I could not be happier with Terminix. This is due primarily to Cynthia. She does a fabulous job keeping pests out of my home. She arrives as scheduled, is upbeat and always with a smile.

I have used Terminix at other properties but here in Key West this place is a Joke ! and a scam !! they dont perform the service as promised thank god for cameras!! Dont fall for Billys load of lies hes just a salesmen he will not even return your call after the sale to resolve any issues !WARNING FRAUD !!

Horrible..they forged a contract and I paid 3 bills thinking I was paying for the service at another property. I have spent 3 days trying to get through to them only to be told that they will call me back and they never do. They charged me for services that were never rendered. Then when I asked to see the contract, they forged someone elses initials. I would go to Orkin if your looking for service in the area but run from this company~

Service techs have been great, Terminix as a company has already jacked up their quarterly price twice in the past 3 years, which is ridiculous, especially for the 20 minutes they take at my property 4 times a year.

Marked a work order as completed and charged me even though no service was performed. I found this out when I called to cancel service after they didnt show up during the scheduled timeframe. The manager then emailed me asking for another chance to perform the service, so I obliged and asked to schedule another appointment the following week. After 3 attempts at following up to schedule an appointment, I gave up and disputed the charge. HORRIBLE service.
