We use their monthly service for home and work. They provide monthly reminder calls with quick turn around service dates that accommodate my schedule. Its nice to always have the same person as well so they know your trouble spots and history. Drew is always friendly and punctual; I think our dog looks forward to Drews visit as well!

After a visit by their employee abottle of pain meds were missing. When I brought it to the owners attention she fired me as a client!

Extremely rude office personal. Very poor customer service. They act like they are being bothered and customers are inconveniencing them when you call to schedule a service when THAT IS THEIR JOB. I was told by the front desk that they do not care about their customers availability but will perform work only when it works for their staff so they could not help me since I work a normal 9-5 M-F. Then how do they even have any business? That I dont know. I wouldnt give them business now if my home was infested with roaches. Dont waste your time with Keys Pest Control if you want someone nice in customer service who is willing to help you. Their front desk is nasty.
