We could not have asked for a better day on the water with Captain Bruce and TruBlue Charters. He is an amazing guide and did his best to keep us relaxed. But really who can stay calm when you hook a 6 ft Bull Shark. We appreciated the T-Top even on a cloudy day. Thanks Again Captain Bruce!!

We had an incredible day back country fishing with Captain Bruce, a seasoned professional (and a genuinely nice guy!) that put us on fish from beginning to end of our 8 hour charter with him.He was at the dock when we arrived (15m early) and we were off in a flash, picking up live bait on our way out. We caught a massive amount of sea trout, red snapper, lady fish, amongst others. We all hit our take home limit and Cap’t Bruce expertly cut and cleaned our fish at the dock.His boat was a joy to fish from as it offered 360 degrees of fishing and our party of 4 was able to really spread out. The 300hp outboard got us out and back and to the next spot quickly so we spent most of our time with lines in the water. Our lines were always quickly baited and we frequently had 3 to 4 fish on at a time.Cap’t Bruce is a lifelong local who knows the area and communicates with other local captains to zero in on where the fish are biting.Overall a great day on the water with a great captain, great boat and great results. Bruce was an awesome host, he put us on some great fish and we had a great time fishing. His boat and equipment were clean and very well maintained, and he did a great job of teaching the techniques. Any time we come back to the keys we will be taking a trip with Bruce!

Bruce is an awesome fisherman and an all around great guy. If you’re looking to catch fish, and a lot of them, he’s your guy. My dad and I went out with him and we caught around 15 different species in one day. Including sharks, giant snook, huge grouper and more. The man is dialed and will not disappoint.

Capt. Bruce did not disappoint! Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and can find the fish! Although it was just him and myself, the deck wouldve still been plenty roomy with another 2 or 3 fishermen on board. 10/10 would reccommend booking a trip with Capt. Bruce. I know I will be booking him again when I can make it back down to the Keys!

Captain Bruce got us in when our other guide bailed on me and my wife, he had a busy morning planned but moved things around and got us booked with just hours notice and got us in good fish and he will be our go to guy when we are in the keys, very polite and helpful and goes above expectations

Bruce was great! Booked 1/2 day last min, reasonabley priced, didn’t disappoint! Took both of my younger sons. We slayed them! Caught a variety of fish, many keepers. He cleaned them all, and bagged them for us. Really personable, easy to get along with! Great with kids! Highly recommend!
