Rented Parrot Perch in the Key West Shipyard condo complex. Lida, from At Home was wonderful - responsive to our questions and communicated with us throughout the rental process. The rental cost was cheaper than a hotel room and the five of us (my wife & I, plus 3 kids ages 18 - 21) had plenty of room. The unit was clean, comfortable and cool. The Location was amazing - two blocks from Duval Street, 15 - 20 minute walk to Fort Zachary Taylor beach, 5 minute walk to Ernest Hemingway house. Great experience - we will use At Home in Key West again. And we loved the Parrot Perch!

The property itself was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It did turn out that our coffee pot had issues, but as soon as I reported it, it was replaced promptly and the person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. Contactless pick-up and drop off of keys worked great.

Loved, loved, loved Paradise Palms in Key West. The property is exactly as the photos show and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils and cookware. The location was great as well - most everything was within walking distance and there were some outstanding restaurants nearby (Seven Fishes is a must try restaurant). In addition, Faustos grocery store was only a couple blocks away so we could easily walk there to pick up any food items to prepare at home.The management was also excellent. We had a couple of issues because the property had been closed down for a couple of months due to Covid, however the management took care of all of our issues very quickly and courteously. Check in / check out was very easy.Id rate our with At Home in Key West as A++++++++++++++++.

Have a home in Old Town that I wanted to set up on a property management program. When I called to speak to someone about managing the property I asked who I was speaking to (I prefer to call someone by name when discussing my property rental). She responded with who is this to which I gave her my name. When I again asked for her name she responded with you called us what can I help you with.With such an impersonal and condescending attitude I would NEVER rent from these people much less let them be my property manager.

We ended up having to book last minute due to our original plans to stay in Key West falling through. We stayed in a great 1 bedroom condo on White Street. The property was updated, well-maintained, and perfect for just me and my husband. The check-in and check-out process was so easy! The location was good- quiet enough but close enough to all the fun on Duval Street. We really enjoyed our time in Key West and would definitely recommend using At Home to anyone who needs a vacation rental in Key West!

A great location and everything in the house was in top shape. Management responded to my questions and input throughout the vacation which promoted a feeling of genuine concern that our vacation was perfect. It was.

What a lovely place to stay. It was private, but close to everything we wanted to do. My grandson was happy to have our own house with plenty of room. Everything we needed was available and the staff couldnt have been more attentive. We will definitely return to Key West. Thanks for the hospitality.

The Tranquility College was more than splendid because we felt right at home in the comfortable furnishings. The area was excellent and within walking distance of most all major venues and restaurants. The bed was amazingly soft and after a day of dolphin viewing and snorkeling, I slept like a baby, literally. The balcony upstairs and the lovely pool are a great addition for further relaxation. Finally, the beach motif of the decor and vibrant colors of the paints all blended in with the tropical environment which I enjoyed including the humidity - I felt alive in Key West and staying in Unit 5 of the Tranquility cottages was a perfect experience. I plan on returning next summer and am confident, the residents of Key West will recover from the hurricanes. God Bless Key West!

This place was beyond perfect. We were a group of 7 and we loved the location, close to everything! The pools were just right for what we wanted. The house was well cared for and beds comfortable. There were staff on site at all times, however they did not bother us. They were readily available to answer questions and book tours for us. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus! We created many memories during our stay and we will definitely be back and stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience in the condo...easy check in process, very clean condo, beautiful pool overlooking (although no access) to the beach. We did not find a strong smell of rotting seaweed as others mentioned. The better area was Fort Zachary Taylor for snorkeling. Great restaurants nearby. It was Lobsterfest weekend, so really crowded and heat index was over 100 - so it was really nice to have a quieter home base at the end of the day!

We stayed in Stock Island and loved every minute of it. The staff called before our check in to explain the procedures, sent everything as we expected, picked up the phone (when I forgot the gate code! 😉), and called us on departure day. Our rental was very clean and spacious with everything in working order! We will be calling this company during our next trip for sure!

This was one of my most favorite trips to key West and At Home in Key West was a big part of it!I was celebrating my 50th with friends and Lida had a bottle of champagne waiting for me. What a awesome and kind greeting Ill never forget!The whole process from start to finish was easy and every person I spoke with was fantastic and friendly.2 people in the group had never been to Key West and couldnt stop saying what a great place and location I had picked out. We all loved it.The 4 of us stayed in Breezy Bungalow which was possibly the cutest place ever with tons of extra room and very comfortable. So close to all the activities but quiet at the same time.The pool isnt overly crowded, the ammentities were great, the property is well maintained and the bungalow itself was so clean. I unfortunately am only able to give it 5 stars but its a total 10.Thank you Lida, everyone at At Home in Key West, Breezy Bungalow owner...you made me look good. 😉

Tranquility is such an appropriate name for this setting. The cottage is well kept, comfortable, clean and fairly central to attractions on the island. We were there just shortly after the island reopened followed hurricane Irma, and the staff had done an excellent job preparing the property for guests. We arrived late in the evening, and checkin, as well as an early morning checkout was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend this rental company and property. Great value!

