Reservation 8:00am arrived @ 8 several people at door waiting not open. more people continued to show up to drop off or pickup, at least 15 customers waiting. 9:30 building maintenance man showed up unlocked building could handle returns, could not rent. informed someone from Miami was supposed to open office. Next door shop owner informed us this was very common I had to go to Homestead to rent car to get to airport. they should close this place

STAY AWAY! This company is rude and charged me an additional $258 on my rental, over and above my total $395 charge. This was the worst experience in my life. I have rented from Uhaul forever and never been treated like this. The staff is rude, told me even though I had fueled the truck, it was not full enough, charged me $40 extra for not bringing it back full plus $30 additional. Then, since Budget did not give her papers to check condition of vehicle from original location, she then charged me an additional day on everything because it took two hours for her to get the paper from origination. I had to call original location and give them correct fax to send papers to her as she even gave them the wrong fax. And, had the gall to ask me if I was moving to the area with a snarl.
