Great service all around. Better rates than ANY nearby company. Clean trucks professional service manners and even the drivers are clean cut and professional. This is contrary to many companies around. Having dealt with MANY towing services over the years being a mechanic. Ive seen first hand what damage can be done to a vehicle thats been improperly towed. Mr. Wrecker has been towing a long time and knows what they are doing. I was in a very remote location he had me on the flat bed and on the road and then home very quickly. With NO damage to the vehicle. I Cannot recommend any higher.Plus any company with over a 4 point rating is unheard of. The few negative reviews i see are obviously fake. Feel free to read literally any review of them at random and draw your own conclusion!

Today was not such a good day for me as I had an unfortunate event with my car. Thankfully Mr. Wrecker came to my rescue in a very short amount of time. It was only then that my spirits were lifted as the gentleman, Ricky, towed me back home. He was quick at his job and took but a minute to get my car loaded and secured. As we have had a crazy amount of rain and cold weather he had his cab very warm and cozy. The interior was extremely nice, very clean and free of clutter unlike the past experiences I have had with other tow drivers/companys. Riding with complete strangers you sometimes get the awkward notion as to whether you should start a conversation or not. Not with this guy. He makes you feel very comfortable and really goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy and satisfied. I was so pleased with the service I received from Mr Wrecker I felt I had to write this out of fear that a number of others may have had this happen to them too... I have used Midway Wrecker since I moved to the hill country about 6 years ago. I always received pleasant and timely service. The last time I needed a tow I had the pleasure of riding with Andrew to get my truck to the shop for an alternator swap. We saw a Mr Wrecker truck pass by us and a remark was made suggesting not to ever call Mr Wrecker because there’s been a lot of complaints regarding their service. I thought to myself that was a little unprofessional but okay, whatever. I have to say, that remark was so incredibly wrong! Called to get an estimate on a tow (which only ended up being 50!!) I wasnt entirely sure exactly what time Id need it to be towed (had to move it from an autobody shop to a mechanic) but they were very kind and were on the way as soon as I called. I had the pleasure of meeting Rick when our tire blew out on the side of I-10. I had just gotten my car from the shop earlier that day and someone forgot to put my spare back in the trunk. The circumstances were far from ideal and honestly it was stressful sitting there for a couple hours, in the middle of the night, hoping nobody hit us but we felt instant relief the moment Rick pulled up in his truck. It was quite ways back to town but he was easy to talk to and 100 miles or so went by pretty fast. He came prepared and loaded and unloaded very professionally (keep in mind my car is low to the ground as it is, let alone sitting on the rim). I was glad that in our bad experience we at least found someone courteous and professional to save the day. Highly recommended.