This team had excellent communication, easy check-in and easy check out. The rental was exactly as described and the home was spotless when we arrived. We also appreciated that there was plenty of everything for a weekly rental (soap, paper goods, detergents...). Last, At Homes rentals are every bit in line, cost-wise, with AirBnB and VRBO. We didnt need them during our time in Key West, but it was nice to know that they were there if we needed them. We will use At Home in Key West the next time we go to Key West.

Our stay at 1800 Atlantic was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils (more than I have at my own home). We really enjoyed the pool and beach amenities. Very clean.

This was a great place to stay during our visit to Key West! It exceeded the expectations I had of it going in. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. We made use of the kitchen to cook a few meals during our stay and used the washing machine daily after coming back wet and covered in sand. The three balconies were nice to sit and relax on in the evenings. We swam in the pool several nights and walked to Roostica for dinner two of the five nights we stayed. We felt at home here and that makes a world of difference when you are traveling on vacation. That and comfortable beds!

What a great place to stay in Key West. At Home in Key West was such a pleasure to deal with. The communication was great, they were receptive to special requests and they maintained a professional but hospitable attitude throughout our entire booking and stay. They have many properties that will fit most peoples needs, and their prices were fantastic. What a value. We stayed in the Conch Condo, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The place could have more mirrors and minor upgrading, but overall, this was a beautiful, well maintained property. I will be contacting them again for our next trip to Key West. Dont hesitate if one of their properties is available.

Stayed at Tranquility Nov 5-10, 2017. Clean, comfortable and great location. Pool (shared) was great and we used it more than we thought. Space was tight around it but we still lounged in sun/shade without any problems. Hung out on both the back and front porches. Wlaking distance to most everything and rented bikes again using more than we thought (never drove the car once we were on the island). A great stay. Others in the cottages around us were repeat visitors and several inquired about the Tranquility property.

We stayed in one of the coral hammock properties & loved it! Staff was very receptive & helpful when booking, checking in, & checking out!Only complaint is having to drop the keys off in the main office downtown key West was a bit of a trek when leaving stock island!

Stayed in the Lavender Jungle condo, Truman Annex for a week. Great stay! Condo was clean, comfortable and two blocks from Duval St. All arrangements with At Home came off without a hitch, even though we came and left after business hours. At home was responsive and represent fine properties.

Beautiful house, awesome location right in the best part of the island. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here!!

The At Home in Key West staff helped make our stay the best vacation we have EVER had! They took the time to promptly respond to all of our initial questions and helped us determine the unit that would best match what we were looking for. The condominium could not have been better as it was equipped with everything we needed, had a wonderful patio and was just steps away from the pool. In addition, the location provided a tranquil atmosphere yet was close to Mallory Square and Duval Street. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for everything!

Had a great experience with At Home in Key West. Our house was beautiful and very clean. Check in and check out was quick and convenient as well. My only complaint was there was not enough seating area in the living room for 4 of us.

Best experience ever! First time in Key West. We were there for our sons wedding. The Amelia Home was the GREATEST! Clean, pool was awesome,kitchen well stocked, bedrooms large, and bathrooms well kept! Theresa and Samantha were very friendly and helpful! Noise was not an issue. Highly recommend!

1800 Atlantic Blvd in Key West is a wonderful place! The condo we rented was very well appointed and the kitchen had every single dish, plate, knife, fork, spoon, cork screw, scissors, cup, glass, kitchen utensil, etc. that you could possible think of or want to use. Nice layout. Two bed, two bath, balcony, living/dining room, washer/dryer, dish washer, etc., etc. The common area included a very nice size swimming pool with lanes dedicated to those who wish to do laps. This area also included a very large spa, game room/library, workout room with brand new equipment, large party room, and numerous charcoal grills. There were also, covered areas for those wishing to stay out of the sun, along with a number of large picnic tables. When youre in the pool area you are a step away from a sand beach and a stones throw from the Atlantic Ocean. Wonderful location! All this and only 2.5 miles from Old Town, Mallory Square and Duval St.

