I’ve come to this nail salon a few times now and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very friendly and kind. The gel polish manicures I’ve gotten there have lasted way longer than when I’ve gotten them done elsewhere. Gwen is great!

Ruth is excellent. Great atmosphere, coffee and wine if desired. Very professional and great quality service.

My daughter and I came in for 2 pedicures and I also had a manicure. Pedicure not that great. I am happy with my gel nails. The young lady who did both of my services was a snot. I tried to talk to her (she spoke English) and she was very curt. So gave up. She did not look at me nor speak one word to me except to give directions. The staff kept jabbering among themselves in Spanish. I am 80 years old and I feel I was disrespected. P.S. Another nice thing about this young lady - she did not paint my toes and fingers the same color. Both were supposed to be Big Apple Red.

This is an odd place, the receptionist was very nice and attentive offering water, wine or cappuccino. Although, the nail techs didn’t speak at all. She didn’t even say hello. The decor was really cool but they don’t have massage chairs, the chairs were high back chairs that were very uncomfortable. Also there was nothing to support your legs and feet. Your feet set on the nail techs knees which was not only physically uncomfortable but it was weirdly uncomfortable. The pedicure itself wasn’t that great either, there was no foot or leg massage and they didn’t even put a top coat of polish on. I didn’t read the reviews till after I was there but wish I had of. On top of all this weirdness the parking situation is horrible, it took many times around the block to wait for a spot to open in order to park. As a local to the area I won’t be back, this place went to far out of the norm and lost the amenities people enjoy.

I moved to Key Largo months ago and have tried other salons in the area….. let’s just say I wasn’t impressed by any of them… but The Room NailBar, I absolutely love!! It was very pleasant making my appointment, I’ve had a pedicures and dip nails with extensions, Lisandra has been very detailed every time I have been in. They’re very friendly, Professional, clean and such a beautiful salon…. I highly recommend them……

I highly suggest to ask for the older lady to get your nails done . Absolutely ridiculous this has never happened to me . Not only was the young girl who did my nails rude as heck but this is the disgusting outcome from her doing my nails .

I went in to get a dip manicure and a regular pedicure by the same lady. The “sinks” you put your feet in are very small and filled with barely any water. She didn’t even scrub my feet and painted them poorly.My dip manicure was very thick & did not look good at all. She also filed so hard that two of my fingers bled.They did offer water or coffee and the place was clean. Wish I could say better things about the place, but it’s expensive and not worth it.

I found The Room just by driving by, and wow! This is a really adorable nail salon. It’s extremely clean, and feels very high end. I got a gel manicure, and the attention to detail by my nail technician was amazing. She really took a lot of time on each coat, cleaning it up to make sure that it was perfect before curing. I also got to enjoy a cappuccino, which was a nice surprise treat. Highly recommend The Room!!

Visiting from out of town and made the mistake of not calling before my 30 minute drive here. Once there, was cut off and told they couldn’t do the service I wanted (dip nails) since I didn’t have an appointment. They said ti make an appointment and when I said I was leaving the next afternoon they rudely interrupted again to say they couldn’t get me in by then. Nails may have been great but customer service and attitudes sucked.

As the owner of another Key Largo business, and supporting fellow Women Business Owners, I have been coming to this salon ever since they first opened and have enjoyed every visit. They are super professional, kind, and this is by far the cleanest salon in all Key Largo - hands down. I refer everyone here. Looking forward to now also being able to get my hair done here as well!

I recently got married in Key Largo, and I invited my guests to go to The Room with me to get manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. This is such a cute, clean space, and we had a great time! The staff was very kind and patient. They also offered cappuccinos and wine and allowed us to bring in food from Publix.

Let me start by saying that I’m extremely picky. I rarely cheat on my usual nail tech, but this was one time I am so grateful I did. Aside from the fact that the place is clean, friendly, pretty and professional, the tech who did my acrylic mani/pedi is an artist. Ruthy is her name. I wish she worked in Miami because if she did I’d switch in a heartbeat. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she made my visit one I will never forget. I walked out with my favorite mani of all time. I let her do whatever she was inspired to do, and the results are absolutely gorgeous. Very sweet, genuine and caring too. I will be back! Even if I need to drive down from Miami just to see her. That great! Thank you, Ruthy and the staff at The Room nail bar. ❤️

After this long period at home cooking and washing dishes :/ my nails needed a much deserved nice manicure and pedicure, I am so happy I decided to go to The Room Nail Bar, as my first option. Their cleaning protocol is up to point and the service fantastic. Definitely, will come back and try the eyebrow threading.

Went here with my niece today. I got a mani and pedi and she got her nails painted. The ladies were very nice and the place was very clean. They primarily speak Spanish but I was taken care of just fine despite the language barrier. It is an easy miss when driving but definitely worth the find.

I have been getting dip polish on and off for years . This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. When the technician was removing my polish she hit my skin almost immediately and cut my skin and I started to bleed . My cuticles are all cut and bleeding . I almost got up and left but I didn’t want to have to try and find another salon open on New Year’s Eve to fit me in . I will never return and I do not recommend.

Honestly the best manicure weve ever had (mother & daughter) our manicurist did an amazing job, was very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome.A long way to come back for our next manicure but so good we might!Thank you so much!

