour included breakfast, we came hungry but the little breakfast provided we weren’t allowed to eat The staff in the office were not helpful when I had electronics problems. The two crew members were great but the captain was either having a bad day or maybe he just doesn’t like old people and children . I admit, I didn’t always understand what he wanted from me and so I didn’t always follow his directions but he could have been more kind. I have been on a number of similar tours from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean and have never been treated this way the captain wasn’t fair to his crew because of him the crew received a minimal tip from me

Our driver was very nice and the ride was fine, nothing special. But part of our trip was cancelled due to bad weather (totally understandable) but we were only given a partial refund for this part of the trip. We are still waiting to get back our additional $80 and the customer service has been horrible. Promising a call back twice and haven’t received it. Every time we call they say “we have to do some research”. Just horrible.

Our group all agreed; this was the best excursion we did in Key West. They guys that run the tour and get you set up on the jet skis are awesome. Would highly recommend and will definitely return on our next trip to Key West.

I spent a half day on the Reef Runner and had an absolute blast! Our guide Brain, worked his tail off to ensure we would have an experiance we would never forget. He did not disappoint! If you dont have a group to charter a boat, I highly recommend a split charter. You wont be sorry!!

Please beware of it. I booked online the Tour from Miami to Key West Day Trip with Parasailing. They took my money right away in bank account. I received the email confirmation and instructions. After that, I followed the instructions and so excited to wait for the bus to pick up as scheduled but the bus was never there. I have tried to call them hundred times and no answer from them.Only one they answered, they told me because I did not appear one time, and you missed it. They have no responsibility for it. Then, I suppose that they was cheating on me and I immediately reported to my bank to dispute transaction because I never use this service. They take your money right away but they do not provide their service. Its scam.

I made a reservation for a Key west one day trip from Miami for MY DAUGHTERS 21st birthday which was Feb 1st 2021. I get a call at 945pm January 31st that the tour was canceled due to “not many people booked that day”.They offered me the Miami tour around the city and a Boat ride to see famous people’s house. I was very disappointed since the highlight of my trip was to take my daughter to Key west for a day. I explained to the young man who called me that I didn’t want either bus tour of Miami or sightseeing of famous house. He asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes, he stated it took 24hrs to 48 hrs to get my money, well today I’m checking out from Miami and they never gave me a refund. I work in Hospitality and this is unacceptable. Not only it ruined my birthday plans for my daughter, they kept my money. Very unprofessional n at this point they can keep the money because apparently they need it more than I do. Terrible customer service. We were double charged for an open air train tour of Key West, and they will not refund one of them. Due to circumstances completely out of our control, we missed the sunset wine sailboat tour by 3 minutes, and they would not refund OR offer a future credit.*updated to respond to the Cool Key West response..... we did leave in plenty of time to arrive early - again it was circumstances completely out of our control, and a future credit, at the least, should be offered. I have noticed on all of the negative reviews that not once is there anything offered to try to make the customer happy. That is exactly why I say this company has terrible customer service.

Managed to book last minute without an issue. Map on takes you to the marina, but took awhile to find the boat. Bottom fishing was good. Everyone in the boat was friendly.

Booked a jet ski tour through this website, normally I’m skeptical of booking agencies/middlemen but this worked out great. The tour was wonderful, the price seemed to be the best out there, and everything went as planned. I’d use them again.

DO NOT USE!! I would give negative stars if I could. Travel agency rebooked and did not give correct address therefore costing me additional cost in fees. I would not recommend this travel agency to anybody for booking a fishing tour.

We are residents of Florida, we live in Orlando and we decided to travel to Key West for a weekend and it was one of our best choice since the place is super beautiful and very quiet. We stayed at the Barbary Beach House hotel where we had a super time. It is a very nice, clean hotel and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The room is very large and comfortable. The pool and its fantastic areas. TMB has the rental service for different entertainments but we opted for the scooters and it was quite a We enjoyed success to the fullest and we were able to travel all of Key West in them. I recommend them 100%

The trip is really beautiful and it is recommended to do some excursion in the water, especially if the day is beautiful, I went to snorkel in the coral barrier ... it is beautiful, but it does not blow your mind, maybe diving is a lot better, its still great. Tmb must be good to see the dolphins. And the town is great, full of roosters, full of bars, all very picturesque and the sunset is AWESOME! Highly recommended