Simply stated...Great stay!Our 2 weeks at the Ginger House was great. Clean, quiet, close to the beach and several outstanding restaurants.We travelled with a small pet and couldnt have been better for her.Looking forward to our next trip to KW and will use @ Home in Key West for our accommodations.

This is by far the worst real estate in the Keys!! Stay away! They are all extremely rude, especially Robin. Robin is the owner and she is so stuck up its not even funny. She talks down to people and thinks she is better than everyone. I have rented long term from them and I have worked for them so I know from experience that this place is horrible. They treat their workers like garbage and they treat their tenants like garbage also. When you move out they will find ANY reason to take some of your security. They did it to me and they have done it to people I know that have rented from them. You can leave the house in perfect condition and do everything they ask of you (which is alot) and they will still take some of your money. All of their properties are over price and in bad shape. They charge high rent and do the bare minimum to keep the place looking good. Stay away, there are lots of much better Realtors down here to choose from.

Weve been long term renting from At Home in Key West for quite some years. I know you will read a lot of different opinions online. Our personal opinion about them is that they are great. Every time we had a problem either maintenance or other sort it was resolved in a matter of hours, not days and not weeks or months. It was always easy to work with them and I felt that we were treated as family. I am so grateful we have companies like this in Key West that care about family values and are willing to go the extra mile to help you.

The property was very nice, very comfortable, and very clean. I would give 5 starts but there were two problems:1) All the bedrooms face the highway so it is very noisy, on the map when I checked the property, an icon showed a inside property within the complex but it is not.2) On couple e-mails I got from the management company it said that early check-in is available upon availability. I tried twice and the immediate response was NO, the check-in is at 4:00PM. They didnt try to see if it is possible.

We loved so many things about EASY LIVIN and our week in Key West. The covered porch, pool area, kitchen and den were all wonderful. If we are giving constructive criticism, we would cite the uncomfortable pillows, the fact that the downstairs bedroom needed better window treatments, (the plantation shutters did not fully darken the room and the small transom windows were totally uncovered) and the bathtub takes FOREVER to fill with water. All in all, we were very happy there and would rent again if it is available when we need it. AT HOME KEY WEST was easy to work with.

The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable making one feel right at home. The pool and grounds were really nice. Wouldve made definitely stay again.

Excellent stay! The townhouse was exceptionally clean, very well maintained and everything seemed brand new! The pool was perfect, almost always had it to ourselves. The weather in October was really nice. Its also so close to Duval Street, we Ubered in for about $13.00. We enjoyed our time here.

This property has not parking, your car is on street with luck can be in front house or two streets. The people in the office are not friendly.If you are going to rent a house, be careful and ask to be given the rules before renting it,I rented them for two months and I had bad experience.

Ive rented from At Home In Key West for three years as an annual renter and must say what a pleasure its been to have dealt with such a professional organization. The Keys are rife with slumlord horror stories, with a high cost of living and a shortage of housing. At Home In Key West is a wonderful exception. They are quick to address property concerns and every issue Ive had has been addressed promptly. They make it a point to help existing tenants find housing when leases run out, or a property owner falters. This fact provided invaluable peace of mind for me during the Hurricane Irma aftermath. Thanks to the team for such great service!

Booked the Ginger Whole House from At Home in Key West. The house was clean and well maintained and worked great for two couples. We were only a couple of houses off of Duval St. There were two bedrooms and attached bathrooms in each, so had our privacy. The only reason not giving it 5 stars is the lack of water pressure; couldnt have both showers going at the same time.

We stayed in the Amelia house and it was everything we asked for and more! I love that they have an app that contained everything from weather conditions to the wireless code. The price was very reasonable which was the first thing that drew me to them. I had forgotten to inform them we needed the twin beds converted to a queen and they had housekeeping come that first day I called to make the change. We were also VERY LOUD and obnoxious that first night and they politely called us the next morning to let us know about the 10pm quiet curfew and that police could have been called if the neighbors had decided to. This was quite easily the BEST vacation we had thanks to all the easy access to info they provided us with up front.

Accommodations were great - close enough to walk to Duval St., but away from the noise. After hours check-in needs improvement with incorrect map making it hard to find parking and condo after dark. The two TVs did not work, event though they were the latest equipment with surround sound. We were able to get the channel guide and choose a channel, but the message continuously said: this channel will be available shortly, please wait …. never was.

I stayed at 607 Amelia street in Key West. The home was very clean I have to say and had everything we needed (except food of course) for our stay. From hair dryer to wine bottle opener, this house had it. The staff at Home in Key West were very friendly as well. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Definitely would recommend this property.

