I have used Kolhage’s several times since buying a house a few years ago. We purchased a washer, dryer and had a dish washer replaced. Great customer service and all around very professional. They got all of the appliances delivered and installed quickly. I also like that they are a locally owned and operated family business.

Definitely used “certified appliance and electronics” instead of this place .Plenty of reviews proving my own experience. The Field Staff is great; however, management and the phone staff you would expect customer service from falls disgustingly short. A place where management thinks because of limited competition they can be dishonest and on top of that discourteous. Their competition didn’t use any excuses and solved my issue next day where they couldn’t and wouldn’t after a week.DOA.

Bought a Speed Queen washer just over a month ago. I could not have been any happier with the Kolhages service team from walking in the door to installation and hauling off the old washer. the SQ works as promised and my wife says the clothes are so much cleaner! Edit: I did take away a star after receiving a call from my renters. There was a leak under the deck that they noticed. After a $250 plumber bill, turns out that whoever installed the fridge shoved the water line, for the previous ice maker, into the wall and it was leaking.They were still professional, quick, and I would still use them again.After calling numerous appliance shops, Kolhages was the only one who answered my call, looked into their stock for a refrigerator that will fit the designated spot, and was able to deliver it the same day. All around great experience. Thanks for getting this taken care of in such a speedy manner.

Had a difficult ice maker repair as fridge was wedged into corner. Ivan and Harold handled the task with expertise. I am completely confident in their work and will use them again in the future.

We would rather give zero stars. To say the least, weve had an outrageous and frustrating experience with this unprofessional, dishonest, unethical, biased company that cares far more about money, deceiving others, and causing more unnecessary issues for you and your appliance than being knowledgable and able to properly repair an appliance and provide actual solutions. They are rude and hang up on phone calls with customers. They lied about calling us and leaving a voicemail when in fact they did not call or leave a voicemail. The lead technician repeatedly failed to repair the appliance and made our still broken appliance worse. Despite clear evidence, they had the audacity to falsely accuse us and threaten us when they are the ones who failed to repair the appliance, cause more issues, and repeatedly lie. Avoid them at all costs if you would like to avoid problems, a broken appliance, being lied to and threatened, and having your time and money wasted. We would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely dishonest, unprofessional, and shameful.
