We had a BLAST! The staff was very welcoming, made you feel at least, and was thorough with their explanation of the gear. Though you ride out to the water with a others, the company isnt bad. Everyone is there for a good time. Pricing was good and your time above water is about 8 to 10 minutes, but it doesnt even feel that long lol its very calming being up there. Thanks for the experience!

This was really fun. The staff were all friendly and funny and the sail itself was amazing. Its also attached to a restaurant so you can dine before or after and the staff and food are great.

We had such a fun experience! They guys are fun, friendly and knowledgeable! I was nervous about going but they make you feel calm and have lots of fun! Definately recommend them and when were down here again we will be using them again! The sights as you are up there are absolutely beautiful! There is nothing like it you feel like youre floating! They are right next door to a couple resturants so you can get a bite or drinks before or after you go!

Rude rude rude….not one smile from one employee, our group felt like we were bothering them through the process. Nasty people. No photo sales from me and no recommendations to any of my people. Take your money somewhere else if you want pleasant service because you won’t get it here.

Easy to reserve, the guys on the boat were great!! Had a great time tandem riding with my hubby! We saw several turtles and a huge sting ray!!

My wife and I went here last year and had a great experience. We went again this year and had another great experience. Very friendly operators. The boat and equipment are kept in great shape and very clean. Parasailing at Key Largo offered spectacular views of the key and bay. It was a lot of fun! We highly recommend this!

We had the best experience at parasailing here for the first time. The staff is great! They help you make the experience go easy and smoothly. I was kind of scare but nothing to be scare about is easy and so much fun. The views are fantastic from up there. I recommend this place and they got very affordable prices!

We had such a wonderful time. I called around 10 to see if they had any openings and the man told me to meet him at the location at 10:30. It was myself, my husband, my 3-year-old and my 6-year-old. After paying a small fortune we were off on a boat and in no time we were in the sky. Such an awesome experience. And the two gentlemen who took us out were so friendly and amusing. Would definitely do again in the future.

Captain Brad and 1st mate Dave were very nice with my Rookie daughter and myself. Not much wind but they made us fly like the gulls. We could see from the Atlantic to the Pacific and many of the Keys islands it was so clear. What a serene feeling to sail with the clouds. Nothing to be afraid of fellow rookies!

My wife and I didnt want to para-sail but we did want our twoboys to give it a try(6 and 8). We had so much fun with Key Largo Para-sail they were super friendly and helpful. The boys were a little nervous but ended up having so much fun. We had rode with some nice women from Illinois. The whole experience was great and the boys came away with an awesome story. Look on YouTube for Key Largo Para-sail for a video of my two boys. I felt bad we forgot to get cash before we showed up I would have left a nice tip for the crew.Visited March 2015

They were awesome! Both guys were great at explaining what was going to happen. They were funny and entertaining! The ride was beautiful! And they had the best prices that I could find for tandum riders. They also were very understanding! The weather wasnt the best when we booked our trip, so they let us reschedule when the weather was nicer!10 out of 10 would go again!

This was Awesome! Reasonably Priced and family owned and operated. They are the nicest group of people and made this a memorable experience. We had the whole boat to ourselves and did a tandem ride. The view from a 1000 feet Is Amazing. This will leave a smile on your face and you will have a great vacation story to share when you get back to reality. Get the pics so when your friends say you did not youll have the proof.

We had fun time.Our 5 year old was little scared at first because it was his first time doing parasail but overall he enjoyed the boat ride. Staff was great.They know what they are doing and made us very comfortable.

This place was great, we had a great time, it was beautiful and Brad and the staff were very friendly, we were running late for our plane and they were waiting for us and we went in the air very fast. Plus I called multiple times and there were very fast to respond and answer questions.

Great experience! Guys had a great sense of humor and the area we were in was a great little cove so the water wasnt choppy at all!Definitely a must do! The parachute, the ropes and the boat all seemed to be in excellent condition. :-)

This was both a challenge and an adventure. The Adventure: I couldnt think of anything better than the peacefulness and serenity of floating on air. The panoramic view of Key Largo was just AMAZING!! The Challenge: Overcoming my fear of height...and trusting a harness, towline, while flying 500 ft over open water. Who wouldve thought?! But, the guides were amazing, the weather was beautiful. The flight was relaxing--really, really, relaxing. So, THANK YOU, Key Largo Parasailing, for making our flight enjoyable!! Well be back!

I come here every year, and I always bring out of town visitors to this activity. Pricing is good, and the staff are really organized. The parasailing itself is so beautiful, and you feel safe the entire time. I have friends who are afraid of heights, but this was fine, because it is such a gentle lift off.

Everything about this experience was exceptional. The woman who took our money and fitted us for harnesses was fun and friendly. The captain was all about making it a good time and joked with anyone who didnt want to get dipped in the water. The young woman helping him harness us up was absolutely adorable and very knowledgable as well, giving us a little background on the (lack of) mangroves and black water sound. Cannot recommend enough!

This was my first time going and it went great. The staff made it an easy an fun time. Being the end of October meant that its the slow season which made it peaceful. They take pictures for you, but if I had done it again I would have taken my phone (with a strap) and take some pictures from the air. We went on a windy day and once we got up it was so peaceful.

We booked rides for our children on line because of the reviews this company has.all the prices and ride times were posted up front on the website with no surprises.we upgraded their rides to the 10 minute ride and they definitely had a great ride and got their moneys worth.We also bought the picture collage they take for you.There were lots of pictures for what we would consider a fair price.would recommend these guys to anyone looking to go parasailing.

What a great experience! It was my first time parasailing and the captains had me laughing the whole time. The bay was beautiful and they were beyond friendly! This is also the cheapest parasailing place compared to everywhere we looked. Most places were $80 so when we saw here for $40 we were on board and they did not disappoint! Highly recommended!

Guys and girl were friendly, Parasail site was close to Marina, great views, great boat. We did the 1000ft high flight, and it was great! From someone who hates rollercoasters, this was a killer experience.

Excellent time, staff was funny and friendly, took an SD card full of pictures. A little hard to find, they had a van out by Rt 1 as their sign, they share a parking lot with Senor Frijoles and a few other restaurants. Best parasailing prices in the keys. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Need an attitude change. We were late on our first appointment at 3:30 PM, however, we were rescheduled for 5:00 PM. We reached at 4:32 PM, waited until 5:00 PM to be told that they couldnt accomodate us for the day because we were late twice. Not only that theh were doing us a favor by refunding the payment that had already been made in advance since we were below 300 lbs in aggregate. They also said that they were happy to re-schedule us the next day. All in all, I think they were just bad at customer service. On tip for people who are in the customer service industry, it is okay for you to be mad at a customer, however, it is never okay to behave rudely with a customer, especially if the customer has made a payment without availing the service.

Very disappointed! After waiting more than an hour, Brad bypassed reason and conscience leaving me and my daughters on the deck for the last sortie. Brad even ignored the kind scheduler. No apologies or concessions, most unprofessional.