Terrific house -- very near Duval bustle yet on a quiet dead end street. The house was clean and well appointed-- better than other rental companies we have used the past 5 or so years. Staff was very helpful.

The property (Tropical Dreaming) that we rented was impeccably clean, so that was good. However, the company itself was very hard to deal with. They are so rigid on the check in time that it’s ridiculous. I’ve never been anywhere in the world that you couldn’t occupy your room or rental when it was cleaned. Not with this bunch. If it’s clean at 11, you will wait until 4. I tried to work with them for convenience sake and they wouldn’t bend. I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary...have rented places in KW for 30 years. Again, the property was in very good shape. But their rules (and not having a lock box on the property itself is ridiculous. Very inconvenient to have to go to their office) are too rigid for me.**Update. The properties comment makes it sound like I wanted in the property at 11. That is false. I didn’t even arrive until after 1 and only asked to get the key for convenience sake. I had several errands to run snd wouldn’t have entered until 4. Very nasty to me and inflexible.**

I stayed at one of the condos at 1800 Atlantic...and it...was...PERFECT! From the view off the balcony, to the proximity of Duval Street, to the decor and eclectic artwork in the condo, couldnt find a single complaint. Not to mention the high level of professionalism and genuine kindness I experienced from the At Home in Key West team. I worked with Libby, and she made everything seamless for me from figuring out which property would be a best fit (which she nailed!), to ensuring I was squared away for a smooth checkout (needed an extended checkout because...well...its Key West!). Whether it be for work or pleasure, I know exactly where Im staying next time Im down in the Conch Republic!

Perfect place for 4 people. Decor was beautiful and outside area was great. Had absolutely no problem with noise from machine shop next door. Great location....2 blocks from Duvall street. Slight minor complaint would be back sliding door would stick and was very loud. Look like track was bent. I got up early and you could here me sliding door in bedrooms. Otherwise, would definitely rent again!

Awesome place to stay we stayed in coral Casita and it was just perfect.. beautiful furniture and all the supplies you will need. Definitely hoping to make another trip down! Great amenities and location.

My husband and I spent the month of August at Veranda in Old Town. The path to the door was filled with gorgeous tropical foliage. We opened the door to what looked like a HGTV house. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The ac was on for us and fans were circulating.The kitchen was fully equipped for prep and cooking as well as having plenty of dinnerware. There was also a very nice grill outside by the pool. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The bathrooms were spacious and as clean as if I was home. We cooled off in the sparkling pool a few times a day and most nights before bed. Some afternoons we put the lounge chairs in the shade for nice little naps by the pool. The Duval Loop stop is just a few blocks from the house. We took that most afternoons/evenings to get to happy hours around town.We rent houses a couple times a year for family vacations and our own get always. The service from At Home In Key West stands out as exceptional. The foliage was trimmed and cleaned up weekly, the pool was cleaned twice weekly, the house was cleaned mid stay which included washing and drying of sheets and towels with the beds being remade for us. Veranda shows pride of ownership and management. When we’re back again for a month this is the house we’ll choose. When we’re back for a shorter time I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than At Home In Key West. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

The house was very conveniently located and was exactly as pictured. The only thing negative would be lack of a bbq grill and the traffic noise from the road made it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was a great place!

We stayed at a great little townhome in the Shipyards area of Truman Annex via At Home Key West for a ladies trip. It was a great little house, very roomy, clean, and well decorated. Lots of homey touches, plenty of towels & sheets. However, the AC was deplorable the whole time, and really didnt do a great job of cooling the home. Upstairs was very hot even at night. We didnt want to disrupt the trip by calling anyone out so we didnt report it - to be fair. However it was very uncomfortable! Location wise it was perfect. Right down the street from everything!

@Home in Key West is a rental agency and I found their service quite good. Their app works very well.The unit it my family amd I stayed at was in the Coral Suite. The unit was excellent, very roomy and clean. Only have a few small things that could have improved our stay. First, it would have been nice to have access to a grill and secondly we were only given 1 pool key which at times was inconvenient. The pool key also is used to open the gate to leave the property if you wish to go cycling or a walk. With four adults the one key proved to be inconvenient.The only other comment is that unit 21, where we stayed, is close to US 1 and the traffic noises could bother some people although it didn’t particularly cause us any problems.All in all I have to say it was an enjoyable Thanksgiving for our family and we would recommend it to others and we would return..

