Highly recommend this rental service! After a horrible experience with Dollar Rental at the airport in Key West, we were in a dire search for a rental in Key West. We called Key West Jeep Rental. They were super nice and told us they had a rental available. We completed a rental agreement online and submitted a couple of documents. A short time later (maybe 15 minutes), Justin delivered our rental to the airport. He was super nice, and after a few instructions sent us on our way to enjoy the Keys. The rental was very clean, newer, and well taken care of. Customer service was superb! As previously stated, I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience overall!! From everything I could find they had the best rates for a Jeep Rental and they gave us an all NEW Brand new Jeep!!! It had Only 500 miles on it when we got it!!! After a few beautiful trips during our stay up Overseas Highway to Bahia Honda State Park and Marathon we then toured around Key West for the day, it was perfect!!! We had the Blue Rubicon with the Sky One Touch roof which made things a breeze. Will rent a Jeep from here again next time we are in Key West. Awesome experience!!!!!

This is THE place for rentals in Key West! Nick was the best at accommodating our needs, bringing the Jeep to us and arranging pickup after we were done. He has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and goes out of his way to make sure your experience is top notch! We rented the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon last week and were incredibly impressed with Nick! He went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip. He offered us tips on the best beaches to visit and took a sincere interest in making our vacation a successful one. Nick not only brought the jeep to us but picked us up and took us to the airport! We rented a new Rubicon Recon, Justin was amazing.. they brought it right to us, and picked it up at the hotel when we were finished!! The Jeep far surpassed our modest expectations and wasnt marked all over for advertising which i think made our ability to maneuver the islands undetected as tourists much easier!! Not only do i recommend these guys, we will use them everytime we come to key west!! You cant call em fast enough!! Do it now!!!

Great service, great experience! They brought the jeep to me, super friendly, gave advice on places to visit and even helped me extend my rental on a Sunday when they were closed. Very much would recommend them and will definitely use them again. When I was done with the rental they came to me and picked up the jeep. Grade A service!!!

Key West Jeep Rentals was the best to work with!! We made a last minute decision to rent a jeep while on our trip. Had our jeep within 2 hours of calling and inquiring if they had anything available. We had an amazing experience through Key West Jeep Rentals. We rented a Jeep last minute. The rental process was very easy and everyone was so helpful and kind. Our experience with Key West Jeep Rental was excellent! They came through for us last minute finding us a Jeep to rent for the day when all other plans were cancelled due to strong winds. They went out of their way to deliver the Jeep to us in a timely fashion. The Jeep was then picked up from us and they offered to provide transportation to the airport later that day. The Jeep was beautiful as it was practically a new vehicle. Nick and Lee were great, excellent service!

This was the smoothest and easiest car renting experience we have ever had! After going online to rent the car, we received a follow up email and text immediately. The jeep was delivered to our rental house, which saved us a lot of time and was super convenient. Nick was amazing and always responded quickly if we had a question. I rented a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to Lee and Nick. The car was virtually brand new and was dropped off at our hotel. We had a great time driving the keys. The next morning Nick even gave us a ride to the airport. That’s 1A service and deserves 5 stars. Will rent again from them next time we are back in KW.

Fantastic rental experience! The 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon we rented was in pristine condition, with just over 3K miles on it, and sparklingly detailed right before it was dropped off at the requested time and location by super friendly and resourceful staff. I enjoyed driving it in perfect weather with the soft top retracted as we took a day trip up and down the Keys. Return was just as simple as pick up, at our resort, with a bit of heads up and coordination via text messages. With taxes & fees, it was a bit more expensive than I would typically like to spend for a weekend rental, but all things considered, it was so absolutely worth the Jeep experience, excellent vehicle condition, stellar service, convenient hand offs, and most of all, last minute availability on a busy weekend when all other rental options had dried out. A shout out to Nick, who was terrific with prompt texts, plenty of suggestions for local attractions, and for going above and beyond by giving us a courtesy ride to the airport the next day as we wrapped up our vacation. The next time we’re in Key West, these guys will be my automatic choice. Thank you!

This is my 2nd time in the Keys and I really enjoyed using a Jeep this time to get around. My wife was comparing to the other rental services and found these guys were the lowest price. Come to find out it was A-1 customer service included as well with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Dropped the Jeep off to us at the hotel we were staying and then came back to pick it up a few days later at no additional cost, made it very easy.We will be back to the Keys soon and will definitely rent a Jeep from these guys again next time we are here.

Had to share my experience: this is the absolute best place to rent a Jeep in the entire Florida Keys!!!! Super easy to book and super convenient. Just went to their website, filled out the info, picked my Jeep, the next day “Nick” called to confirm details and made sure it was as convenient as possible for us. It really made our trip special now that I think about it. Brand new 2020 Jeep’s they give you for your rental, and they even drop the Jeep off to you wherever you are and pickIt up too, what a nice convenience for us as our lodging was on Cudjoe Key. Will go here again next time we are in the Keys and want something cool to drive around town. Will never forget our time here in the Keys!!! Cant wait to come back!!!Highly recommend!!Will Burrows

Just rented a jeep from Nick and he couldnt have been more accomadating. Picked us up at hotel and gave recommendations on good beaches to go to. Rates were the best we found and the jeep only had 6000 miles on it. I would totally recommend again.

Lee and Nick were wonderful to work with. Nick met us on Duvall Street to drop the Jeep off and then picked it up at the hotel when we were done. Talk about door to door service. Lee even called us during our day as we drove AIA to tell us great places to visit and eat along our route. We could not have had a better experience.