I decided to adventure out and try a new place and after google searching and using yelp I found the The Room Nail Bar and made an appointment and my experience was everything I hoped for. Maite was great! The customer service is wonderful. You will be made extremely comfortable with their thoughtful hospitality of coffee, cappuccino, wine or water. Additionally, making you feel safe & comfortable especially during these uneasy COVID-19 times. They adhere to all the rules and regulations with sanitizing, distance, mask and plastic wall barriers. I will definitely become a regular and definitely recommend them to others. They also provide more than manicure & pedicures. They do hair, lashes, acrylics, Botox, fillers, kybella & waxing services. An appointment is a must! Overall, it was a great experience. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently moved to Key Largo and Im extremely loyal to my nail lady of 5 years in Miami but having to travel an hour and thirty minutes to get my nails done is no longer an option after The Spectacular & Excellent service I received at the The Room Nail Bar I was so impressed and Im very picky.The Excellent customer service, great complimentary iced coffee, the music, the relaxing ambient and even the Bali interior decor was pleasing to my eyes. Called to make an appointment. And I called back to inquire if they had masks available or if I needed to bring one. I needed to bring my own, so I said I would be 10 minutes late to the appointment- they said no problem.I show up exactly when I said, and the receptionist says that they took someone else and it will be 10 minutes. That persons pedi had just started.... so I waited for 20 minutes and left; hugely disappointed and irritated that you would confirm my appointment and then take someone else.....Go somewhere else that will value your business.

Professional, friendly, & comfortable. Beautifully designed space. I had leg, underarm, & bikini wax. It was high quality with minimal pain. Very satisfied! Mother & daughter owned family business. The complementary wine (water, coffee, and tea are available too) was an extra special touch.

I am giving two stars based on the technician I had but I do not think that this place is 2 stars. However, I am going to write based on my experience. My technician used an electric filer on my nails because I had gel. Rather than soaking it off, she filed through the gel and through the top layers of my nails. I wasnt sure if I should speak up or not because I trust technicians. After the manicure, I realized she had filed through so many layers of my nail that they are now paper thin. My nails are usually incredibly strong and hardly ever break but they have been peeling and breaking constantly since this manicure over a month ago. That being said, my friend and sister had a great technician and nails looked and felt great. Have to give two stars based on the damage to my nails.

Had the best manicure of my life at The Room Nail Bar!!! 9 days later and it still looks PERFECT. This was just their basic $15 manicure too, nothing fancy. The girls were super sweet, they were able to take me walk-in and honestly I wish I lived closer (Im in Miami). I will absolutely be stopping by the next time Im in Key Largo - they put my regular local place to shame with all the extra steps and details that really made a difference. Amazing job.

So I made an appointment for a pedicure yesterday at 2:30 and it was confirmed. I show up only to have a young lady tell me that she was not aware of my appointment. She stated she had a customer coming in and asked if I could come back in about an hour. She took my name and number and said she would call me to come back. Well no call was received. Very poor business practices. I will use another salon.

They were cheaper than the place across the street, but you can see why..1. Couches instead of massage chairs.2. Other peoples toenail clippings on the platform the sinks are on/in.3. They only use a pumice stone on your feet - not a razor/scraper.4. The foot/leg massage lasted literally 15 seconds per foot.

I had a decent manicure here 6 weeks ago.So I made an appt for yesterday at 11:30am online more than 2h ahead and before they opened. When I arrived at 11:25am, there were 2 techs and 3 clients having nail care. One tech asked can I help you? I replied that I have an appt at 11:30a. She asked me to have a seat. 20m later, she moved a client to a pedi chair and told me she would start my service after finishing the pedi. I waited a few more minutes then decided I could not wait 45mins for an appt as I had afternoon plans. I said I needed to leave and would come back later. Except Im not going back. They do not honor appointments. They obviously took walkins without regard to my appointment. There are plenty of other nail salons I can go to in the upper Keys.

Wonderful experience! Great prices and the ladies were so hospitable, offering a selection of wine, tea, coffee. I felt pampered and will be returning soon!

All the girls are so nice there. I probably go once a month or so and I love it. The best part is the loyalty program, just got 50% off my 6th visit!

My daughter and I went there for mani/pedis. My daughters nails came out nice (but 2 nails chipped by the second day). I had gel mani that was ok. The girl took her time and did a good job on my cuticles but the paint job wasn’t great ( some areas unpainted). The pedicures were ok as well. It was a little pricey for the service, but they do offer wine and other beverages while u get your nails done. If you need a quick nail job it’s a fine place to go. But if you want more detailed nail work, maybe not the place to go.

I went there today on vacation. i got a dip powder manicure and it looks awful. none of the nails are even length, theyre crooked at the ends, top coat isnt even on the back end of my nails, the edges are pointy. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. not to mention she made me bleed by filing my finger (not fingernail) and filed my nails so hard it burned.

Very underwhelming pedicure. No massage chairs or even a full back to the chair so you cant rest your head back. There was no massage at all with the pedicure and minimal scrubbing. The polish was fine. Overall it was rushed and not relaxing. I would not go back for the cost.

The staff is very kind. However, their work is sub-par. They accidentally attempted to soak off powder dip polish with alcohol. This cemented the old polish on my nail. They tried to blame it on my regular salon not using the correct products together (Ive been there for 3 years). I came to the room from out of town for a wedding party. I spent 3 hours there to get a manicure and pedicure. After four days my polish was lifting, pealing and bubbling. This is the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. $78 later, there was no offer to compensate for the inconveniences.

The women are easy to talk to and know what theyre doing (fixed issues caused by previous professionals from bad gel to helping heal ingrown) Ive been going to the room nail bar almost biweekly since I moved to the keys. Ive been completely converted by the fantastics women who run the whole place.&& with amenities as tea, wine &Netflix I feel spoiled rather than just pampered!Thank you guys

The staff was very nice, and accommodating. However, this is the worst gel manicure I have ever had. It looks like a child did the work. Very disappointed. Probably better to get a standard manicure.

Very friendly staff. Paint job was poor. I felt very rushed my toe nail polish wasnt dry. After my toes were painted she just put my shoes on and told me to keep my toes straight. My sisters toe nail polished came off a few toes and smudged.