Awesome! Thank you At Home In Key West for making our first trip to Key West awesome! The condo we rented, 4 Palms at 1800 Atlantic Blvd, was perfect for our family of 4. The location of the condo was exactly what I wanted-very close to a beach (Smathers Beach was right next door!) and within easy access to everything else. If you are interested in the action of Duval St, this may not be the location for you. We rented a car and were glad we did. The condo & the complex were very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the gardens surrounding the pool/rec area were beautiful. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

RUN do not walk away from them!!If you rent from them do not expect your deposit. I should of left immediately when I found a dead reptile in pieces smelling and floating in the pool for days 10 ft. from my front door. Their workers warned me not to stay and later on the neighbors advised the same. The owners were not liked by the neighborhood as I found out later. I had to ask to have the place cleaned of cock roaches, drug paraphernalia, pubic hair and black mold in and under this rental on Duck Ave. My daughter could not spend the night because she was not on the lease and more......I have pictures to prove this atrocities.

Friends and family have been visiting through the years and we always go to At Home in Key West for their accommodations. never have been disappointed yet. thanks for the great recommendations and service.

We enjoyed the Linger Longer condo immensely. Our 11 year old had her own room which was nice. Wifi was great. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Pool was right outside the door. Duval St, Mallory Sq and the beach all close by. We didnt have to worry about a thing except what activity to do. Thank you At Home!

We had a great experience renting a property at the Golf Course in July of 2013 thru AHKW. We had an easy after-hours check in. The few maintenance issues that popped up (as you might expect) were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The rental agents were very friendly - going out of their way to accommodate our rental window which didnt coincide with the month. The property was clean, well-maintained, and amenities were as advertised.We liked the house so much, we almost bought it

This was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and convenient to downtown.

I booked a vacation rental for a week through At Home In Key West. This is a first class company. I highly recommend this company. My family and I were disappointed and very unhappy with our rental for many reasons. When we voiced our opinion to At Home In Key West, we were told that if we could vacate the property that day we would receive a full refund since we were so dissatisfied. We all went to work to find another place to go to since we knew we only had a couple of hours to be able to leave and still get the refund. We were able to find other accommodations and we did vacate the property by the time specified within a couple of hours. Our full refund was credited to our credit card a couple of days after. What could have been a bad vacation was made very good by this reputable company.

The unit was very modern and we were very pleased with a few exceptions.1) minor - the lights over the bathroom sink should be brighter, shaving and makeup application were not easy.2) major - the WIFI spend was much less the adequate. I dont know if its a total island issue but it looked like a phone based DSL WIFI system and it would be a show stopper for us it we visit Key West again.

Cant ask for better. They accommodated every need we had and we had a great experience.

The appartment was in good condition and perfect for a family stay with two large double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a balcony upstairs and a veranda downstairs. The lounge and dining is large enough and the kitchen has most of what you need to cook in if necessary.The complex spreads from the car park entrance on Simonetti right through to the swimming pool overlooking Duval and is therefore ideally placed for exploring all the main areas of Key West on foot or using the free Duval link bus.

Loved our stay at Casa. Grande! Plenty of room and bathrooms. Pool was a bonus. Location was great just half a few hundred feet to Duvall Street. The only thing that did not work was the cable/satellite TV, which didnt bother us much at all as we stayed busy with activities.

I paid $22,000+ for 2 weeks at Casa Grande. Were we disappointed! This property is in need of major updating and is very dirty. Key bedrooms have old and very noisy AC window rattlers. Its on a short dead end street with a new house being built directly across this street. Very very noisy 6 days a week. trucks often blocked us in so we could not leave until they finished their business. id recommend you look elsewhere for your rental needs as this house should be rented until its cleaned and updated and the construction situation is dealt with.

You need to be very careful of this company. We have the misfortune of living next to one of their properties and they just stole our Trash Bin - has our house number on it - but they overwrote it with new numbers.Any company that goes around taking other peoples trash cans - you have to wonder what other underhand tricks they do to make profit for themselves.

11/7/17: Stayed at Paradise Place for 7 days. Our unit was without WIFI & cable for 5 of those days.Not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. The unit was nice and clean. Location isn’t great if you’re planning on spending time on Duval Street. Would recommend renting bikes.Appears there are no restrictions regarding noise because a group checked in above and next to our unit after our 3rd day and were partying every night in the side yard until 4:30 AM the next morning. The young lady who manages the unit was GREAT! She did everything in her power to get the internet & cable up and running which resulted in contacting AT&T to make a service call.

We had a year long rental and 6 months into the lease, they turned the rental into a construction site with jack hammers every morning @7:30 a.m. Call Compass Realty in Truman Annex for professional service.
