I have been trying to get my TV repaired. They said a technician would call me back, never did. Called a second time got the same response. Called a third time and again the same. My tv has been out since July 17th. They said the last time there arent any technicians in my area. Dayton is a good size. I am about done with Sears.
I had tech come to repair dishwasher. Parts were ordered. I paid half of the cost of bill which was well over $100. Then nothing. It’s been almost 4 weeks. I have made 2 phone calls. Was on hold 23 and 30 minutes just to be told the parts have been order. Two appointments cancelled due to lack of parts. No oversight. Was told I would be notified when parts were shipped. No estimated time was given. No way to know where parts are being shipped from. No one to follow up on shipment. Just have to wait.
The repair tech was great, knew EXACTLY what the problem was and got right to work, replacing the bad parts with good ones. GETTING a tech here was a different matter, however. I called for service on Friday and couldnt get anyone here until the following Tuesday, without hot water all that time.
Nice and polite
He arrived as scheduled ad quickly fixed the problem as well as another part that was broken and I had forgotten about for which he quickly drove off and obtained the necessary parts for the additional repair returned and completed the repairs, cleaned up, explained what had been done and was off to his next job.
They did not answer the phone.
