At work we have a large sophisticated ice maker that has a non user friendly control panel. On two occasions, Jason has been able to quickly and correctly troubleshoot the machine and swap out the faulty part in short order. In addition, he did the most thorough cleaning we have ever had on it. Exactly by the book. No shortcuts. Needless to say, we now have him on a service/cleaning schedule and could not be happier.
